The invention has convenient operation and simple principle, and provides an underground pulp shooting machine for automatically cleaning filter residues, which is pulp shooting machine equipment capable of replacing manual cleaning and collecting the filter residues by utilizing a mechanical structure.
Before use, the filter residue collecting box 10 is fixedly installed through the butt joint of the fixing pins 101 on the two sides of the filter residue collecting box 10 and the sockets 72 on the two sides of the upper part of the feed inlet 7.
When the device is started, the motor 81 starts to work to drive the rotating shaft 82 to rotate, and the bevel gear meshing structure 83 drives the filter screen 8 to rotate. The raw materials are put into the feed inlet 7, and the raw materials are shaken quickly under the action of the rotating filter screen 8 to pass through the feed inlet at the upper part of the filter screen 8.
After the filtering is finished, filter residues are remained on the upper portion of the filter screen 8, the sliding block 9 on the side face of the filter screen 8 is driven by the sliding rail 71 to move upwards, the filter screen 8 is driven to move upwards simultaneously, and after the highest point is reached, the rotating shaft 82 rotates outwards for 90 degrees to overturn the filter screen 8 to pour filter residues on the upper portion of the filter screen into the filter residue collecting box 10 automatically.
After the cleaning is finished, workers can directly take away the filter residue collecting box 10 and pour the filter residue inside the filter residue collecting box into the garbage can.
