本发明公开了一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,包括台体、支撑柱、固定板和第二电机,所述台体的底端面居中处开设有供转轴伸入的槽,所述转轴竖直设置在台体的底部,顶端与槽转动连接,底端与支撑柱的上表面固定焊接,所述支撑柱的截面为C形,且转轴的外壁上还固定套设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,所述主动齿轮设置在从动齿轮的旁侧与第二电机固定相连,所述转轴带动支撑柱转动,所述支撑柱的另一端板壁上还活动安装有固定板,所述台体的底端面四角处设置有支腿,所述支撑柱的底端面边侧处还焊接有滑块,所述滑块竖直设置。该汽车生产用的管材切割装置,结构合理,调节方便,功能性强,可广泛推广。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置。
背景技术
切割是一种物理动作,狭义的切割是指用刀等利器将物体(如食物、木料等硬度较低的物体)切开;广义的切割是指利用工具,如机床、火焰等将物体,使物体在压力或高温的作用下断开。数学中也有引申出的“切割线”,是指能将一个平面分成几个部分的直线。切割在人们的生产、生活中有着重要的作用。
目前,在汽车生产时需要使用管材切割装置,一些管材在加工时,往往需要将管口处进行倾斜切割,而现有的切割装置结构固定,角度调节不便利,需要进一步改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,包括台体、支撑柱、固定板和第二电机,所述台体的底端面居中处开设有供转轴伸入的槽,所述转轴竖直设置在台体的底部,顶端与槽转动连接,底端与支撑柱的上表面固定焊接,所述支撑柱的截面为C形,且转轴的外壁上还固定套设有从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮与主动齿轮啮合,所述主动齿轮设置在从动齿轮的旁侧与第二电机固定相连,所述转轴带动支撑柱转动,所述支撑柱的另一端板壁上还活动安装有固定板,所述台体的底端面四角处设置有支腿,所述支撑柱的底端面边侧处还焊接有滑块,所述滑块竖直设置,顶端与支撑柱连接,底端伸入至滑槽内侧,所述滑槽开设在支撑块的上表面,所述支撑块为半圆形结构,所述滑块与支撑柱同步移动,所述支撑柱朝向固定块的一端还开设有放置槽,所述放置槽的内部还水平放置有第二伸缩气缸,所述第二伸缩气缸的伸缩端固定连接固定板的边侧,所述固定板的底部设置有锯片,所述台体的上表面还设置有固定块与夹持块。
优选的,所述固定块的底端面固定连接液压缸的一端,所述液压缸竖直设置,底部固定连接第一电机的上表面。
优选的,所述锯片通过轴与第一电机的输出轴固定连接。
优选的,所述台体的上表面固定设置有限位块,且夹持块在台体的上表面活动设置,并朝向限位块移动。
优选的,所述夹持块远离限位块的一端板壁上与水平设置的第一伸缩气缸的伸缩端固定连接,所述第一伸缩气缸的另一端固定连接固定块。
优选的,所述支撑块的底端面还与支撑杆焊接固定,所述支撑杆焊接在底板的上表面,所述底板与支腿焊接固定。
本发明的技术效果和优点:该汽车生产用的管材切割装置,通过支撑柱的设置,可将锯片的位置进行旋转,有效提升锯片的切割范围,通过第二电机带动转轴旋转,支撑柱通过滑块与支撑块的滑动配合进行支撑,以转轴为圆心呈环形旋转,角度调节便利,有效提升汽车管材的切割效率,原理简单易实现,大大提升了该装置的适用范围,该汽车生产用的管材切割装置,结构合理,调节方便,功能性强,可广泛推广。

