Description

Acne-removing skin-care gel containing water-soluble cannabidiol and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to acne-removing skin-care gel containing water-soluble cannabidiol and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With age, the turnover rate of the human stratum corneum becomes slower and slower, and at the same time, the lipid synthesis capacity of keratinocytes decreases, or the cell division, growth and differentiation efficiency in the epidermis becomes lower. The stratum corneum barrier function tends to decrease due to the lack of moisturizing factors and lipids in the skin. When the moisture content of the stratum corneum is less than 10%, the skin becomes dry, elastic, wrinkled, and thus skin aging is accelerated. On the other hand, improper lifestyle such as excessive washing or bathing and adverse environmental factors such as dry air or pollutants, and inherent diseases such as allergy or senile skin diseases also cause the stratum corneum to lose its original function. The skin is exposed to heat, cold, wind, cleansers, and ultraviolet radiation, and the top layer becomes drier. Water is an important component of skin, the skin with high water content has normal metabolism of epidermal cells and sufficient energy of the epidermis, and has the appearance of young, tender, plump, bright and soft. For example, infant skin appears delicate and shiny due to its high water content, while elderly skin appears dry and withered, easily desquamated and even wrinkled due to its low water content. Therefore, how to maintain the moisture of the skin and reduce the moisture loss is very important in the development of cosmetics.
The skin-care gel is a product between lotion and cream, and the formula structure of the skin-care gel is similar to the lotion, but the use performance of the skin-care gel is similar to the cream, and the skin feel of the skin-care gel is fresher than that of the cream. In terms of transparency, skin care gels are transparent and translucent. The skin care gel type preparation overcomes the defects of greasy and emulsion type ointments, and the hydrophilic gel matrix has no greasy feeling, is easy to spread and clean, has certain adhesive force, can prolong the contact time with skin, and improves the absorption concentration of effective substances. The gel has good biocompatibility, and has the advantages of slow release, controlled release and the like for the release of effective substances.
The essential function of skin care gels is to moisturize. The product can be made into cosmetics by adding active materials, and has effects of caring skin, nourishing, removing speckle, and delaying aging. The purpose and function of various skin care gels are different, and the balance of the ingredients and the dosage is also different. At present, the skin care gel on the market is mainly used for moisturizing, and skin care gel products with specific effects are few, and the effect is not satisfactory. Therefore, a skin care gel with good effect and definite effect is developed, and the current situation that the products have single market application can be made up.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to disclose an acne-removing skin-care gel containing water-soluble cannabidiol and a preparation method thereof. The skin care gel is added with a proper amount of water-soluble cannabidiol, so that the product not only has the basic effect of moisturizing, but also can exert the excellent antibacterial and anti-inflammatory capabilities of the cannabidiol, and effectively dispel the trouble of acnes.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the acne-removing skin-care gel containing water-soluble cannabidiol is mainly realized by the following technical scheme and comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:

The solubilizer comprises one or more of PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil and PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil.
The rheology regulator comprises one or more of xanthan gum, carbomer, hydroxyethyl cellulose, hydroxypropyl cellulose and acrylic acid polymer.
The fragrances include fragrances approved for use in cosmetic codes.
The antiseptic is one or more of ethylparaben, sodium benzoate, benzalkonium chloride, DMDMH (dimethylol dimethyl hydantoin), and diazolidinyl urea.
Cannabidiol (CBD) is a major active ingredient in cannabinoids, extracted from industrial cannabis. Has the function of protecting nerves, has no addiction, has the functions of resisting spasm, rheumatic arthritis and anxiety, draws wide attention in the fields of medicine and pharmacology and becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Research shows that CBD also shows excellent curative effect on antibiosis and antiphlogosis, and has certain inhibitory activity on staphylococcus and streptococcus.
The preparation method of the water-soluble cannabidiol comprises the following steps of ① dissolving high-purity CBD crystals with 2-5 times of ethanol to form a solution, ② heating and dissolving alpha-cyclodextrin with 1-5 times of pure water or ethanol-water, adding ① the solution after complete dissolution, stirring and mixing uniformly, ③ clathrating, mixing uniformly the solution formed by ① and ②, carrying out cannabidiol clathration by using a high-pressure homogenization method, carrying out reduced pressure concentration by using a rotary evaporator after the solution is completely dissolved, removing most of the solvent and water, ④ drying, and carrying out vacuum drying on the material obtained by ③ to obtain the cannabidiol clathrate (water-soluble).
An acne-removing skin-care gel containing water-soluble cannabidiol and a preparation method thereof, which comprises the following preparation steps:
(1) accurately weighing a certain amount of water in a container.
(2) While stirring water, a certain amount of water-soluble cannabidiol and EDTA-2Na are dispersed in the water and fully stirred to dissolve.
(3) Adding humectant, emollient, and rheology regulator in sequence, stirring, and dispersing.
(4) Adding antiseptic, stirring, and dispersing.
(5) And mixing the essence and the solubilizer, adding the mixture into the system, and stirring and dispersing the mixture until the system is uniform.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages and innovations that:
(1) according to the invention, under the premise of not changing the molecular structure of the cannabidiol which is insoluble in water, the CBD with higher purity is embedded by the packing material with better water solubility, so that the water solubility of the CBD is changed, and the water solubility and the utilization rate of the CBD are greatly improved.
(2) The effective active additive cannabidiol has better antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and can effectively eliminate pox troubles caused by bacterial infection. And cannabidiol is a natural plant extract, is safe and has no side effect.
(3) The invention has simple preparation process, definite curative effect and low cost, is suitable for large-scale production and is a product with popularization and application values.
