The invention improves the installation structure of the thread feeding needle, effectively limits the thread feeding needle while simplifying the thread feeding mechanism, avoids firing pins in the thread feeding process, reduces the number of components of the thread feeding mechanism, further reduces the product cost and improves the stability and reliability of the thread feeding action.
The invention simplifies the mechanism, has simpler and more compact integral structure, prevents the rubber mat mechanism and the binding line from blocking each other, avoids mutual interference, cancels the longitudinal line pushing mechanism and cancels the line pushing action in the automatic line feeding process, simplifies the structure and simultaneously ensures that the action in the line feeding process is more accurate, stable and reliable.

Detailed Description
A wire-bound type automatic file binding machine is disclosed, as shown in figures 1 to 16, and comprises a machine body 1, a drilling device 2, a wire feeding device 3, a file binding platform 11, a paper pressing plate 16, a self-locking mechanism 17 and a control circuit, wherein the file binding platform 11 is arranged in the middle of the machine body 1, the drilling device 2 is arranged above the file binding platform 11, the drilling device 2 is provided with at least one drill 25 for rotary drilling, the wire feeding device 3 is arranged above or below the file binding platform 11, the paper pressing plate 16 is arranged on the machine body 1 in a vertical sliding manner, the machine body 1 or the file binding platform 11 is provided with at least one self-locking mechanism 17, the self-locking mechanism 17 is in self-locking fit with the paper pressing plate 16 or the self-locking mechanism 17 is in self-locking fit with a self-locking rod 171 arranged on the paper pressing plate 16, the self-locking mechanism 17 is provided with at least one unlocking triggering part, the machine body 1, The unlocking device comprises an unlocking transmission rod 61 and at least one unlocking assembly 6, the electric driving device is in transmission connection with the unlocking transmission rod 61, the unlocking assembly 6 is installed on the unlocking transmission rod 61, and after the unlocking transmission rod 61 moves or rotates, the corresponding unlocking assembly 6 abuts against or touches the corresponding unlocking trigger part, so that electric automatic unlocking is realized. The thread feeding device 3 comprises a thread feeding lifting motor 32, a thread feeding lifting transmission mechanism 33, a thread feeding lifting seat 34 and three thread feeding needles 31, the thread feeding lifting motor 32 is connected with the thread feeding lifting transmission mechanism 33 in a transmission mode, the thread feeding lifting transmission mechanism 33 is connected with the thread feeding lifting seat 34 in a transmission mode, the thread feeding lifting seat 34 is installed on the machine body 1 in a vertically sliding mode through a guide rod installed on the machine body 1, the three thread feeding needles 31 are installed on the upper portion of the thread feeding lifting seat 34 at intervals in the transverse direction, the lower portions of the thread feeding needles 31 are fixed to the thread feeding lifting seat 34 respectively, and the upper portions of the thread feeding needles 31 face upwards vertically.
The lower ends of the three thread feeding needles 31 are respectively fixed on the threading lifting seat 34, the lower end of each thread feeding needle 31 is respectively provided with a positioning and orienting installation part 313, each positioning and orienting installation part 313 at least comprises an orienting groove, an orienting step position or an orienting boss, and the positioning and orienting installation parts 313 of the thread feeding needles 31 are respectively in limit fit with corresponding installation holes, so that the thread crossing grooves 311 of the thread feeding needles 31 are respectively ensured to be arranged in parallel with the thread placing grooves 12.
The top surface of the middle part of the file binding platform 11 is provided with a thread placing groove 12 which transversely penetrates through the file binding platform 11, and each thread feeding needle 31 is respectively arranged below the thread placing groove 12; each drill 25 is vertically aligned with a corresponding wire feeding needle 31, and the three drill 25 are coaxially or concentrically arranged with the corresponding three wire feeding needles 31.
Each component of the thread feeding device 3 is positioned below the document binding platform 11 in an initial state, when the thread is automatically fed, the thread feeding lifting seat 34 is driven by the thread feeding lifting mechanism 33 to move upwards, the three thread feeding needles 31 are driven by the thread feeding lifting seat 34 to synchronously move upwards, the upper parts of the thread feeding needles 31 extend upwards to a set position above the document binding platform 11, so that the thread feeding action is realized, the thread feeding work of three round holes is automatically completed in one thread feeding action, the thread feeding efficiency is improved, and the three thread feeding needles 31 are driven by the thread feeding lifting mechanism to synchronously move downwards so as to realize resetting.
In the preferred embodiment, the drilling lifting transmission mechanism 22 and the wire feeding lifting transmission mechanism 33 are gear and rack transmission mechanisms, which are simple in structure, stable in transmission and low in cost.
The upper portion of the thread feeding lifting seat 34 is provided with three mounting holes which are arranged at intervals in the transverse direction, the thread feeding lifting seat 34 is a plate body, the lower portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is provided with a positioning and orienting mounting portion which at least comprises an orienting groove, an orienting step position or an orienting boss, the positioning and orienting mounting portions of the three thread feeding needles 31 are respectively inserted into the corresponding mounting holes, the top surface of the file binding platform 11 is provided with a thread placing groove 12 which transversely penetrates through the file binding platform 11, a thread forking groove formed on the upper portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is arranged in parallel with the thread placing groove 12, and the lower portions of the three thread feeding needles 31 are respectively fixed on the thread feeding lifting seat 34. After receiving a starting signal of the control circuit, the control circuit controls the drilling lifting motor 21 to rotate in the forward direction, the drilling lifting motor 21 drives the drilling lifting seat 23 to move downwards along the guide post 15 through the drilling lifting transmission mechanism 22, the three drilling motors 24 are started to rotate simultaneously, the three drilling knives 25 are driven to rotate respectively through the three drilling motors 24, the three drilling knives 25 are driven to synchronously move downwards for drilling, three round holes which are transversely arranged at intervals are drilled in a file fixed on the file binding platform 11, the three round holes are automatically drilled in the file in one-time drilling action, the drilling efficiency is improved, a reset switch signal sent to the control circuit is formed when the drilling knives 25 contact the conductive rubber mat 42, the control circuit controls the drilling lifting motor 21 to rotate in the reverse direction, and the drilling lifting seat 23 is driven to move upwards along the guide post 15 for resetting. The forward rotation and the reverse rotation described in the present invention are relative terms, for example, the forward rotation is not particularly limited to the clockwise rotation.
