Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
During air conditioner refrigeration, can lead to the air conditioner casing, especially the temperature of the near partial casing of air outlet is crossed lowly, and because of near air outlet shell structure reason, lead to near the casing cold and hot unevenness of air outlet serious, very easily produce the condensation, for example, commercial seat crane casing is great, its air outlet is long and thin form, total cold and hot uneven scope is great, ordinary seat crane operation 4 hours under the slightly high condition of humidity can drip about, the condensation problem is comparatively serious, if do not have in the operation process and prevent condensation control, then after the operation short time, the condensation water can collect rapidly, and direct drippage, influence the travelling comfort.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an air conditioner condensation prevention control method.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram illustrating an embodiment of an air conditioner anti-condensation control method according to the present invention.
The air conditioner anti-condensation control method comprises the following steps:
step S10, recording the refrigerating operation time of the air conditioner after detecting the refrigerating operation of the air conditioner, and acquiring the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located;
in the air conditioner running process, the running mode of the air conditioner is detected, and when the air conditioner is detected to be in the refrigeration running mode, the timer can be started to record the refrigeration running time, wherein the detection of the refrigeration running of the air conditioner can be that the air conditioner directly runs in the refrigeration mode after being started, or can be that in the air conditioner running process, the other running modes are switched to the refrigeration running mode, and the refrigeration running time is recorded as long as the refrigeration running of the air conditioner is detected.
If the air conditioner is detected to run in the other modes after the air conditioner is detected to run for a period of time, the air conditioner is detected to run in other modes, such as a heating mode, a dehumidification mode and the like, zero clearing processing can be carried out on the long time of running in the refrigeration mode, optionally, the recording of the length of running in the refrigeration mode can also be suspended, if the air conditioner is detected to resume the refrigeration mode in the preset time, the recording of the length of running in the refrigeration mode is continued, and if the air conditioner is detected not to resume the refrigeration mode in the preset time, zero clearing processing is carried out on the long time of running in the refrigeration mode. And after zero clearing treatment is carried out on the refrigerating operation time, if the refrigerating operation of the air conditioner is detected again, the refrigerating operation time of the air conditioner is counted again.
The air conditioner air-conditioning system can acquire the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located after the air conditioner is determined to be in refrigeration operation, and can also acquire the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located during the whole operation period of the air conditioner. The air conditioner air outlet temperature and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located can be obtained in real time or at regular time, wherein the air outlet temperature can be sampled in real time through a temperature sensor arranged at an air outlet of the air conditioner, and the average value of the sampling result of the preset times is recorded and is obtained as the basic parameter of the follow-up operation of the air conditioner.
The humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located can be determined by configuring a humidity sensor on an indoor unit of the air conditioner and taking a humidity parameter detected by the humidity sensor as the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located; alternatively, a humidity sensor or a device with a humidity detection function may be provided in the indoor environment where the air conditioner is located, the air conditioner and the independent humidity sensor or device perform data communication through a network or a wire, and the humidity parameter detected by the independent humidity sensor or device is used as the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located.
Step S20, when the refrigerating operation time length is longer than a first time length, determining a first outlet air temperature of the air conditioner and a first humidity of a space where the air conditioner is located in the first time length;
the air conditioner may generate condensation after a period of refrigeration operation in a certain humidity environment and a certain air outlet temperature. The first outlet air temperature may be an average outlet air temperature within a first time period, may be a sampling outlet air temperature at a preset frequency, and an average value is obtained based on the sampled outlet air temperatures, or may be an average outlet air temperature within a certain time period within the first time period, where the first time period is 6 hours, and the first outlet air temperature may be an average outlet air temperature within a time period from 5 th hour to 6 th hour, or may be an outlet air temperature within a time period lasting for a certain time, where the first time period is 6 hours, and the first outlet air temperature may be an outlet air temperature sampled at a preset frequency within a time period from 5 th hour to 6 th hour. The first humidity may be an average humidity within the first time period, an average outlet air temperature within a certain time period within the first time period, or a humidity within a certain duration.
And calculating a first humidity and a first air outlet temperature of the space where the air conditioner is located in the first time period when the refrigerating operation time period is longer than the first time period, and judging whether the air conditioner is likely to generate condensation or not according to the first humidity and the first air outlet temperature so as to determine how to perform the subsequent steps.
Wherein the value range of the first time length can be selected to be 4-6 h; the first time period may be selected to be 6 h.
And recording the refrigerating operation time length, triggering the calculation of the first air outlet temperature and the first humidity when the refrigerating operation time length is longer than the first time length, at the moment, continuously recording the refrigerating operation time length, also suspending recording the refrigerating operation time length, and resetting the refrigerating operation time length.
