The present invention will be described in detail below with reference to embodiments shown in the drawings. These embodiments are not intended to limit the present invention, and structural, methodological, or functional changes made by those skilled in the art according to these embodiments are included in the scope of the present invention.
Terms such as "upper," "above," "lower," "below," and the like, used herein to denote relative spatial positions, are used for ease of description to describe one element or feature's relationship to another element or feature as illustrated in the figures. The spatially relative positional terms may be intended to encompass different orientations of the device in use or operation in addition to the orientation depicted in the figures. For example, if the device in the figures is turned over, elements described as "below" or "beneath" other elements or features would then be oriented "above" the other elements or features. Thus, the exemplary term "below" can encompass both an orientation of above and below. The device may be otherwise oriented (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptors used herein interpreted accordingly.
Also, it should be understood that, although the terms first, second, etc. may be used herein to describe various elements or structures, these described elements should not be limited by these terms. These terms are only used to distinguish these descriptive objects from one another. For example, a first hinge may be referred to as a second hinge, and similarly a second hinge may also be referred to as a first hinge, without departing from the scope of the present application.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a bogie for a tram, as shown in fig. 2A, 2B, 3A, and 3B, including:
the longitudinal beams 12 and the cross beams 11 are vertically connected with each other; the four walking wheels 2 are respectively and pivotally and symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the longitudinal beam 12 and positioned on the front side of the cross beam 11; the other two walking wheels 2 are respectively pivotally and symmetrically arranged on the left side and the right side of the longitudinal beam 12 and are positioned on the rear side of the cross beam 11;
here, as shown in fig. 3A, the hinge plate 113 is divided into a first hinge portion 1131 and a second hinge portion 1132, and the first and second hinge portions have a degree of freedom of rotation in a horizontal plane. In a practical tram, the bogie would be used to connect adjacent cars, i.e. the bottom of one car is fixedly connected to the first articulation 1131 and the bottom of the other car is fixedly connected to the second articulation 1132, and during operation of the tram, the tram is moved along the extension direction of the longitudinal beams 12, i.e. along the fore-and-aft direction. It can be understood that the articulated disc 113 needs to bear the gravity and the pulling force of the two carriages, the articulated disc 113 can transmit the gravity and the pulling force to the cross beam 11, and the running wheels 2 are arranged on the front two sides of the cross beam 11, so that the stability of the bogie is greatly improved, namely the possibility of the bogie tilting forwards or backwards can be reduced.
In this bogie, no other parts are provided on the left side of the left-hand running wheels 2, and therefore, an operating space is left, thereby facilitating maintenance and/or replacement of the left-hand running wheels 2; no other components are arranged to the right of the right-hand running wheel 2, so that an operating space remains for maintenance and/or replacement of the right-hand running wheel 2, i.e. in the bogie of the present embodiment, the user can also easily maintain and/or replace the running wheel 2.
Here, the running wheels 2 are symmetrically arranged on both the left and right sides of the side member 12, so that the track width of the two running wheels 2 is increased, and the anti-rolling performance of the bogie is improved. Optionally, the track width between the symmetrically arranged running wheels 2 is 850mm-2500 mm.
The beam 11 comprises a lower beam 111 and an upper support plate 112, a concave portion 1111 is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the lower beam 111, a connecting portion 1121 is arranged in the middle of the lower surface of the upper support plate 112, the connecting portion 1121 extends into the concave portion 1111, stopping portions 1112 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the opening of the concave portion 1111, a part of the stopping portion 1112 is positioned above the opening of the concave portion 1111, flexible portions 1122 are arranged on the left side and the right side of the connecting portion 1121, the flexible portion 1122 on the left side corresponds to the stopping portion 1112 on the left side, and the flexible portion 1122 on the right side corresponds to the stopping portion 1112 on the right side;
a hinge plate 113 is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the upper support plate 112, the hinge plate 113 comprises a first hinge portion 1131 and a second hinge portion 1132, and the first hinge portion and the second hinge portion have a degree of freedom of rotation in the horizontal plane;
wherein the front-back direction and the left-right direction are directions perpendicular to each other in a horizontal plane.
Here, as shown in fig. 3A, the upper support plate 112 is a bent member extending in the left-right direction and bent downward at the center, that is, a recess is formed at the center of the upper surface of the upper support plate 112, and the recess can accommodate the hinge plate 113. Optionally, the first hinge portion 1131, the second hinge portion 1132, the left end portion of the upper support plate 112 and the right end portion of the upper support plate 112 have upper surfaces located in the same plane; and in fig. 3A, an elastic member is provided on both left and right end portions of the upper support plate 112, it is understood that, for the vehicle compartment, the middle portion of the bottom of the front or rear end thereof may be located on the hinge portion 113 (e.g., connected to the first hinge portion 1131 or the second hinge portion 1132 by a fastener), the left portion may be located on the left end portion of the upper support plate 112 (e.g., on the elastic member located on the upper side of the left end portion), and the right portion may be located on the right end portion of the upper support plate 112 (e.g., on the elastic member located on the upper side of the right end portion).
Here, the upper supporting plate 112 is located on the upper side of the lower beam 111, as shown in fig. 2A and 2B, during the operation of the tramcar, the tramcar may shake left and right, and the shaking amplitude may be too large, for example, when the tramcar shakes right, because a part of the stopper 1112 on the right side is located above the opening of the recess 1111, and the flexible portion 1122 on the right side corresponds to the position of the stopper 1112 on the right side, it can be understood that the flexible portion 1122 on the right side of the connecting portion 1121 may collide with the stopper 1112 on the right side, and may not collide with the lower beam 111, so that the shaking amplitude on the right side may be reduced, and the cross beam 11 may be prevented from being damaged; when the left sway occurs, since a part of the stopper 1112 on the left side is located above the opening of the recess 1111 and the flexible portion 1122 on the left side corresponds to the position of the stopper 1112 on the left side, it can be understood that the flexible portion 1122 on the left side of the connection portion 1121 collides with the stopper 1112 on the left side, and does not collide with the lower beam 111, so that the left sway can be reduced, and the cross beam 11 can be prevented from being damaged.