In the preferred embodiment, a guide post 15 is respectively installed on the left and right sides of the machine body 1, the upper part of the guide post 15 is fixed on the top plate 101, and the lower part is fixed on the partition plate 102; the space above the partition plate 102 is set as a drilling device mounting area or the space between the partition plate 102 and the top plate 101 is set as a drilling mechanism mounting area, and the drilling device 2 is mounted in the drilling mechanism mounting area; the left side and the right side of the drilling lifting seat 23 are respectively slidably mounted on the corresponding guide posts 15, and the drilling lifting seat 23 is limited to only slide up and down along the guide posts 15 through the left guide post and the right guide post 15. The lower part of the guide post 15 is fixed with a mechanical forced limiting sleeve 151, or the lower part of the guide post 15 is movably sleeved with the mechanical forced limiting sleeve 151, the drilling lifting seat 23 is in limiting fit with the mechanical forced limiting sleeve 151 and is used for forcibly limiting the drilling lower limit position of the drill cutter, after the drilling lifting seat 23 moves downwards to the drilling lower limit position and touches a drilling lower limit switch, if the drilling lifting seat 23 does not move upwards and reset, the drilling lifting seat 23 can be abutted against the mechanical forced limiting sleeve 151, when the drill cutter 25 moves downwards to the allowable drilling lower limit position, the drilling lifting seat 23 just abuts against the mechanical forced limiting sleeve 151, the mechanical forced limiting structure is a mechanical forced limiting structure, avoids the drill cutter 25 from impacting the file binding platform 11 or other components, and avoids the drill cutter 25 from moving downwards to the allowable drilling lower limit position under the condition that the limit induction switch fails or cannot induce, effectively protecting the drill 25 and the document binding platform 11.
The paper pressing plate 16 is slidably arranged above the document binding platform 11 and used for pressing the documents placed on the document binding platform 11 in the drilling process, and the left side and the right side of the paper pressing plate 16 are respectively adjacent to the left side and the right side of the document binding platform 11; the left side and the right side of the bottom of the file binding platform 11 are respectively provided with a self-locking mechanism 17, the length of the paper pressing plate 16 is larger than the long edge of A4 paper, and the length of the paper pressing plate 16 is 30-40cm, so that the self-locking mechanisms 17 are required to be arranged on the left side and the right side of the paper pressing plate 16, and the paper pressing plate 16 keeps good balance.
The left and right sides of the paper pressing plate 16 are respectively slidably mounted on the multifunctional rod 18, the multifunctional rod 18 above the paper pressing plate 16 is sleeved with a driving spring 181, the upper end of the driving spring 181 abuts against the drilling lifting seat 23, or the upper end of the driving spring 181 abuts against an extension part arranged on the drilling lifting seat 23, the lower end of the driving spring 181 abuts against the paper pressing plate 16, or the lower end of the driving spring 181 abuts against a sliding guide part 161 fixed on the paper pressing plate 16; when the boring lifter 23 moves downward, the boring lifter 23 compresses the driving spring 181 downward, and pushes the paper pressing plate 16 downward by the driving spring 181, so that the paper pressing plate 16 is pressed against the upper portion of the document. The multi-function lever 18 under the paper pressing plate 16 is sleeved with a return spring 182, the upper end of the return spring 182 abuts against the paper pressing plate 16, or the upper end of the return spring 182 abuts against a sliding guide part 161 fixed on the paper pressing plate 16, the lower end of the return spring 182 abuts against the machine body 1, or the lower end of the return spring 182 abuts against the document binding platform 11, and the paper pressing plate 16 is sprung up to reset under the action of the return spring 182 after unlocking.
The self-locking mechanism 17 is provided with a self-locking lever 172, and the self-locking lever 172 is provided with a self-locking hole and at least one unlocking trigger part; the left side and the right side of the paper pressing plate 16 are respectively fixed with an automatic locking rod 171, the lower parts of the two automatic locking rods 171 respectively extend downwards to the lower part of the document binding platform 11, and the lower parts of the two automatic locking rods 171 are respectively movably inserted into the self locking holes of the corresponding self locking levers 172 and are in self locking matching; the self-locking hole is not smaller than the self-locking rod 171, the self-locking rod 171 can be movably inserted into the self-locking hole, and the self-locking rod 171 can be inclined relative to the self-locking hole, so that the self-locking rod 171 can be relatively clamped in the self-locking hole.
A self-locking spring 173 that abuts against the self-locking lever 172, keeps the self-locking lever 172 inclined with respect to the self-locking lever 171, and provides a self-locking force to the self-locking lever 172 is installed at one side or both sides of the self-locking lever 172. The self-locking spring 173 provides a self-locking force to the self-locking lever 172 to keep the self-locking lever 172 in an inclined state, specifically, the self-locking lever 172 is obliquely arranged relative to the self-locking lever 171 and kept in the relatively inclined state, so that the self-locking lever 171 is kept inclined relative to the self-locking hole, and the self-locking lever 171 is kept clamped to the self-locking lever 171, so that the self-locking lever 171 is in locking fit with the self-locking lever 172.
The bottom of the file binding platform 11 is provided with an unlocking bracket, the electric driving device is arranged on the unlocking bracket, the unlocking transmission rod 61 is rotatably arranged on the unlocking bracket or the electric driving device, and the left side and the right side of the unlocking transmission rod 61 are respectively fixed with an unlocking assembly 6; the two unlocking assemblies 6 are respectively positioned at the sides of the two self-locking levers 172, and the two unlocking assemblies 6 are respectively in touch fit with the unlocking triggering parts of the two self-locking levers 172.
Specifically, the unlocking support comprises two side plates 62 fixed on the left side and the right side of the file binding platform 11, the left side and the right side of the unlocking transmission rod 61 are respectively rotatably installed on the two side plates 62, the electric driving device comprises an unlocking motor 63, the unlocking motor 63 is fixedly installed on the file binding platform 11 or one of the side plates 62, the unlocking motor 63 is in transmission connection with the unlocking transmission rod 61, the side plates 62 are provided with at least one unlocking limit switch 64, the unlocking assembly 6 is in touch fit with the unlocking limit switch 64, the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the unlocking motor 63 and the unlocking limit switch 64, and the control circuit receives a switch signal of the unlocking limit switch 64 and controls the working state of the.
In a preferred embodiment, the unlocking assembly 6 includes a cam structure, a plate or a rod fixedly mounted on the unlocking transmission rod 61, and the cam structure, the plate or the rod is provided with a touch part in touch fit with the unlocking triggering part.
In a specific embodiment, the unlocking assembly 6 includes an unlocking block 65 fixedly mounted on the unlocking transmission rod 61, the unlocking block 65 has a mounting portion protruding on one side of the unlocking transmission rod 61 or symmetrically protruding on two opposite sides of the unlocking transmission rod 61, a pulley 66 or a bearing is mounted at an end of the mounting portion, the pulley 66 or the bearing is in touch fit with an unlocking trigger portion of the corresponding self-locking lever 172, and the pulley 66 or the bearing is in touch fit with the unlocking limit switch 64.