When the first outlet air temperature is the average outlet air temperature within the first time duration and the first humidity is the average humidity within the first time duration, and when the first outlet air temperature and the first humidity are calculated, the obtained outlet air temperatures can be accumulated and summed when the outlet air temperature is obtained, and the obtaining times are recorded, for example, the outlet air temperature is obtained for the first time and is 10 ℃, the outlet air temperature is obtained for the second time and is 9.9 ℃, the summation and accumulation result in 19.9 ℃, the outlet air temperature is obtained for the third time and is 10.1 ℃, and the summation and accumulation result in 30 ℃. That is, when one outlet air temperature is obtained each time, the outlet air temperatures are summed up and updated for the obtaining times, when the cooling operation time length is longer than the first time length, the sum of the outlet air temperatures and the current obtaining times are obtained, and the sum of the outlet air temperatures is divided by the current obtaining times to obtain the first outlet air temperature of the air conditioner.
And calculating the first humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located, and also referring to the calculation mode of the first air outlet temperature, acquiring the humidity parameter once at intervals of preset time length, summing and recording the acquisition times, and calculating the first humidity based on the humidity summing result and the acquisition times when the refrigerating operation time length is longer than the first time length.
Step S30, judging whether the air conditioner meets a first anti-condensation condition;
after the first outlet air temperature and the first humidity are obtained through calculation, whether the air conditioner meets a first anti-condensation condition is judged according to the first outlet air temperature and the first humidity, and the first anti-condensation condition is a trigger condition of anti-condensation control preset in the air conditioner. Optionally, the first condensation preventing condition is that the first outlet air temperature is lower than a first preset temperature, and the first humidity is higher than a first preset humidity. The smaller the air outlet temperature is, the larger the humidity is, the more frosting is easy to occur, the first condensation preventing condition is set to be that the first air outlet temperature is smaller than the first preset temperature, the first humidity is larger than the first preset humidity, condensation prediction is achieved through the air outlet temperature and the humidity, and then condensation prevention control is effectively achieved.
Optionally, the first preset temperature is 10 ℃ and the first preset humidity is 70%.
If the air conditioner does not meet the first anti-condensation condition, the refrigerating operation duration of the air conditioner can be continuously recorded, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located are obtained, and when the refrigerating operation duration, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located meet other anti-condensation conditions again, corresponding anti-condensation control is carried out.
And step S40, when the air conditioner meets the first anti-condensation condition, adjusting the swing angle of the air conditioner to a preset anti-condensation angle.
If the air conditioner satisfies the first condensation condition of preventing, with the pendulum wind angle adjustment of air conditioner for the condensation angle of preventing that predetermines, wherein, the condensation angle of preventing predetermineeing, for predetermineeing in the air conditioner, the pendulum wind angle that makes the difficult condensation of air conditioner, this pendulum wind angle is based on the experiment and obtains. In which, as shown in fig. 10, the swing angle guides the angle value formed by the closing position of the damper and the actual operating position.
When an existing air conditioner operates in a refrigerating mode, the air swinging angle of the air deflector is usually set within a certain angle range, the angle range is set based on user comfort consideration, and under the normal operation condition, the air swinging angle of the air conditioner is not the air swinging angle which is not prone to condensation.
Optionally, the preset condensation-preventing angle ranges from 80 degrees to 100 degrees.
The preset anti-condensation angle may be selected to be 80 °. The air deflector can be controlled to swing downwards by 80-100 degrees, and can also be controlled to swing upwards by 80-100 degrees. Under the anti-condensation angle, cold air can be uniformly blown to the air outlet shell of the air conditioner, the severity of uneven cooling and heating of the air outlet shell of the air conditioner is reduced, and the condensation generation speed is further slowed down.
In the higher environment of humidity, when air conditioning cooling operation time is greater than a fixed time length, will generally have a certain amount of condensation water, and the compressor frequency is higher, the air-out temperature is lower, produce the condensation more easily, so, based on the humidity in the space that the air conditioner is located and air conditioner air-out temperature, judge whether the air conditioner satisfies the first condensation condition of preventing of predetermineeing, and when the air conditioner satisfied first condensation condition of preventing, with the pendulum wind angle automatic adjustment of aviation baffle to the angle of the least easy condensation, and then slow down the speed that the condensation produced, avoid air conditioner refrigeration operation short time just the condensation to drip.
Optionally, fig. 2 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a subsequent step of step S40, and as shown in fig. 2, step S40 is followed by:
and step S50, raising the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner to a preset temperature.
Because of under the unchangeable condition of humidity, operating time, the air-out temperature is lower, produces the condensation more easily, in order to reach better condensation effect that slows down, when the air conditioner satisfies first condensation condition of preventing, with the pendulum wind angle adjustment of air conditioner when or after or before the condensation angle is prevented in the presetting, still with the air-out temperature rising of air conditioner to preset temperature.
