A seedling raising greenhouse agricultural watering spraying device as claimed in claim 1, wherein four stabilizing plates (18) are fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the greenhouse (1), the water pipes (17) are rotatably connected with the two corresponding stabilizing plates (18), a gear shaft (21) is fixedly mounted at one end of each water pipe (17), and the gear shaft (21) is rotatably connected with the corresponding stabilizing plate (18).