After the control circuit receives a switching signal of the wire feeding upper limit switch 36, the unlocking motor 63 drives the unlocking transmission rod 61 to rotate, the unlocking transmission rod 61 drives the unlocking block 65 when rotating, the pulley 66 arranged on the unlocking block 65 abuts against the unlocking contact part of the self-locking lever 172, the pulleys 66 on the left side and the right side respectively abut against the unlocking contact parts of the left self-locking lever 172 and the right self-locking lever 172 simultaneously, the two self-locking levers 172 are enabled to rotate relative to the self-locking lever 171 simultaneously, the two self-locking levers 171 are enabled to be respectively perpendicular to the corresponding self-locking levers 172, the self-locking lever 171 and the corresponding self-locking hole are enabled to be restored to a concentric state, the self-locking hole does not clamp the corresponding self-locking lever 171 any more, the self-locking levers 171 fixed on the left side and the right side of the paper pressing.
After the corresponding unlocking trigger part is touched, the self-locking lever 172 reversely tilts or rotates relative to the self-locking lever 171, and the self-locking lever 171 and the self-locking hole are in a relatively vertical state or a relatively concentric state, so that the locking matching is automatically released.
In a preferred embodiment, the self-locking lever 172 is provided with a self-locking hole, a pivoting portion 174 and an unlocking trigger portion, the self-locking hole and the unlocking trigger portion are respectively located at two sides of the pivoting portion 174, the two unlocking assemblies 6 are respectively arranged at inner sides of the two side plates 62, an empty avoiding region is formed at an upper portion of the side plates 62, the inner sides of the two self-locking levers 172 respectively transversely pass through the corresponding empty avoiding region, and the unlocking trigger portions of the two self-locking levers 172 are respectively located above the corresponding unlocking assemblies 6.
The unlocking assembly 6 or the unlocking triggering part is provided with the elastic piece 19, the elastic piece 19 serves as an acting medium of the unlocking assembly 6 and the unlocking triggering part, the elastic piece 19 is a spring or an elastic sheet, a buffering space and elastic force are provided through the elastic piece 19, and the action is more stable and feasible during automatic unlocking.
The rubber mat mounting plate 41 is provided with a front limit position and a rear limit position, the machine body 1 is provided with a rubber mat front limit switch and a rubber mat rear limit switch, and the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the rubber mat front limit switch, the rubber mat rear limit switch and the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism; when the rubber pad mounting plate 41 moves to the rear limit position, the rubber pad mounting plate 41 is in inductive fit or touch fit with the rear limit switch of the rubber pad and stops at the rear limit position; when the rubber mat mounting plate 41 moves to the front limit position, the rubber mat mounting plate 41 is in induction fit or touch fit with the rubber mat front limit switch and stops at the front limit position, and the conductive rubber mat 42 mounted at the front part of the rubber mat mounting plate 41 is positioned right below the corresponding drill 25.
Specifically, the document binding platform 11 is provided with a rubber mat mechanism 4, the rubber mat mechanism 4 comprises a rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism and a rubber mat mounting plate 41, the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the rubber mat mounting plate 41, and a conductive rubber mat 42 is embedded in the rubber mat mounting plate 41; the upper part of the document binding platform 11 is provided with a sliding chute 14 extending longitudinally at least at the position corresponding to the drill 25, and the rubber pad mounting plate 41 is slidably mounted in the sliding chute 14. The cushion avoidance driving mechanism comprises a cushion avoidance driving motor 43 and a gear transmission mechanism consisting of a gear and a rack 45 which are meshed and matched, the cushion avoidance driving motor 43 is in transmission connection with the gear in the gear transmission mechanism, and the rack 45 in the gear transmission mechanism is in transmission connection with the cushion mounting plates 41 respectively so as to drive the cushion mounting plates 41 to move back and forth.
Preferably, an auxiliary plate 44 is slidably mounted on the body 1 or the document binding platform 11, each pad mounting plate 41 is fixed or slidably mounted on the auxiliary plate 44, a rack 45 of the gear transmission mechanism is fixed on the auxiliary plate 44, the auxiliary plate 44 is driven by the rack 45 to move back and forth, and each pad mounting plate 41 is driven by the auxiliary plate 44 to slide back and forth.
Wherein, the rubber cushion mechanism 4 adopts one of the following two mounting structures,
1) the rubber mat mechanism 4 comprises three rubber mat mounting plates 41 which are transversely spaced and are respectively slidably mounted on the document binding platform 11, a corresponding sliding groove 14 is respectively formed in the position, corresponding to each rubber mat mounting plate 41, of the document binding platform 11, each rubber mat mounting plate 41 is respectively slidably mounted in one corresponding sliding groove 14, and a conductive rubber mat 42 is respectively movably embedded in the front end part of each rubber mat mounting plate 41;

The drilling device 2 is provided with a drilling lifting motor 21, the drilling lifting motor 21 is in transmission connection with a drilling lifting seat 23, the drilling lifting seat 23 is provided with a drilling initial stop position and a drilling lower limit position, the machine body 1 is provided with a drilling upper limit switch and a drilling lower limit switch, and a control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the drilling upper limit switch, the drilling lower limit switch and the drilling lifting motor 21; when the drilling lifting seat 23 moves upwards to the initial stop position of drilling, the drilling lifting seat 23 is in induction fit or touch fit with the upper limit switch of the drilling and stops at the initial stop position of drilling, and when the drilling lifting seat 23 moves downwards to the lower limit position of the drilling, the drilling lifting seat 23 is in induction fit or touch fit with the lower limit position of the drilling.

The automatic binding machine for the wire-bound files is provided with a control key which is electrically connected with a control circuit and used for starting binding work, after the control circuit receives a control signal of the control key, the control circuit simultaneously starts a rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism and a drilling lifting motor 21, the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism and the drilling lifting seat 23 are used for controlling the rubber mat mounting plate 41 and the drilling lifting seat 23 to simultaneously start moving, and the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism firstly reaches a front limit position before the drilling lifting seat 23 reaches a lower limit position of a drilling hole; after the control circuit receives the switching signal of the lower limit switch of the drill hole or the switching signal of the conductive rubber pad 42 and before the control circuit receives the switching signal of the upper limit switch of the drill hole, the control circuit controls the wire feeding lifting motor 32 to rotate positively, so that the wire feeding lifting seat 34 is driven to move upwards in the process of upwards moving and resetting the drill hole lifting seat 23.
In a preferred embodiment, the time for moving the rubber mat mounting plate 41 from the front limit position to the rear limit position is controlled to be 0.5-3 seconds; the time for moving the drilling lifting seat 23 from the initial drilling stopping position to the lower limit position of the drilled hole is controlled to be 5-10 seconds; the time for moving the wire feeding lifting seat 34 from the wire feeding initial stop position to the wire feeding upper limit position is controlled to be 5-10 seconds; after the control circuit receives the control signal of the control key, the rubber mat mounting plate 41 and the drilling lifting seat 23 start to move simultaneously; the rubber mat mounting plate 41 moves backwards to reset within 1-3 seconds after the drilling lifting seat 23 moves upwards to reset; the control circuit controls the wire feeding lifting motor 32 to rotate forward after the control circuit receives a switching signal of the limit switch on the rear rubber mat and before the control circuit receives a switching signal of the limit switch on the drill hole, so as to drive the wire feeding lifting seat 34 to move upwards, and in the control mode, under the premise that the rubber mat mounting plate 41, the drill 25 and the wire feeding needle 31 do not collide with each other, the three components act and cooperate in the process of drilling and wire feeding, compared with a full-automatic three-hole binding machine in the prior art, the invention can shorten the body loading time of a file by 5-10 seconds, and greatly improve binding.