Optionally, the frequency of an air conditioner compressor is reduced, and the opening degree of an electronic expansion valve is increased, so that the outlet air temperature of the air conditioner is increased. The frequency reduction speed of the compressor can be selected to be 1Hz/s, the valve opening adjusting speed of the expansion valve can be selected to be 1rps/30s, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is increased to a preset temperature by reducing the frequency of the compressor of the air conditioner at the reduction speed and the adjustment speed and increasing the opening of the electronic expansion valve, and the condensation generation speed is reduced. When the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is increased to the preset temperature, the frequency of the compressor is limited, and the air outlet temperature is maintained at the preset temperature.
Optionally, the preset temperature is 12-14 ℃.
The preset temperature may be selected to be 13 deg.c.
If the air conditioner meets the first anti-condensation condition, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is about 10 ℃, the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is increased to the preset temperature by adjusting the air conditioner frequency, the value of the preset temperature is 12-14 ℃, namely, the air outlet temperature is slightly increased, so that the comfort of a user is not influenced, and the condensation can be reduced.
Because condensation control is carried out, the air outlet temperature is limited to the preset temperature after the air conditioner meets the first condensation preventing condition, and in the subsequent operation process of the air conditioner, a user may change the set temperature (namely the target value of the indoor temperature), if the set temperature is reduced, if the preset temperature is too high, the latest set temperature may not be realized, so that the preset temperature is set to be a lower temperature, the lowest set temperature of the air conditioner refrigeration is usually 16 ℃, the preset temperature is set to be 12-14 ℃ in each embodiment of the invention, the condensation is reduced, and the latest set temperature set by the user can be tracked, so that the comfort of the user is not influenced.
Optionally, fig. 3 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a subsequent step of step S50, and as shown in fig. 3, step S50 is followed by:
and step S60, controlling the air conditioner to perform heating operation when detecting that the refrigerating operation time length is longer than a second time length, wherein the second time length is longer than the first time length.
After the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is increased to the preset temperature and the swing angle of the air conditioner is adjusted to the preset anti-condensation angle, if the fact that the refrigerating operation time length is longer than a second time length is detected, the air conditioner is controlled to switch to heating operation, wherein the second time length is obviously longer than the first time length, and the second time length can be longer than the first time length by 2 hours or 3 hours. The value range of the second time length can be selected to be 6-8 h; the second time period may be selected to be 8 h.
After the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner is increased to the preset temperature and the swing angle of the air conditioner is adjusted to the preset anti-condensation angle, the state is maintained for a period of time until the refrigerating operation time length is longer than the second time length, the four-way valve is controlled to be opened, the air conditioner is enabled to be in heating operation, and the state is finished.
The control air conditioner uses the air-out temperature to be the operation of presetting temperature, pendulum wind angle for the condensation angle of preventing of presetting, though can slow down condensation production speed, nevertheless along with the increase of operating time, the condensation constantly gathers, and is greater than the second time length during the refrigeration operation, and the condensation is gathered too much and is probably led to dripping, and at this moment, the condensation need thoroughly be got rid of, consequently, the control air conditioner changes the operation of heating, dries the condensation water.
Optionally, after the air conditioner is controlled to be switched to heating operation for a preset time, the refrigerating operation is resumed, wherein the preset time is a short time, and is 4-8 minutes optionally.
When the air conditioner is longer than a first time in refrigerating operation, based on the average air outlet temperature and the average humidity, when the air conditioner is judged to meet a first condensation preventing condition, the condensation generation speed is slowed down only by adjusting the swing air angle and the air outlet temperature, and the operation in a heating mode is not directly switched and the condensation water is dried, so that the phenomenon that the heating operation is switched in a shorter time due to the refrigerating operation, the refrigerating effect is greatly influenced, and the frequent switching operation between the refrigerating mode and the heating mode is avoided; when the air conditioner is operated for a longer time than the second time, the condensed water of the air conditioner is accumulated to a certain amount, the air conditioner is operated for a longer time, the refrigeration effect is better and more stable, and the short-time heating can not obviously influence the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner.
Optionally, fig. 4 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a subsequent step of step S30, and as shown in fig. 4, step S30 is followed by:
step S70, when the air conditioner does not meet the first anti-condensation condition, and the refrigeration running time is longer than a third time, determining a second outlet air temperature of the air conditioner and a second humidity of a space where the air conditioner is located in the third time, wherein the third time is longer than the first time;
if the air conditioner does not meet the first anti-condensation condition, the air conditioner cooling operation time length is continuously recorded, the cooling operation time length is longer than the third time length, the second humidity and the second air outlet temperature are calculated, and the specific calculation method of the second humidity and the second air outlet temperature can be the same as the calculation method of the first humidity and the first air outlet temperature, which is described in the related description above and is not repeated herein.
