Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shield and construction waste slurry reduction treatment, in particular to a shield waste slurry concentration treatment device and a shield waste slurry concentration treatment process.
Background
At present, urban construction is accelerated continuously, and the production amount of construction engineering slurry and shield waste slurry is increased more and more. Each cubic of natural soil can produce 3-4 cubic of construction/shield slurry. Thus, each project typically produces tens of thousands or even millions of pieces of waste slurry that need to be shipped. Because the water content of the waste slurry is very high, most of the actual transportation of the shield waste slurry during outward transportation is directly water, the transportation efficiency is low, and the urban traffic burden is greatly increased and the energy waste is caused. In order to reduce the transportation cost, some illegal enterprises even steal the shield waste slurry into urban pipe networks and rivers, which causes urban pipe network blockage and water environment pollution. Therefore, the reduction of shield waste slurry becomes an urgent problem to be solved.
In order to solve the above problems, we have made a series of improvements.