The invention can be provided with flexible automatic unlocking mechanisms, and particularly, the unlocking parts 35 are respectively arranged at the upper parts of the left side and the right side of the wire feeding lifting seat 34, the unlocking parts 35 are step parts, after the wire feeding lifting seat 34 moves upwards, the two unlocking parts 35 respectively press the corresponding unlocking trigger parts of the two automatic unlocking mechanisms through the corresponding elastic parts 19 so as to realize synchronous automatic unlocking, the automatic unlocking of the wire feeding lifting seat 34 is later than the automatic unlocking of the unlocking assembly 6, and the wire feeding lifting seat 34 moves upwards to the upper limit position of the wire feeding to automatically unlock for the second time, so that the situation that the paper pressing plate 16 is not reset upwards after the unlocking assembly 6 unlocks is effectively avoided. The thread-bound type multi-hole automatic file binding machine is provided with a shell, the shell is fixed on the machine body 1 and at least covers the upper part of the machine body 1, the left side and the right side of the machine body 1 are respectively movably inserted with a vertically arranged multifunctional rod 18, and the upper part of the multifunctional rod 18 extends out of the upper part of the shell; the outer sides of the two self-locking levers 172 are respectively provided with a second unlocking trigger part, the lower parts of the two multifunctional rods 18 extend downwards to the lower part of the document binding platform 11, and the lower parts of the two multifunctional rods 18 respectively abut against or are connected with the corresponding second unlocking trigger parts of the self-locking levers 172; by moving the multifunction lever 18 downward, the multifunction lever 18 is pressed downward against the second unlocking trigger portion of the self-locking lever 172, and manual unlocking is realized. The self-locking lever 172 is provided with a pivoting part 174 at a position between the first unlocking trigger part and the second unlocking trigger part, and the pivoting part 174 is pivoted on the machine body 1 or the document binding platform 11; the self-locking lever 172 is provided with a pair of self-locking springs 173 for providing a self-locking force to the self-locking lever 172 at the outer side of the second unlocking triggering part; the self-locking hole is arranged between the pivoting part 174 and the self-locking spring 173;
when the drilling lifting seat 23 moves downwards, the drilling lifting seat 23 compresses the driving spring 181 downwards, the paper pressing plate 16 is pushed downwards by the driving spring 181, the paper pressing plate 16 is pressed on the upper part of the file, and the paper pressing plate 16 bounces upwards and resets under the action of the reset spring 182 after unlocking.
A line-crossing slot 311 is formed at the second end of the line-feeding needle 31, the outer side of the line-crossing slot 311 is open and forms a line-entering port, two opposite sides of the line-crossing slot 311 are respectively provided with a line-crossing pin 312, and the line-crossing slot 311 is parallel to the line-placing slot 12. When the thread feeding needle 31 moves upward, the binding thread in the thread placing groove 12 automatically falls into the thread forking groove 311, the thread feeding needle 31 directly lifts the binding thread upward through the upper end part thread forking groove 311, and the binding thread is pulled upward by directly lifting the binding thread upward, so that any auxiliary mechanism such as a thread pushing mechanism, a thread pulling mechanism or a thread clamping mechanism does not need to be additionally designed to enable the thread feeding needle 31 to hook the binding thread. In an initial state, the upper part of each thread feeding needle 31 is movably inserted in the middle lower part of the corresponding thread feeding through hole 13, the thread forking groove 311 is arranged in parallel with the thread placing groove 12, the bottom of the thread forking groove 311 is higher than the bottom of the file binding platform and lower than the bottom of the thread placing groove 12, the upper end of the thread forking pin 312 is higher than the bottom of the thread placing groove 12, and the upper end of the thread forking pin 312 is lower than the bottom of the sliding groove 14; the shape of the longitudinal section of the cross-thread groove 311 is U-shaped or V-shaped, and the width of the upper opening of the cross-thread groove 311 in the longitudinal direction of the document binding platform 11 is larger than the width of the lower portion of the cross-thread groove 311.
Setting the side of the thread-bound automatic file binding machine facing a user as a front side, namely setting the side of a file binding platform 11 as the front side, setting the side of the back of the thread-bound automatic file binding machine as the back side, and setting the front and back directions as the longitudinal direction of the invention; the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction in the horizontal plane is set as the transverse direction, and the direction in the present invention is also relative to fig. 1 and 2.
The wire feeding through hole 13 is vertically overlapped on the wire placing groove 12; the wire placing groove 12 transversely penetrates through each sliding groove 14, and the groove bottom of the wire placing groove 12 is lower than that of the sliding groove 14; the upper part of each thread feeding needle 31 is movably inserted into the corresponding thread feeding through hole 13 respectively in the initial state or when the thread feeding needle 31 is at the initial position, and the upper end of each thread feeding needle 31 is lower than the groove bottom of the sliding groove 14; the upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 is provided with a thread forking slot 311, and the front side and the rear side of the thread forking slot 311 are respectively provided with a forking foot 312 extending upwards.
The rubber mat mechanism 4 comprises a rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism and a rubber mat mounting plate 41, the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the rubber mat mounting plate 41, a conductive rubber mat 42 is embedded in the front part of the rubber mat mounting plate 41, and the rubber mat mounting plate 41 is slidably mounted in the corresponding sliding groove 14; the thickness of the rubber mat mounting plate 41 is less than half of the thickness of the file binding platform 11, and the depth of the wire placing groove 12 is greater than half of the thickness of the file binding platform 11; the design enables the binding thread accommodated in the thread placing groove 12 to be positioned in the notch of the corresponding thread forking groove 311 before the thread feeding needle 31 moves upwards, so that the thread feeding needle 31 can be effectively limited and guided, the thread placing groove 12 can have enough space for placing the binding thread, the thread feeding needle 31 can be ensured not to block the use of placing the binding thread in the thread placing groove, and the binding thread is prevented from falling into or being clamped in the gap between the thread feeding needle 31 and the thread placing groove 12.
The top surface of the rubber pad mounting plate 41 is lower than the top surface of the document binding platform 11, and the top surface of the conductive rubber pad 42 is not higher than the top surface of the document binding platform 11; the wire placing groove 12 transversely penetrates through the middle front part of each sliding groove 14, and the binding wire accommodated in the wire placing groove 12 is positioned below the bottom surface of the rubber mat mounting plate 41 or below the groove bottom of the sliding groove 14; when the rubber pad mounting plate 41 moves back and forth, friction between the rubber pad mounting plate 41 and the conductive rubber pad 42 and the document fixed on the document binding platform 11 is reduced or avoided, so that the back and forth movement of the rubber pad mounting plate 41 is smoother, and the document is not damaged in the back and forth movement process.
