It should be noted that, the outer side wall of the purifying barrel 1 is provided with symmetrically arranged air inlet channels 27, and the air inlet channels 27 are communicated with the inside of the purifying barrel 1.
It should be noted that, one end of the driving shaft 17 extends to the outside of the first groove 13 and is fixed with a first gear 18, the outer side wall of the output shaft 11 is tightly sleeved with a second gear 19, the first gear 18 is in meshed transmission connection with the second gear 19, and one end of the driving shaft 17, which is rotationally connected with the first groove 13, is connected through a bearing seat.
It should be noted that the diameter of the filter holes of the first filter screen 2 is larger than that of the filter holes of the second filter screen 4, wherein the first filter screen 2 and the second filter screen 4 are arranged in parallel, and the second filter screen 4 is positioned at the inner ring of the first filter screen 2.
Working principle: when industrial air is purified, only the blower 24 is required to be started, external air enters the purifying barrel 1 from the air inlet channel 27 under the action of the blower 24, dust and dust in the air are filtered through the first filter screen 2, the filtered air passes through the ventilation opening and is filtered through the second filter screen 4 again, the filtered air enters the blower 24 from the air inlet pipe 25 and finally is discharged from the air outlet pipe 26, meanwhile, the driving motor 10 is started, the driving motor 10 drives the output shaft 11 to rotate, the output shaft 11 drives the regulating plate 7, the regulating plate 7 drives the annular plate 3 to rotate, the annular plate 3 drives the cleaning plate 5, the cleaning plate 5 drives the hairbrush 6 to rotationally clean the filter holes of the first filter screen 2, the filter holes of the first filter screen 2 fall into the collecting holes 12 and finally fall on the surface of the turnover plate 15, meanwhile, the output shaft 11 drives the second gear 19 to rotate, the second gear 19 is meshed with the first gear 18 to drive the driving shaft 17 to rotate, the driving shaft 17 drives the worm wheel 20 to rotate, the worm wheel 20 and the worm 21 are in threaded transmission to drive the driven shaft 14 to rotate, the driven shaft 14 drives the turnover plate 15 to continuously turn over, the turnover plate 15 enables collected dust and dust to fall into the collecting box 16 below in the turnover process, and the dust and dust in industrial air to be filtered and processed in a reciprocating cycle. The whole device does not need manual operation, and the whole convenience and practicality are improved.
