Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the invention aims to provide an all-directional active scattering irrigation and drainage machine for modern agriculture, which aims to solve the defects that in the prior art, when a water flow column is subjected to up-and-down swinging and blocking through a traditional swinging piece, the water flow is instantaneously blocked and sprayed, and the water flow generated by blocking and spraying can only be subjected to forward and backward moving irrigation under the action of wind power, so that the ground range at the innermost position of the spraying is still dry, the diffusion range effect is poor, and meanwhile, under the action of an indispensable force factor when the irrigation spray head is placed outdoors and is located outdoors, foreign matters are easily covered at the irrigation spray head, so that the flow of the sprayed water flow column is small.

As a further scheme of the invention, the anti-covering structure comprises an arc-shaped frame, a tightening line and a reverse flow cleaning piece, wherein the tightening line is provided with a plurality of tightening lines which are respectively arranged at the rear part in the arc-shaped frame in a transverse arrangement structure, the reverse flow cleaning piece is arranged in the arc-shaped frame in a transverse frame structure and is connected through electric welding, and the reverse flow cleaning piece is arranged at the rear part of the tightening line and is beneficial to cleaning foreign matters on the surface of the irrigation spray pipe.
As a further scheme of the invention, the counter-flow cleaning piece comprises a rotating column, fan plates, a flow storage groove and a tensioning column, wherein the fan plates are provided with four fan plates which are respectively installed on the outer surface of the rotating column in a uniform and equidistant manner and are connected through electric welding, the flow storage groove is arranged between the two fan plates and is connected through electric welding, and the tensioning column is provided with a plurality of fan plates which respectively extend into the fan plates in a uniform and equidistant manner and are connected through sleeving, so that the cleaning of foreign matters on the surface of the irrigation spray pipe is facilitated, and meanwhile, the irrigation of a small part of the vertical ground is performed through the flow storage groove.
As a further scheme of the invention, the tightening column comprises a buckling head, a movable rod and a limiting spring, the buckling head is arranged on the upper surface of the movable rod and is positioned on the outer surface of the fan plate, the buckling head is connected with the movable rod through electric welding, and the lower end of the movable rod is connected with the inner wall of the fan plate through the limiting spring through electric welding, so that the tightening line can be in contact with the surface of the irrigation spray pipe under the action of rotation, and the foreign matters on the surface of the tightening line can be removed.
As a further scheme of the invention, the intermittent flow-changing mechanism comprises a frame, a self-rotating column, a water-retaining plate and a bushing plate, wherein the frame is inverted, the left side and the right side of the frame are both hollow, the self-rotating column is arranged on the inner side of the frame and is connected through electric welding, and the water-retaining plate is provided with four water-retaining plates which are respectively arranged on the surface of the self-rotating column in a uniform and equidistant manner and are connected through buckling, so that the downward spraying of water flow is favorably realized, the diffusion range of the water flow is enhanced, and the working efficiency of the water flow is improved.
As a further scheme of the invention, the two sides of the water retaining plate are both in an inner groove shape, which is beneficial to realizing the receiving of water flow.
As a further scheme of the invention, the torsion spring is arranged in the self-rotating column and can rotate at an angle of 180 degrees, so that the water contained in the water retaining plate can be retained and flowed downwards under the action of reverse rotation of the water retaining plate.
Advantageous effects of the invention
Compared with the traditional irrigation and drainage machine for modern agriculture, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention utilizes the mutual matching action of the tightening columns and the tightening lines to rub and move the foreign matters buckled around the surface of the irrigation spray pipe, and when the tightening lines are close to the irrigation spray pipe, part of the water sprayed outwards is irrigated to the ground at the rear end of the tightening lines under the pressing action of external force.
The invention uses the intermittent flow-changing mechanism to instantaneously separate and block the forward-sprayed water flow column under the action of the back-and-forth swing of the self-swinging frame, so that the water flow is sprayed downwards and around, the diffusion range of the water flow is enlarged, and the working efficiency is improved.

As shown in fig. 3-6, the intermittent flow-changing mechanism 8c includes a U-shaped frame 8c1, a self-rotation column 8c2, a water-retaining plate 8c3 and a drain plate 8c4, the U-shaped frame 8c1 is inverted and the left and right sides of the frame are both hollow, the self-rotation column 8c2 is arranged on the inner side of the U-shaped frame 8c1 and is connected by electric welding, the water-retaining plate 8c3 is provided with four blocks which are respectively arranged on the surface of the self-rotation column 8c2 in an even and equidistant manner and are connected by buckling, thereby facilitating the downward spraying of water flow, enhancing the diffusion range of water flow and improving the working efficiency.