In the section where the line placing groove 12 and the sliding groove 14 are crossed and overlapped, the line placing groove 12 transversely penetrates through the groove bottom of each sliding groove 14 and the side surface of each sliding groove 14; each wire feeding through hole 13 is respectively overlapped on the wire placing groove 12, the upper end part of each wire feeding through hole 13 respectively penetrates through the sliding groove 14 at the corresponding position, the upper hole edge of each wire feeding through hole 13 is exposed at the bottom of the corresponding sliding groove 14, and the wire placing groove 12 transversely penetrates through the upper part of each wire feeding through hole 13; the fork line groove 311 has an upper opening as a line inlet, the longitudinal width or the inner diameter of each line feeding through hole 13 in the longitudinal section is larger than the longitudinal width of the line placing groove 12, the longitudinal width of the upper opening of the fork line groove 311 is larger than the longitudinal width of the line placing groove 12, and the two fork line legs 312 of each line feeding needle 31 are respectively positioned at the front side and the rear side of the line placing groove 12. The swing of the thread feeding needle 31 in the thread feeding process is avoided, and meanwhile, the thread feeding needle 31 can be ensured to accurately fork the binding thread; the wire placing groove 12 is provided with a front groove side face, a rear groove side face and a groove bottom face, the upper end of each wire feeding needle 31 is not higher than the groove bottom face when the wire feeding needle 31 is at the initial position, so that the wire feeding needle 31 can be effectively limited and guided, the wire placing groove 12 can have enough space for placing binding wires, the wire feeding needle 31 can be ensured not to block the use of placing the binding wires in the wire placing groove, and the binding wires are prevented from falling into or being clamped in a gap between the wire feeding needle 31 and the wire placing groove 12.
The inner diameter of the wire feeding through hole 13 is not smaller than the outer diameter of the drill 25, the outer diameter of the wire feeding needle 31 is smaller than the inner diameter of the wire feeding through hole 13, the wire feeding needle 31 and the corresponding wire feeding through hole 13 are coaxially arranged or concentrically arranged, the wire feeding needle 31 and the corresponding drill 25 are vertically opposite and coaxially arranged or concentrically arranged, the wire feeding stability is guaranteed, and the wire feeding smoothness is improved.
Before binding and binding, the binding wire is freely placed at the bottom of the wire placing groove 12, the binding wire accommodated in the wire placing groove 12 is positioned below the bottom surface of the rubber mat mounting plate 41, after the rubber mat mounting plate 41 moves forwards, the front part of the rubber mat mounting plate 41 longitudinally penetrates through the wire placing groove 12 and passes through the upper part of the binding wire accommodated in the wire placing groove 12, the rubber mat mounting plate 41 and the binding wire are not blocked and interfered with each other, the binding wire does not need to be moved or pushed in the automatic drilling process and the automatic wire feeding process, and a corresponding wire pushing mechanism or an auxiliary wire hanging mechanism does not need to be arranged.
Therefore, the longitudinal width of the thread placing groove 12 can be designed to be smaller, preferably, the longitudinal width of the thread placing groove 12 is 0.5-3mm larger than the thread diameter of the thread loading thread, and preferably, the longitudinal width of the thread placing groove 12 is 1-2mm larger than the thread diameter of the thread loading thread, so that the thread feeding needle 31 can more accurately fork the binding thread and pull the corresponding thread segment of the binding thread upwards when the thread feeding needle 31 moves upwards to feed the thread, so that the thread segment passes through the corresponding round hole of the document, the structure of the thread feeding needle is simplified, and the action of the thread feeding needle in the thread feeding process is more accurate, stable and reliable.
The upper end part of the thread feeding needle 31 which stops at the initial position after the thread feeding needle 31 finishes the thread feeding action and moves downwards to reset each time still stays in the thread feeding through hole 13, so that in the next thread feeding process, the upper end part of the thread feeding needle 31 limited in the thread feeding through hole 13 can directly extend upwards to the upper part of the file binding platform 11 and can be smoothly inserted upwards into a corresponding round hole of a file fixed above the file binding platform 11, the thread feeding needle 31 is absolutely prevented from impacting the file binding platform 11 in the ascending process, the thread feeding needle 31 is prevented from swinging during the traction and binding of the binding thread, the thread feeding needle 31 is prevented from being damaged, the verticality and the stability of the thread feeding needle 31 during the upward traction and binding of the binding thread are improved, meanwhile, the concentricity of the thread feeding needle 31 and the corresponding round hole to be inserted is also improved, and the thread feeding needle 31 is smoother during the traction and binding of the thread.
Specifically, the thread feeding needle 31 has a needle body extending in a vertical direction by a set length, a thread forking slot 311 is formed at an upper end of the thread feeding needle 31, an upper portion of the thread forking slot 311 is open and forms a thread inlet, the thread forking slot 311 transversely penetrates through the upper end of the thread feeding needle 31, a forking foot 312 is respectively arranged at front and rear sides of the thread forking slot 311, and three sides of the thread forking slot 311 are open. The upper part of the fork line slot 311 penetrates the upper part of the needle body upwards, the left side and the right side of the fork line slot 311 penetrate the left side and the right side of the needle body respectively in a transverse mode, and the front side and the rear side of the fork line slot 311 are provided with fork line feet 312 extending upwards respectively.
The upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 is provided with at least one thread avoiding part, the thread avoiding part at least extends downwards to the middle part of the thread feeding needle 31 along the vertical direction, the upper part of the thread avoiding part extends upwards to the thread forking groove 311, and the width of the upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 along the longitudinal direction is smaller than that of the middle part or the lower part of the thread feeding needle 31. Specifically, the lower part of the thread feeding needle 31 is in a cylindrical shape, and the upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 is in a flat shape; specifically, the front side and the rear side of the thread feeding needle 31 are respectively provided with a thread avoiding portion, the outer side surface of the thread avoiding portion is a plane or an arc surface which is obliquely arranged relative to the vertical direction, and the longitudinal section of the thread crossing groove 311 is in a U shape or a V shape. The thread feeding needle 31 can accurately fork and lift and draw the binding thread when moving upwards, and draw the binding thread at the left side and the right side of the thread feeding needle 31 respectively, after the thread feeding needle 31 penetrates through the binding round holes of the files, the design of the thread avoiding part enables a space for containing the binding thread to be formed between the thread feeding needle 31 and the binding round holes, the binding thread is prevented from being clamped in the binding round holes due to the fact that the gap between the thread feeding needle 31 and the binding round holes is too small, meanwhile, the resistance force during thread feeding is reduced, the thread feeding is smoother, and the binding thread is prevented from being broken by pulling.
