Abstract
The invention discloses an infusion device which comprises a bottle stopper puncture outfit (1), a puncture outfit flange (2), an infusion tube (3), an anti-slip device (4), an infusion bottle stopper (5), a bottle neck flange (6), an infusion bottle neck (7) and a bottle body (8). The anti-slipping device (4) is arranged at the position of an infusion bottle neck (7) and is placed above a bottle neck flange (6), the bottle stopper puncture device (1) is placed in a clamping groove of the anti-slipping device (4), and the clamping groove of the anti-slipping device (4) is positioned below the puncture device flange (2) to prevent the bottle stopper puncture device (1) from slipping out of an infusion bottle stopper (5). Therefore, compared with the prior infusion device, the infusion device provided by the invention can effectively prevent the bottle stopper puncture outfit (1) from sliding out of the infusion bottle stopper (5).

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to an infusion device.

Infusion devices are instruments for fluid delivery.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a typical infusion set in the prior art, and as shown in fig. 1, the prior infusion set pierces a stopper puncture device into an infusion bottle stopper, fixes the stopper puncture device by friction between the stopper puncture device and the infusion bottle stopper, and when the stopper puncture device is subjected to external pulling force, the stopper puncture device slides down from the infusion bottle stopper.
Therefore, it is necessary to solve the problem that the stopper puncture device slips off the infusion stopper.

The invention aims to provide a transfusion device which can effectively solve the problem that a bottle stopper puncture outfit slips from a transfusion bottle stopper.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of embodiments of the invention refers to the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the detailed description and specific examples, while indicating the present invention, are given by way of illustration and explanation only, not limitation.
As shown in fig. 2, the invention provides an infusion device which comprises a bottle stopper puncture outfit 1, a puncture outfit flange 2, an infusion tube 3, an anti-slip device 4, an infusion bottle stopper 5, a bottle neck flange 6, an infusion bottle neck 7 and a bottle body 8.
The anti-slip device 4 is an important working device in the infusion device of the present invention.
The anti-slip device 4 is mounted on the neck 7 of the infusion bottle, and the anti-slip device 4 can be coupled to the neck 7 of the infusion bottle in various ways, such as by gluing, or can be integral with the neck 7 of the infusion bottle. In the present invention, preferably, the anti-slip device 4 is detachably mounted on the infusion bottle neck 7 and placed on the bottle neck flange 6, the bottle stopper puncture device 1 is placed in the slot of the anti-slip device 4, and the slot of the anti-slip device 4 is located below the puncture device flange 2.
The present invention preferably provides a slip-prevention device 4, as shown in particular in fig. 3 to 14. Preferably, the anti-slip device 4 comprises a fixing ring 41, a sliding ring 42, a stop pin 43, and a puncture device holder 44.
The fixing ring 41 includes a fixing ring pin hole 411, a fixing ring seam allowance 412, a pin shaft stopper 413, a seam allowance sleeve 414, a pin hole sleeve 415, and a sliding groove 416.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the spigot sleeve 414 and the pin hole sleeve 415 have a closed polygonal sectional form, and the slide groove 416 has an open polygonal sectional form.
The stop collar 414 and the chute 416 may be coupled in a variety of ways, such as by a threaded coupling. In the present invention, the stop collar 414 and the chute 416 are preferably integral.
The pin boss 415 and the slide slot 416 may be coupled in various ways, such as by a threaded coupling. In the present invention, it is preferable that the pin hole housing 415 and the slide groove 416 are integrated.
The fixing ring pin holes 411 may be various types, such as square holes and long round holes. In the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing ring pin hole 411 is a circular hole.
The slip ring 42 comprises a slip ring pin hole 421 and a slip ring spigot 422.
The slip ring pin hole 421 may be various types, such as a square hole and an oblong hole. In the present invention, preferably, the slip ring pin hole 421 is a circular hole.
The puncture device holder 44 includes a hook plate 441, a slot 442, and a hook 443.
The hook plate 441 and the catching groove 442 may be coupled by various means, such as screw coupling. In the present invention, it is preferable that the hook plate 441 and the catching groove 442 are integrated.
The card slot 442 may be provided with one or more slots. In the present invention, it is preferable that the card slot 442 is provided with 3 slots.
The hooks 443 may be in various forms, such as square holes and circular rings. In the present invention, it is preferable that the hook 443 is in the shape of an open loop. In the present invention, it is preferable that the hook plate 441 and the hook 443 be integrated.
The slip ring 42 is detachably mounted in the fixed ring 41. In the present invention, it is preferable that the end of the slide ring 42 having the slide ring spigot 422 is fitted in the spigot sleeve 414 of the fixed ring 41, and the sleeve of the slide ring 42 having the slide ring pin hole 421 is fitted in the pin hole sleeve 415 of the fixed ring 41.
The slide ring 42 can be fixed to the fixing ring 41 in various ways, such as a threaded coupling. In the present invention, it is preferable that the fixing ring seam allowance 412 at the end of the fixing ring 41 is in contact with the slip ring seam allowance 422 at the end of the slip ring 42, and in the present invention, it is preferable that the stopping pin 43 passes through the fixing ring pin hole 411 and the slip ring pin hole 421 and is stopped by the pin shaft stopping block 413 on the fixing ring 41.
The puncture instrument holder 44 is mounted on the stopper pin 43. The piercer holder 44 and the retaining pin 43 may be coupled in various ways, such as a pin and hole coupling. In the present invention, it is preferable that the puncture instrument holder 44 is pivotally hung on the stopper pin 43 by the hook 443.

By the technical scheme, the anti-slip device 4 is arranged at the position of the infusion bottle neck 7 and is placed on the bottle neck flange 6. The stopper puncture outfit 1 is placed into the slot 442 of the anti-slip device 4, and the slot 442 is placed under the puncture outfit flange 2 to prevent the stopper puncture outfit 1 from slipping out of the infusion bottle stopper 5.