As shown in fig. 6, both sides of the water retaining plate 8c3 are in an inner groove shape, which is beneficial to realizing the water flow receiving.
As shown in fig. 6, the self-rotation column 8c2 is provided with a torsion spring inside and can rotate at an angle of 180 °, which is beneficial to realize that the water received by the water catching plate 8c3 flows downwards under the action of reverse rotation.
In conclusion, the tightening columns 8b34 and the tightening strips 8b2 are matched with each other, foreign matters covering the surface of the water jet irrigation device 7 are scraped, the water jet columns which are jetted outwards are partially blocked, so that the water jet irrigation device can jet and irrigate the rear end ground, and the intermittent flow changing mechanism 8c can instantaneously block the water jet columns under the back-and-forth swinging action of the self-swinging frame 8a, jet vertically downwards and peripherally, and enlarge the diffusion range of the water jet.
The specific realization principle is as follows: when in use, the device is connected with a water source through the connecting pipe 3 and started under the action of the control electric box 2, the device is fixed with the frame 6 through the support frame 5, water flow irrigates through the scattering device 8, but when the scattering device 8 irrigates, the water flow column is in linear injection and is in a circle-drawing injection with a longer range distance, and when the water flow column is separated and blocked by the traditional swing piece in a way of swinging up and down, the water flow is instantaneously barrier-sprayed, the water flow generated by barrier-spraying can only carry out forward and backward moving irrigation under the action of wind power, so that the ground range at the innermost position is sprayed and is still dry, the diffusion range effect is poor, and meanwhile, under the action of the factor of ineffectiveness outdoors, the irrigation spray head is easily covered with foreign matters, so that the flow of the sprayed water flow column is small.
Therefore, the intermittent flow-changing mechanism 8c moves along with the swinging action of the self-swinging frame 8a under the action of the up-and-down back-and-forth swinging of the self-swinging frame 8a, so that the water flow column which is sprayed directly is instantaneously blocked under the action of the back-and-forth swinging, the water retaining plate 8c3 partially stores the water flow which passes through the instantaneous blocking, and the water retained in the water retaining plate 8c3 rebounds due to the 180-degree rotatable rebounding of the self-rotating column 8c2, so that the rear spraying of the water flow and the irrigation vertical to the ground are realized, and the irrigation range of the equipment is enlarged.
The rotating column 8b31 rotates when the equipment is powered on to operate, so that the tightening column 8b34 is thrown outwards under the action of centrifugal rotation, and the tightening head x1 is in contact with the tightening strip 8b2, so that the tightening strip 8b2 is in contact with the surface of the irrigation spray pipe 7, the foreign matters covering the surface of the irrigation spray pipe 7 are bounced under the action of the elastic force of the tightening column, the whole removal of the foreign matters on the surface of the irrigation spray pipe is ensured, the phenomenon that the flow of the water jet column is small due to the fact that the irrigation spray head is easily covered with the foreign matters is avoided, meanwhile, the water jet column which is jetted outwards is partially blocked, and the water jet which is jetted linearly is jetted to the ground at the rear end under the action of the blocking.
The invention solves the problems that in the prior art, when the traditional swinging piece swings up and down to separate and block a water flow column, the water flow is instantly separated and injected, the water flow generated by the separation and injection can only move back and forth under the action of wind power, so that the ground range which is also injected at the innermost part is still dry, the diffusion range effect is poor, and meanwhile, under the action of the factor of external force irresistibility when the swinging piece is placed outdoors, foreign matters are easily covered at the irrigation spray head, so that the flow of the water flow column which is injected is small, the invention utilizes the mutual combination of the components, utilizes the mutual matching action of the tightening columns and the tightening lines to rub and move the foreign matters which are buckled around the surface of the irrigation spray pipe, and when the tightening lines are close to the irrigation spray pipe, the water which is injected outwards has a part which is pressed and pressed towards the ground at the rear end of the swinging piece under the action of the external force to irrigate, the invention uses the intermittent flow-changing mechanism to instantaneously separate and block the forward-sprayed water flow column under the action of the back-and-forth swing of the self-swinging frame, so that the water flow is sprayed downwards and around, the diffusion range of the water flow is enlarged, and the working efficiency is improved.