In the preferred embodiment, the thread avoiding part comprises an upper thread avoiding part 314 and a lower thread avoiding part 315, wherein the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 are respectively provided with the upper thread avoiding part 314, and the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the thread feeding needle 31 are respectively provided with the lower thread avoiding part 315; the upper end of the upper wire avoiding part 314 extends to the upper end of the fork line slot 311, the upper end of the lower wire avoiding part 315 is connected with the lower end of the upper wire avoiding part 314 on the same side, and the lower end of the lower wire avoiding part 315 extends to the middle or lower part of the wire feeding needle 31; the angle of inclination of the upper wire avoiding portion 314 with respect to the vertical direction is larger than that of the lower wire avoiding portion 315 on the same side with respect to the vertical direction. The upper thread avoiding portion 314 makes an upper thread accommodating space for accommodating binding threads larger between the upper portion of the thread feeding needle 31 and the binding round holes, the resistance of the thread feeding needle 31 to the binding threads is smaller when the thread feeding needle 31 moves upwards in an early stage of pulling the binding threads to be inserted into the corresponding binding round holes, the resistance of the binding round holes to the binding threads is also very small, the binding threads can slide freely in the thread forking grooves 311 of the thread feeding needles 31 respectively more easily when the threads are fed, the resistance of pulling the binding threads to move is smaller in the thread feeding process, the resistance of the thread feeding and pulling is easier when the threads are fed and pulled, the lower thread avoiding portion 315 makes a lower thread accommodating space slightly smaller than the upper thread accommodating space between the middle portion of the thread feeding needle 31 and the binding round holes, which ensures that the binding threads are pulled upwards smoothly, and makes the binding round holes of the document apply a proper friction force to the corresponding binding threads respectively, so that the thread feeding needle 31 can tighten the binding threads between the binding round holes at a later stage of pulling the binding threads upwards, the phenomenon that binding lines among the binding round holes are loosened is avoided.
The upper part of the thread feeding needle 31 is designed into a flat shape and is divided into three sections from top to bottom, the width of the section of the thread feeding needle 31 in each section of the thread feeding needle 31 is gradually increased, and the thread feeding needle 31 is also designed to be small at the top and large at the bottom as a whole, so that the thread feeding needle 31 has greater structural strength, the thread feeding needle 31 is prevented from swinging when drawing binding threads, the threading resistance is further reduced, and the thread feeding needle 31 is prevented from colliding with the files arranged on the file binding platform 11.

Each wire feeding through hole 13 is respectively overlapped on the wire placing groove 12, the longitudinal width of the wire placing groove 12 in the longitudinal section is smaller than the longitudinal width or the inner diameter of each wire feeding through hole 13, and the longitudinal width of the fork wire groove 311 is larger than the longitudinal width of the wire placing groove 12; the width of the upper portion of each forking foot 312 is less than the width of the lower portion of the same forking foot 312 in the lateral direction; the inner sides of the two fork line legs 312 and/or the bottom of the fork line slot 311 are provided with arc-shaped wire guide surfaces, so that the binding line can slide relative to the fork line slot 311, the binding line can conveniently penetrate through the binding circular holes and is drawn above the document by the line feeding needle 31, and the line feeding is smoother.
The inner side surface of the thread forking foot 312 is obliquely arranged, the width of the upper part of the thread forking slot 311 along the longitudinal direction of the file binding platform 11 is larger than the width of the lower part of the thread forking slot 311, and the binding thread placed in the thread placing slot 12 can accurately fall into the thread forking slot 311 when the thread feeding needle 31 moves upwards each time; the width of the upper portion of the forking leg 312 in the lateral direction of the document binding platform 11 is smaller than the width of the lower portion of the forking leg 312, making it easier for the binding thread to fall into the forking slot 311.
In the initial state, or when the thread feeding needle 31 is at the initial position, or when the binding machine is in the standby state, or when the thread feeding needle 31 moves downward or returns to the initial position, the second end of each thread feeding needle 31 is movably inserted into the corresponding thread feeding through hole 13, and in the initial state, the second end of each thread feeding needle 31 is positioned, so that the swinging of each thread feeding needle 31 during the threading process is avoided, and the thread feeding needles 31 are prevented from impacting the file binding platform 11 during the upward movement and threading process. The document binding platform 11 is provided with three sliding grooves 14 at intervals in the transverse direction, a rubber pad mounting plate 41 is slidably mounted in each sliding groove 14, and a conductive rubber pad 42 is mounted at the front part of each rubber pad mounting plate 41.
In the conventional thread-bound file binding machine, when the thread feeding needle 31 pulls the binding thread to move upward, the thread feeding needle 31 is swung by the pulling force of the binding thread and the force of the auxiliary thread pushing mechanism such as other thread pushing mechanisms, and the displacement of the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is maximized, which results in a serious problem, if the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is not inserted into the thread feeding through hole 13 of the file binding platform 11 when the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is displaced, the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 may directly hit the bottom of the file binding platform 11, which may directly hit the thread feeding needle 31, even if the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 is inserted into the thread feeding through hole 13 of the file binding platform 11, the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 may be displaced, which may not cause the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 to be aligned with the file bound to the file binding circular hole 11 when the upper end portion of the thread feeding needle 31 passes through the top surface of the file binding platform 11 upward, and the upper end of the thread feeding needle 31 directly impacts the bottom of the document or the upper end of the thread feeding needle 31 impacts the outer edge of the binding circular hole, which can also cause the thread feeding needle 31 to be broken or cause the binding thread to be pulled off due to overlarge threading resistance, and the invention fundamentally eliminates the problems.
Two wire releasing rolls 58 are mounted on the machine body 1, binding wires are wound on the wire releasing rolls 58, the binding wires are pulled out of the wire releasing rolls 58 and are contained in the wire placing grooves 12, and therefore the binding wires are output semi-automatically, of course, an electric wire collecting device can be mounted on the machine body 1, and the wire is pulled automatically through the electric wire collecting device, so that full-automatic wire releasing and full-automatic wire collecting are achieved.
An automatic thread cutting device 5 is installed on one side of the file binding platform 11, the automatic thread cutting device 5 comprises a thread cutting driving motor 51, a thread cutting pushing mechanism 52, a thread cutting box 53, a thread cutting slider 54 and a thread cutting knife 55 which are electrically connected to a control circuit, the thread cutting driving motor 51 and the thread cutting pushing mechanism 52 are respectively installed on the file binding platform 11, and the thread cutting driving motor 51 is in transmission connection with the thread cutting pushing mechanism 52.
The rear end of the thread cutting box 53 is provided with a thread cutting groove 56 which transversely penetrates through the thread cutting box 53, the thread cutting box 53 is provided with a slide block chamber at the front side of the thread cutting groove 56, the rear side of the thread cutting box 53 is provided with a thread cutting groove 57, the thread cutting box 53 is embedded in the file binding platform 11, the thread cutting groove 56 is overlapped and communicated with the thread placing groove, and the thread cutting slide block 54 is slidably arranged in the slide block chamber of the thread cutting box 53. The thread cutting box 53 is made into a detachable and replaceable module type assembly, so that a user can conveniently take the whole thread cutting box 53 out of the document binding platform 11, and the user can conveniently replace and maintain the thread cutting knife 55. Of course, the entire automatic thread cutting device 5 can also be made as a modular assembly.
