Specifically, the flow adjusting device 10 may increase or decrease the flow of the water inlet pipe 5 based on the instruction of the determination module 3, so as to adjust the cooling capacity and/or the heating capacity of the fan coil.
According to a preferred embodiment, the fan coil of the present embodiment further comprises a water separator 6, a heat exchange pipe 7, a water collector 8 and a water outlet pipe 9, as shown in fig. 2. Preferably, the fan coil comprises at least two rows of heat exchange tubes 7. Wherein, one end of the water separator 6 is connected with the water inlet pipe 5, and the other end is connected with the inlet end of the heat exchange pipe 7. One end of the water collector 8 is connected with the outlet end of the heat exchange tube 7, and the other end is connected with the water outlet tube 9. Referring to fig. 2, the flow direction of the fan coil water is: water flows into the water distributor 6 through the water inlet pipe 5, water entering the water inlet pipe 5 is distributed into the heat exchange pipe 7, the water collector 8 is used for collecting water flowing out of the heat exchange pipe 7, and the collected water flows out through the water outlet pipe 9.
According to a preferred embodiment, a rubber ball plunger 11 is provided at the outlet of the heat exchange tube 7, and the rubber ball plunger 11 is connected with a spring 12 fixed to the sump 8 to move the rubber ball plunger 11 toward a direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube 7 and/or decreasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube 7 by compression and/or extension of the spring 12. The rubber ball plug 11 and the spring 12 are arranged at the outlet of the heat exchange tube 7, so that the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube 7 can be adjusted, and further the flow of the fan coil and/or the flow path of the fan coil can be adjusted.
Example 3
The present embodiment describes a method of adjusting a fan coil as follows.
The fan coil adjusting method according to the present embodiment is implemented by using the fan coil adjusting device according to any one of the technical aspects of embodiment 1.
FIG. 3 shows a temperature control loop diagram of a preferred embodiment of a fan coil conditioning device. As shown in fig. 3, the fan coil adjusting device adjusts the flow rate of the fan coil by using the flow rate adjusting device 10, the rubber ball plug 11 and the spring 12 according to the detected real-time temperature of the air-conditioned room and the set temperature of the air-conditioned room, thereby realizing automatic flow rate distribution and the number of branch paths.
According to a preferred embodiment, the fan coil conditioning process is as follows:
let the real-time temperature of the air-conditioned room be T, the set temperature be T0, the allowable fluctuation range of the indoor temperature be Δ T', and the real-time fluctuation range of the indoor temperature be Δ T.
During the refrigeration process:
when-delta T' is not more than delta T, and delta T is not less than delta T0, the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil is matched with the refrigerating load of the air-conditioning room, at the moment, the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil does not need to be changed, the adjusting module 4 does not act, namely, the water flow and the flow path number of the fan coil are kept unchanged, at the moment, the force acting on the spring 12 is unchanged, the rubber ball plug 11 does not act, and the refrigerating capacity provided by the fan coil is unchanged.
When the delta T is T-T0 and is larger than delta T', the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil is smaller than the refrigerating load of the air-conditioning room, the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil needs to be increased at the moment, the adjusting module 4 acts to adjust the flow adjusting device 10 and increase the water flow of the water inlet pipe 5, the force acting on the spring 12 is increased at the moment, the spring 12 is compressed and shortened, the rubber ball plug 11 moves towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 7, and the refrigerating capacity provided by the fan coil is increased.
When T-T0 is less than-T', the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil is larger than the refrigerating load of the air-conditioning room, the refrigerating capacity of the fan coil is reduced, the adjusting module 4 acts to adjust the flow adjusting device 10, the water flow of the water inlet pipe 5 is reduced, the force acting on the spring 12 is reduced, the spring 12 extends, the rubber ball plug 11 moves towards the direction of reducing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 7, and the refrigerating capacity provided by the fan coil is reduced.
During the heating process:
when-delta T' is less than or equal to delta T, and delta T is less than or equal to delta T0, the heating capacity of the fan coil is matched with the heat load of the air-conditioning room, at this time, the heating capacity of the fan coil does not need to be changed, the adjusting module 4 does not act, namely, the water flow and the flow path number of the fan coil are kept unchanged, at this time, the force acting on the spring 12 is unchanged, the rubber ball plug 11 does not act, and the heating capacity provided by the fan coil is unchanged.
When the delta T is T-T0 and is larger than delta T', the heating capacity of the fan coil is larger than the heat load of the air-conditioning room, the heating capacity of the fan coil is reduced, the adjusting module 4 acts to adjust the flow adjusting device 10, the water flow of the water inlet pipe 5 is reduced, the force acting on the spring 12 is reduced, the spring 12 extends, the rubber ball plug 11 moves towards the direction of reducing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 7, and the heating capacity provided by the fan coil is reduced.
When the delta T is T-T0 < -delta T', the heating capacity of the fan coil is smaller than the heat load of the air-conditioning room, the heating capacity of the fan coil is increased, the adjusting module 4 acts to adjust the flow adjusting device 10, the water flow of the water inlet pipe 5 is increased, the force acting on the spring 12 is increased, the spring 12 is compressed and shortened, the rubber ball plug 11 moves towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe 7, and the heating capacity provided by the fan coil is increased.