Obviously, the third duration is longer than the first duration, the third duration may be longer than the first duration by 2-4 h, and the third duration may be equal to or unequal to the second duration.
Step S80, determining whether the air conditioner satisfies a second condensation preventing condition, where the second condensation preventing condition is: the second outlet air temperature is lower than a second preset temperature, and the second humidity is higher than a second preset humidity;
the second anti-condensation condition is a triggering condition of anti-condensation control preset in the air conditioner, and can be that the second air outlet temperature is lower than the second preset temperature and the second humidity is higher than the second preset humidity. Optionally, the second preset temperature is 10-11 ℃, and the second preset humidity is 70% -80%.
And if the air conditioner does not meet the second anti-condensation condition, the refrigerating running length of the air conditioner can be continuously recorded, and the air outlet temperature of the air conditioner and the humidity of the space where the air conditioner is located are obtained.
And step S90, controlling the air conditioner to perform heating operation when the air conditioner meets a second anti-condensation condition.
If the air conditioner satisfies the second anti-condensation condition, it is described that the air conditioner may generate more condensation, and the length of the air conditioner during the cooling operation is not short, so that a better cooling effect is achieved.
Optionally, fig. 5 is a schematic view of another embodiment of a step subsequent to step S30, and as shown in fig. 5, the step of controlling the air conditioner to perform the heating operation includes:
and S100, closing an inner fan and an air guide door of the air conditioner.

Optionally, after the inner fan and the air guide door of the air conditioner are closed, the air conditioner is opened after a preset short time. The high pressure caused by closing the inner fan and the air guide door is avoided, and the air conditioner is prevented from being damaged.
Optionally, fig. 6 is a schematic view of another embodiment of a subsequent step of step S30, and as shown in fig. 6, step S100 includes:
and S110, after detecting that the heating operation time of the air conditioner is longer than a fourth time, controlling the inner fan to operate at the lowest wind level, controlling an air deflector of the air conditioner to swing upwards, and controlling an air outlet of the air conditioner to supply air upwards, wherein the fourth time is longer than the second time and the third time.
When the air conditioner heats, the heating operation time of the air conditioner is counted, when the heating operation time of the air conditioner is longer than the fourth time, the air conditioner inner fan and the air guide door are opened, the inner fan is controlled to operate at the lowest wind gear, and the air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled to supply air upwards. The swing angle of the air conditioner can be controlled to be 10-30 degrees in the upward swing direction, and the preferred swing angle is 20 degrees. Wherein, the fourth time length can be 3.5-4.5 minutes, and can be 4 minutes.
When the air conditioner is closed, the heating operation time of the inner fan and the air guide door is longer than the fourth time, the inner fan is controlled to operate at the lowest wind gear, a small amount of hot air can be blown out indoors, the air outlet of the air conditioner is controlled to supply air upwards, the situation that the air conditioner blows out hot air directly downwards can be avoided, and the comfort of a user is guaranteed.
Optionally, fig. 7 is a schematic view of an embodiment of a subsequent step of step S110, and as shown in fig. 7, step S110 includes:
step S120, controlling the air conditioner to perform cooling operation after detecting that the air conditioner heating operation time length is longer than a fifth time length, wherein the fifth time length is longer than the fourth time length;
when the heating operation time of the air conditioner is longer than the fifth time, the air conditioner is heated and operated for a long time, condensation can be dried sufficiently, and meanwhile, in order to avoid obvious rise of indoor temperature, the refrigerating operation of the air conditioner is controlled to operate according to the conditions set by the initial user. Wherein, the fifth time period can be selected to be 7.5-8.5 minutes, and can be selected to be 8 minutes.
In the process of controlling the air conditioner to change from heating to cooling, the compressor, the outer fan and the four-way valve are closed, the compressor is restarted, and the air conditioner is controlled to run in a cooling mode, wherein when the compressor is restarted, the compressor can be immediately started without time delay protection of restarting the compressor after the compressor is stopped in normal running.
The execution returns to step S10.
After the air conditioner performs the cooling operation again, the cooling operation length of the air conditioner is recorded again, that is, the process returns to step S10, and the condensation prevention control of the air conditioner is performed.
When the air conditioner heating operation is long and is greater than the time back of fifth, control air conditioner refrigeration operation can avoid causing too big influence to the normal operating of air conditioner when drying the condensation water, avoids causing too big harmful effects to air conditioner refrigeration effect, ensures user's travelling comfort.