The thread cutting box 53 is provided with a cutter return spring, and the cutter return spring abuts against the thread cutting slide block 54 and is used for driving the thread cutting slide block 54 to automatically reset.
The front end part of the thread cutting slide block 54 is in transmission connection with the thread cutting pushing mechanism 52, the rear end part of the thread cutting slide block 54 is fixed with a thread cutting knife 55, the thread cutting knife 55 is positioned at the rear side of the thread cutting groove 56 in an initial state, the thread cutting pushing mechanism 52 pushes the thread cutting slide block 54 to move backwards, the thread cutting knife 55 moves backwards and is inserted into a thread cutting groove 57 in shearing fit with the thread cutting knife 55, and therefore binding threads in the thread placing groove 12 are cut off.
Tangent line pushing mechanism 52 includes the rotatory piece of rotatory installation at file binding platform 11, and the pivot at tangent line driving motor 51 is fixed at the middle part of rotatory piece, or the middle part of rotatory piece passes through the transmission shaft transmission and connects tangent line driving motor 51, makes rotatory piece can rotate, and the pulley is installed respectively at the both ends of rotatory piece. The front end of the thread cutting slide block 54 is provided with a driving surface 59 which is obliquely arranged, and pulleys at two ends of the rotating block respectively abut against the driving surface 59 in the rotating process of the rotating block and push the thread cutting slide block 54 to move backwards, so that the thread cutting knife 55 is pushed backwards, and automatic thread cutting is realized.
The file binding platform 11 is provided with a tangent mounting cavity, the automatic tangent device 5 is mounted in the tangent mounting cavity, the tangent mounting cavity is provided with a tangent sensing switch 50, and the rotating block is in sensing fit or touch fit with the tangent sensing switch 50 to realize the position of the automatic control tangent knife 55.
The front end of the thread cutting slider 54 is provided with a cutter step part, a screw hole is formed in the cutter step part, and the thread cutting knife 55 is locked on the cutter step part through a screw installed in the screw hole, so that the thread cutting knife 55 is more convenient to install and replace. The line cutter 55 selects the sub-blade which is broken off from the art knife blade, the cutting edge is sharper, the cost is lower, the universality is strong, and the line cutter 55 can be replaced by a user conveniently.

1. the thickness of the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is less than half of the thickness of the file binding platform (11), and the depth of the wire placing groove (12) is greater than half of the thickness of the file binding platform (11);
the top surface of the rubber pad mounting plate (41) is lower than the top surface of the file binding platform (11), and the top surface of the conductive rubber pad (42) is not higher than the top surface of the file binding platform (11);
the wire placing grooves (12) transversely penetrate through the middle front parts of the sliding grooves (14), and binding wires accommodated in the wire placing grooves (12) are positioned below the bottom surface of the rubber mat mounting plate (41) or positioned below the groove bottoms of the sliding grooves (14);
in the section where the line placing groove (12) and the sliding groove (14) are crossed and overlapped, the line placing groove (12) transversely penetrates through the groove bottom of each sliding groove (14) and the side surface of each sliding groove (14);
the wire feeding through holes (13) are respectively overlapped with the wire placing grooves (12), the upper end parts of the wire feeding through holes (13) respectively penetrate through the sliding grooves (14) at corresponding positions, the upper hole edges of the wire feeding through holes (13) are exposed at the bottoms of the corresponding sliding grooves (14), and the wire placing grooves (12) transversely penetrate through the upper parts of the wire feeding through holes (13);
the fork line groove (311) is provided with an upper opening as a line inlet, the longitudinal width or the inner diameter of each line feeding through hole (13) in the longitudinal section is larger than the longitudinal width of the line placing groove (12), the longitudinal width of the upper opening of the fork line groove (311) is larger than the longitudinal width of the line placing groove (12), and two fork line feet (312) of each line feeding needle (31) are respectively positioned on the front side and the rear side of the line placing groove (12).

The automatic binding machine for thread-bound documents according to claim 2, wherein: the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is provided with a front limit position and a rear limit position, the machine body (1) is provided with a rubber mat front limit switch and a rubber mat rear limit switch, and the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the rubber mat front limit switch, the rubber mat rear limit switch and the rubber mat avoidance driving mechanism;
when the rubber mat mounting plate (41) moves to the rear limit position, the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is in inductive fit or touch fit with the rear limit switch of the rubber mat and stops at the rear limit position; when the rubber mat mounting plate (41) moves to the front limit position, the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is in inductive fit or touch fit with the rubber mat front limit switch and stops at the front limit position, and the conductive rubber mat (42) arranged at the front part of the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is positioned right below the corresponding drill cutter (25);
the drilling device (2) is provided with a drilling lifting motor (21), the drilling lifting motor (21) is in transmission connection with the drilling lifting seat (23), the drilling lifting seat (23) is provided with a drilling initial stop position and a drilling lower limit position, the machine body (1) is provided with a drilling upper limit switch and a drilling lower limit switch, and the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the drilling upper limit switch, the drilling lower limit switch and the drilling lifting motor (21);
when the drilling lifting seat (23) moves upwards to the initial stop position of drilling, the drilling lifting seat (23) is in induction fit or touch fit with the upper limit switch of the drilling and stops at the initial stop position of drilling, and when the drilling lifting seat (23) moves downwards to the lower limit position of the drilling, the drilling lifting seat (23) is in induction fit or touch fit with the lower limit position of the drilling;
the wire feeding device (3) is provided with a wire feeding lifting motor (32) and a wire feeding lifting seat (34) used for installing the wire feeding needle (31), the wire feeding lifting motor (32) is in transmission connection with the wire feeding lifting seat (34), the wire feeding lifting seat (34) is provided with a wire feeding initial stop position and a wire feeding upper limit position, the machine body (1) is provided with a wire feeding upper limit switch (36) and a wire feeding lower limit switch (37), and the control circuit is respectively and electrically connected with the wire feeding upper limit switch (36), the wire feeding lower limit switch (37) and the wire feeding lifting motor (32);
when the wire feeding lifting seat (34) moves upwards to the upper limit position of the wire feeding, the wire feeding lifting seat (34) triggers the upper limit switch (36) of the wire feeding, and when the wire feeding lifting seat (34) moves downwards to the initial stopping position of the wire feeding, the wire feeding lifting seat (34) triggers the lower limit switch (37) of the wire feeding and stops at the initial stopping position of the wire feeding;
the time for moving the rubber mat mounting plate (41) from the front limit position to the rear limit position is set to be 0.5-3 seconds, the time for moving the drilling lifting seat (23) from the drilling initial stop position to the drilling lower limit position is set to be 5-10 seconds, and the time for moving the wire feeding lifting seat (34) from the wire feeding initial stop position to the wire feeding upper limit position is set to be 5-10 seconds; the time for moving the rubber mat mounting plate (41) from the front limit position to the rear limit position is less than the time for moving the drilling lifting seat (23) from the drilling initial stop position to the drilling lower limit position;
the automatic binding machine for the wire-bound files is provided with a control key which is electrically connected with a control circuit and used for starting binding work, after the control circuit receives a control signal of the control key, the control circuit simultaneously starts a rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism and a drilling lifting motor (21) and is used for controlling a rubber mat mounting plate (41) and a drilling lifting seat (23) to simultaneously start moving, and the rubber mat avoiding driving mechanism reaches a front limit position before the drilling lifting seat (23) reaches a lower limit position of a drill hole;
after the control circuit receives a switching signal of the limit switch under the drill hole or a switching signal of the conductive rubber pad (42) and before the control circuit receives a switching signal of the limit switch on the drill hole, the control circuit controls the wire feeding lifting motor (32) to rotate forward, and the wire feeding lifting motor is used for driving the wire feeding lifting seat (34) to move upwards in the process of upwards moving and resetting the drill hole lifting seat (23).

