Abstract
The application belongs to the technical field of welded type machine casket design, concretely relates to inner ring sectional type machine casket includes: an outer ring having a plurality of notches therein; the inner ring sections are connected end to form an inner ring, and the inner ring is arranged on the inner side of the outer ring; a plurality of struts, each strut having a first end, a second end opposite the first end; the first end of each support plate is correspondingly inserted into one notch, and the second end of each support plate is correspondingly connected with the outer side of one inner ring section. Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of welded type casing design, and particularly relates to an inner ring sectional type casing and an assembling method thereof.
Background
The welded type casing has the advantages of light weight, small overall size and simplicity in assembly, and is widely applied to aeroengines. The current welding type casing includes: with a plurality of inner rings with joints; an outer ring with a plurality of notches; and one end of each support plate is correspondingly welded with one joint on the inner ring, and the other end of each support plate is correspondingly inserted into one notch of the outer ring and welded with the outer ring, so that the bearing of the case is realized. Because the inner ring has small size and is provided with the joint, the whole structure is complex, the integral casting processing can be adopted for a plurality of joints, the processing precision is low, the position of the joint on the integral casting processing is not accurate enough, the problems of tooth dislocation and large gaps between the joints and the corresponding support plates are caused finally, large welding internal stress is generated during welding, and cracks are easy to generate under the vibration environment.
The present application is made in view of the above-mentioned drawbacks of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
It is an object of the present application to provide an inner ring segmented casing and method of assembly thereof that overcomes or alleviates at least one of the disadvantages of the prior art.

one aspect provides an inner ring segmented casing comprising:
an outer ring having a plurality of notches therein;
the inner ring sections are connected end to form an inner ring, and the inner ring is arranged on the inner side of the outer ring;
a plurality of struts, each strut having a first end, a second end opposite the first end; the first end of each support plate is correspondingly inserted into one notch, and the second end of each support plate is correspondingly connected with the outer side of one inner ring section.

According to at least one embodiment of the present application, the inner ring segments are welded to each other.

In another aspect, a method for assembling an inner ring segmented casing is provided, including:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the first end of a support plate of each support block is correspondingly inserted into a gap of an outer ring, and the inner ring sections of the support blocks are connected end to form an inner ring;
welding and connecting the inner ring sections of the support blocks;
and step three, welding and connecting the first end of the support plate of each support block with the outer ring.

One aspect provides an inner ring segmented casing comprising:
an outer ring 1 having a plurality of notches therein;
the inner ring sections 2 are connected end to form an inner ring, and the inner ring is arranged on the inner side of the outer ring 1;
a plurality of struts 3, each strut 3 having a first end, a second end opposite the first end; the first end of each support plate 3 is correspondingly inserted into one gap, and the second end is correspondingly connected with the outer side of one inner ring section 2.
For the inner ring sectional type casing disclosed in the above embodiment, as can be understood by those skilled in the art, the inner ring is formed by butt-jointing a plurality of inner ring segments 2 end to end, each inner ring segment 2 is directly connected with the second end of the corresponding support plate 3 without being connected through a joint, thereby avoiding the problem caused by the welding connection of the support plates and the joints in the prior art, in addition, the joint removed from the inner ring segment 2 in this form can be manufactured through machining, each inner ring segment 2 has higher machining precision, and each inner ring segment has higher consistency, so as to meet the precision requirement of forming the inner ring by butt-jointing the inner ring segments 2 end to end.
In alternative embodiments, each strip 3 is integrally formed with a corresponding inner ring segment 2 to form a brace 4.
For the inner ring sectional type casing disclosed in the above embodiments, it can be understood by those skilled in the art that each support plate 3 and the corresponding inner ring section 2 are integrally formed, so that the connection between each support plate 3 and the corresponding inner ring section 2 is more stable, the assembly of the welding casing is facilitated, and the support blocks 4 integrally formed by machining have higher precision and better consistency, so that the internal stress generated by the connection between the parts of the welding casing can be reduced.
In some alternative embodiments, the inner ring segments 2 are welded to each other.
In some alternative embodiments, the first end of each strip 3 is welded to the outer ring 1.
In another aspect, a method for assembling an inner ring segment casing is provided, which includes:
step one, correspondingly inserting the first end of the support plate 3 of each support block 4 into a gap of the outer ring 1, and connecting the inner ring sections 2 of the support blocks 4 end to form an inner ring;
welding and connecting the inner ring sections 2 of the support blocks 4 to form the support blocks 4 into a whole, so that the subsequent welding with an outer ring is facilitated, and the assembly precision among the parts of the welding case is kept;
and step three, welding and connecting the first end of the support plate 3 of each support block 4 with the outer ring 1.

a plurality of struts (3), each of said struts (3) having a first end, a second end opposite said first end; the first end of each support plate (3) is correspondingly inserted into one notch, and the second end of each support plate is correspondingly connected with the outer side of one inner ring section (2).

each support plate (3) and the corresponding inner ring section (2) are integrally formed to form a support block (4).
3. The inner ring segmented casing according to claim 2,
each support block (4) is machined.
4. The inner ring segmented casing according to claim 1,
the inner ring sections (2) are connected in a welding mode.
5. The inner ring segmented casing according to claim 1,
the first end of each support plate (3) is connected with the outer ring (1) in a welding mode.
6. A method of assembling an inner ring segmented casing, comprising:
the method comprises the following steps that firstly, the first end of a support plate (3) of each support block (4) is correspondingly inserted into a gap of an outer ring (1), and inner ring sections (2) of the support blocks (4) are connected end to form the inner ring;
welding and connecting the inner ring sections (2) of the support blocks (4);
and thirdly, welding and connecting the first end of the support plate (3) of each support block (4) with the outer ring (1).