1. The adjusting device of the fan coil is characterized by comprising a detection module (1), a calculation module (2), a judgment module (3) and an adjusting module (4),
the detection module (1) is connected with the calculation module (2), the detection module (1) is used for detecting the real-time temperature of the air-conditioning room and sending the detected real-time temperature to the calculation module (2),
the calculation module (2) is connected with the judgment module (3), the calculation module (2) is used for comparing the real-time temperature with the set temperature and sending the comparison result to the judgment module (3),
the judgment module (3) is connected with the regulation module (4), the judgment module (3) judges whether the regulation module (4) acts or not based on the comparison result of the calculation module (2), and the regulation module (4) adjusts the refrigerating capacity and/or the heating capacity of the fan coil based on the instruction of the judgment module (3).
2. A fan coil conditioning device according to claim 1, wherein the conditioning module (4) regulates the cooling and/or heating capacity of the fan coil by regulating the flow rate and/or the flow path of the fan coil.
3. A fan coil conditioning device according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the conditioning module (4) comprises a flow conditioning device (10),
the flow adjusting device (10) is arranged on a water inlet pipe (5) of the fan coil,
so that the flow regulating device (10) can adjust the water inflow of the water inlet pipe (5) based on the instruction of the judging module (3).
4. A fan coil adjustment device according to claim 3, characterized in that the adjustment module (4) further comprises a rubber ball plunger (11) and a spring (12), wherein,
the rubber ball plug (11) is arranged at the outlet of the heat exchange tube (7) of the fan coil,
one end of the spring (12) is arranged on a water collector (8) of the fan coil, the other end is connected with the rubber ball plug (11),
so as to drive the rubber ball plug (11) to move towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube (7) and/or decreasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube (7) through the compression and/or the extension of the spring (12).

A fan coil adjustment device according to claim 4, characterized in that when the flow of the water inlet pipe (5) increases, the spring (12) is compressed, and the compression of the spring (12) drives the rubber ball plug (11) to move towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7).
6. A fan coil adjustment device according to claim 4, characterized in that when the flow of the inlet pipe (5) is reduced, the spring (12) is extended and the rubber ball plug (11) is pushed to move towards the direction of reducing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7) by the extension of the spring (12).

The fan coil adjusting device according to claim 1, wherein the detection module (1) is arranged at a return air inlet of the fan coil, and the detection module (1) is used for detecting the temperature of a return air thermal bulb and taking the temperature of the return air thermal bulb as the real-time temperature of an air-conditioned room.
8. A fan coil adjustment device according to claim 7, characterized in that the detection module (1) is a temperature sensor.
9. A fan coil comprising a fan coil conditioning device as claimed in any of claims 1 to 8.
10. A fan coil as claimed in claim 9, characterized in that it comprises a water inlet pipe (5), a flow regulating device (10) being provided on the water inlet pipe (5), and the flow regulating device (10) being used to adjust the water inflow of the water inlet pipe (5).
11. A fan coil according to claim 10, further comprising a water separator (6), a heat exchange tube (7), a water collector (8) and a water outlet tube (9), wherein,
one end of the water separator (6) is connected with the water inlet pipe (5), the other end is connected with the inlet end of the heat exchange pipe (7),
one end of the water collector (8) is connected with the outlet end of the heat exchange tube (7), and the other end of the water collector is connected with the water outlet tube (9).
12. A fan coil according to claim 11, characterized in that the outlet of the heat exchanger tube (7) is provided with a rubber ball plug (11) and that
The rubber ball plug (11) is connected with a spring (12) fixed on the water collector (8),
so as to drive the rubber ball plug (11) to move towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube (7) and/or decreasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange tube (7) through the compression and/or the extension of the spring (12).
13. A fan coil as claimed in claim 11, characterized in that it comprises at least two rows of heat exchange tubes (7).
14. A method of adjusting a fan coil, characterized in that the method is carried out using the fan coil adjusting device of any of claims 1 to 8.
15. A method for conditioning a fan coil as set forth in claim 14, characterized in that, assuming that the real-time temperature of the conditioned room is T, the set temperature is T0, the allowable fluctuation range of the indoor temperature is Δ T', the real-time fluctuation range of the indoor temperature is Δ T, and during the cooling process,
when the-delta T' is less than or equal to the delta T-T0, the adjusting module (4) does not act, and the cooling capacity provided by the fan coil is not changed;
when the delta T is greater than the delta T' by T-T0, the adjusting module (4) acts to adjust the flow adjusting device (10) to increase the water flow of the water inlet pipe (5), the spring (12) is compressed and shortened, the rubber ball plug (11) moves towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7), and the cooling capacity provided by the fan coil is increased;
when the delta T is T-T0 < -delta T', the adjusting module (4) acts to adjust the flow adjusting device (10) to reduce the water flow of the water inlet pipe (5), the spring (12) extends, the rubber ball plug (11) moves towards the direction of reducing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7), and the cooling capacity provided by the fan coil is reduced.

A method for conditioning a fan coil as set forth in claim 14, characterized in that, assuming that the real-time temperature of the air-conditioned room is T, the set temperature is T0, the allowable fluctuation range of the indoor temperature is Δ T', the real-time fluctuation range of the indoor temperature is Δ T, and during the heating process,
when the-delta T 'is less than or equal to the delta T-T0 is less than or equal to the delta T', the adjusting module (4) does not act, and the heating quantity provided by the fan coil is not changed;
when the delta T is greater than the delta T' by T-T0, the adjusting module (4) acts to adjust the flow adjusting device (10) to reduce the water flow of the water inlet pipe (5), the spring (12) extends, the rubber ball plug (11) moves towards the direction of reducing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7), and the heating capacity provided by the fan coil is reduced;
when the delta T is T-T0 < -delta T', the adjusting module (4) acts to adjust the flow adjusting device (10), the water flow of the water inlet pipe (5) is increased, the spring (12) is compressed and shortened, the rubber ball plug (11) moves towards the direction of increasing the size of the outlet of the heat exchange pipe (7), and the heating capacity provided by the fan coil is increased.