本发明提供了如图1-3所示的一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,包括台体2、支撑柱10、固定板1和第二电机14,所述台体2的底端面居中处开设有供转轴15伸入的槽,所述转轴15竖直设置在台体2的底部,顶端与槽转动连接,底端与支撑柱10的上表面固定焊接,所述支撑柱10的截面为C形,且转轴15的外壁上还固定套设有从动齿轮16,所述从动齿轮16与主动齿轮13啮合,所述主动齿轮13设置在从动齿轮16的旁侧与第二电机14固定相连,所述转轴15带动支撑柱10转动,所述支撑柱10的另一端板壁上还活动安装有固定板1,所述台体2的底端面四角处设置有支腿11,所述支撑柱10的底端面边侧处还焊接有滑块20,所述滑块20竖直设置,顶端与支撑柱10连接,底端伸入至滑槽21内侧,所述滑槽21开设在支撑块19的上表面,所述支撑块19为半圆形结构,所述滑块20与支撑柱10同步移动,所述支撑柱10朝向固定块3的一端还开设有放置槽23,所述放置槽23的内部还水平放置有第二伸缩气缸22,所述第二伸缩气缸22的伸缩端固定连接固定板1的边侧,所述固定板1的底部设置有锯片8,所述台体2的上表面还设置有固定块3与夹持块5,通过支撑柱10的设置,可将锯片8的位置进行旋转,有效提升锯片8的切割范围。
具体的,所述固定块3的底端面固定连接液压缸12的一端,所述液压缸12竖直设置,底部固定连接第一电机7的上表面,依靠液压缸12将锯片8下移,进行切割。
具体的,所述锯片8通过轴与第一电机7的输出轴固定连接。
具体的,所述台体2的上表面固定设置有限位块6,且夹持块5在台体2的上表面活动设置,并朝向限位块6移动,夹持块5朝向限位块6移动将管材进行夹紧。
具体的,所述夹持块5远离限位块6的一端板壁上与水平设置的第一伸缩气缸4的伸缩端固定连接,所述第一伸缩气缸4的另一端固定连接固定块3。
具体的,所述支撑块19的底端面还与支撑杆17焊接固定,所述支撑杆17焊接在底板18的上表面,所述底板18与支腿11焊接固定,滑块20沿着支撑块19上表面的滑槽21转动,支撑块19起到支撑支撑柱10的作用。
具体的,该汽车生产用的管材切割装置,在使用时,首先将管材的两端放置在限位块6与夹持块5之间,通过第一伸缩气缸4带动夹持块5朝向限位块6移动将管材进行夹紧,通过启动第一电机7带动锯片8转动,依靠液压缸12将锯片8下移,进行切割,在管材较粗时,可通过第二伸缩气缸22伸出,带动锯片8前后位移,需要切斜口时,通过第二电机14带动主动齿轮13转动,主动齿轮13与从动齿轮16啮合,并带动其转动,从动齿轮16转动带动转轴15同步转动,进而支撑柱10以转轴15为圆心,呈环形转动,带动锯片8转动调整角度,支撑柱10在转动的过程中,滑块20沿着支撑块19上表面的滑槽21转动,支撑块19起到支撑的作用,该汽车生产用的管材切割装置,结构合理,调节方便,功能性强,可广泛推广。

1.一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,包括台体(2)、支撑柱(10)、固定板(1)和第二电机(14),其特征在于:所述台体(2)的底端面居中处开设有供转轴(15)伸入的槽,所述转轴(15)竖直设置在台体(2)的底部,顶端与槽转动连接,底端与支撑柱(10)的上表面固定焊接,所述支撑柱(10)的截面为C形,且转轴(15)的外壁上还固定套设有从动齿轮(16),所述从动齿轮(16)与主动齿轮(13)啮合,所述主动齿轮(13)设置在从动齿轮(16)的旁侧与第二电机(14)固定相连,所述转轴(15)带动支撑柱(10)转动,所述支撑柱(10)的另一端板壁上还活动安装有固定板(1),所述台体(2)的底端面四角处设置有支腿(11),所述支撑柱(10)的底端面边侧处还焊接有滑块(20),所述滑块(20)竖直设置,顶端与支撑柱(10)连接,底端伸入至滑槽(21)内侧,所述滑槽(21)开设在支撑块(19)的上表面,所述支撑块(19)为半圆形结构,所述滑块(20)与支撑柱(10)同步移动,所述支撑柱(10)朝向固定块(3)的一端还开设有放置槽(23),所述放置槽(23)的内部还水平放置有第二伸缩气缸(22),所述第二伸缩气缸(22)的伸缩端固定连接固定板(1)的边侧,所述固定板(1)的底部设置有锯片(8),所述台体(2)的上表面还设置有固定块(3)与夹持块(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车生产用的管材切割装置,其特征在于:所述固定块(3)的底端面固定连接液压缸(12)的一端,所述液压缸(12)竖直设置,底部固定连接第一电机(7)的上表面。