The automatic binding machine for thread-bound documents according to claim 3, wherein: after the control circuit receives a switching signal of the lower limit switch of the drill hole or a switching signal of the conductive rubber pad (42), the control circuit drives the rubber pad mounting plate (41) to move backwards and reset through the rubber pad avoiding driving mechanism;
after the control circuit receives a switching signal of a wire feeding upper limit switch (36), the control circuit controls a wire feeding lifting motor (32) to rotate reversely, and the wire feeding lifting motor is used for driving a wire feeding lifting seat (34) to move downwards for resetting;
the machine body (1) or the file binding platform (11) is provided with an automatic unlocking mechanism, and after the control circuit receives a switch signal of the wire feeding lower limit switch (37), the control circuit sends an unlocking signal to the automatic unlocking mechanism.

The automatic binding machine for thread-bound documents according to claim 1, wherein: the thread forking slot (311) transversely penetrates through the upper end part of the thread feeding needle (31) and forms a thread inlet at the top part of the thread feeding needle (31); in an initial state, the upper part of each thread feeding needle (31) is movably inserted into the middle lower part of the corresponding thread feeding through hole (13), a thread forking slot (311) is arranged in parallel with the thread placing slot (12), the bottom of the thread forking slot (311) is higher than the bottom surface of the file binding platform and lower than the bottom of the thread placing slot (12), the upper end part of a thread forking pin (312) is higher than the bottom of the thread placing slot (12), and the upper end part of the thread forking pin (312) is lower than the bottom of the sliding slot (14); the longitudinal section of the fork line groove (311) is U-shaped or V-shaped, and the width of an upper opening of the fork line groove (311) along the longitudinal direction of the file binding platform (11) is greater than the width of a lower part of the fork line groove (311);
the rubber cushion mechanism (4) adopts one of the following two mounting structures,
1) the rubber mat mechanism (4) comprises three rubber mat mounting plates (41) which are transversely arranged at intervals and are respectively arranged on the file binding platform (11) in a sliding mode, the positions, corresponding to the rubber mat mounting plates (41), of the file binding platform (11) are respectively provided with a corresponding sliding chute (14), each rubber mat mounting plate (41) is respectively arranged in the corresponding sliding chute (14) in a sliding mode, and a conductive rubber mat (42) is respectively movably embedded at the front end part of each rubber mat mounting plate (41);
2) the rubber mat mechanism (4) comprises a rubber mat mounting plate (41) and three conductive rubber mats (42), the three conductive rubber mats (42) are transversely installed at the front end part of the rubber mat mounting plate (41) at intervals, a sliding groove (14) matched with the shape of the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is formed in the file binding platform (11), and the rubber mat mounting plate (41) is slidably installed in the sliding groove (14);
after the rubber pad mounting plate (41) moves forwards, each conductive rubber pad (42) is respectively positioned below the corresponding drill bit (25).

the yarn avoiding part comprises an upper yarn avoiding part (314) and a lower yarn avoiding part (315), the front side and the rear side of the upper part of the yarn feeding needle (31) are respectively provided with the upper yarn avoiding part (314), and the front side and the rear side of the middle part of the yarn feeding needle (31) are respectively provided with the lower yarn avoiding part (315); the upper end part of the upper wire avoiding part (314) extends to the upper end part of the wire feeding needle (31), the upper end part of the lower wire avoiding part (315) is connected with the lower end part of the upper wire avoiding part (314) on the same side, and the lower end of the lower wire avoiding part (315) extends to the middle part or the lower part of the wire feeding needle (31); the inclination angle of the upper avoiding line part (314) relative to the vertical direction is larger than that of the lower avoiding line part (315) on the same side relative to the vertical direction.

the file binding platform (11) is transversely provided with three wire feeding through holes (13) overlapped with the wire placing grooves (12) at intervals, the drilling device (2) and the wire feeding device (3) are arranged oppositely up and down, each drill (25) is vertically aligned with one corresponding wire feeding needle (31), the three drill (25) are coaxially or concentrically arranged with the corresponding three wire feeding needles (31), and the three wire feeding needles (31) are coaxially or concentrically arranged with the corresponding three wire feeding through holes (13);
when the thread feeding needles (31) are at the initial positions, the upper end parts of the three thread feeding needles (31) are movably inserted into the corresponding three thread feeding through holes (13) respectively;
the thread placing grooves (12) transversely penetrate through the left side and the right side of the file binding platform (11), the upper part and the left side and the right side of the thread placing grooves (12) are respectively opened and form a notch, the thread placing grooves (12) are arranged under the drilling knives (25), and the thread placing grooves (12) are simultaneously arranged over the thread feeding needles (31).

The automatic binding machine for thread-bound documents according to claim 7, wherein: the paper pressing plate (16) is arranged above the file binding platform (11) in a sliding mode and used for pressing files placed on the file binding platform (11) in a drilling process, and the left side and the right side of the paper pressing plate (16) are respectively adjacent to the left side and the right side of the file binding platform (11);

the automatic unlocking mechanism is arranged on the left side and the right side below the file binding platform (11) respectively, the automatic unlocking mechanism is provided with an unlocking motor (63) electrically connected to the control circuit, an unlocking transmission rod (61) and at least one unlocking assembly (6), the unlocking motor (63) is in transmission connection with the unlocking transmission rod (61), the unlocking assemblies (6) are arranged on the left side and the right side of the unlocking transmission rod (61) respectively, and after the unlocking transmission rod (61) rotates or moves, the two unlocking assemblies (6) respectively abut against or touch an unlocking trigger part of a corresponding self-locking lever (172) so as to achieve electric automatic unlocking.

an elastic piece (19) used as an unlocking pushing medium is arranged on the unlocking part (35) or the unlocking trigger part; when the automatic unlocking is performed, the unlocking trigger part and/or the unlocking part (35) firstly touch and press the elastic piece (19).
