Technical Field
The invention relates to a punching and spraying integrated tool, in particular to a punching and spraying integrated tool for a fan radiator of a transformer.
Background
Cable tunnel is the important part in the transformer substation, and in order to reach the fire prevention purpose in the cable tunnel, adopted to cut off the mode and made and prevented hot wall, the inside air is dirty, and before personnel patrol, the ventilation was surveyed the difficulty, and the difficulty is surveyed to the problem appearance difficulty, patrols the difficulty. Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an intelligent inspection device for a cable tunnel, which aims to overcome the defects in the prior art, and provides a flushing and spraying integrated tool for a transformer fan radiator, wherein the flushing and spraying integrated tool can be used for facilitating remote monitoring and providing conditions for patrol of personnel.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: the punching and spraying integrated tool for the fan radiator of the transformer comprises a first rod and a universal rod; the universal rods are provided with a plurality of sections, and the universal rods are identical in structure and can be spliced; the head rod is provided with a transmission rod and a transmission joint, the transmission joint is arranged at the head of the head rod and is connected with the universal rod, the transmission rod is arranged inside the head rod and transmits force to the top, and the top of the transmission rod is provided with the universal joint; different modules can be conveniently connected through a universal joint, the tail part of the first rod is connected with a hose wrap, the hose wrap is a soft metal hose and internally lubricated, a soft package shaft is arranged inside the hose wrap, the soft package shaft is a flexible shaft capable of transmitting shaft rotating force, a rotating module is connected to the outside of the soft package shaft, and the soft package shaft is driven to rotate through the rotating module; the tail end of the first rod is provided with a wireless controller, and the wireless controller can control the starting of different modules.
As a further improvement of the above technical scheme, the rotating module comprises a power mechanism, a control panel I, a power supply system and a shell; the power mechanism, the control panel I and the power supply system are arranged inside the shell, the control panel I is electrically connected with the wireless controller, the power mechanism is connected with the soft package around the shaft and is controlled by the control panel I, and the power supply system is connected with the power mechanism and supplies power to the power mechanism; the power supply system comprises a first battery and a power interface; the first battery is connected with the power interface, the first battery adopts a high-density lithium battery, the tool is used for realizing mobile and portable application, such as simple bird nest treatment and the like, the power interface is connected with a power supply, and a fixed working place is used for working; the power interface is connected with the shell through a joint, and the joint can rotate to open the shell and expose the interior of the shell; the shell is also provided with a power supply enclosure, and the power supply enclosure can rotate to expose a power supply interface; the outside of shell still is provided with smooth wear-resisting outer shell to be convenient for rotatory module drags the use.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the first rod is also connected with a water washing device, the water washing device comprises an outer shell, and a motor, a water pump, a control panel II, a water outlet pipe, a water inlet pipe and a water cylinder are arranged in the outer shell; the motor is connected with the water pump, one end of the water pump is connected with the water tank through a water inlet pipe, and the other end of the water pump is connected with a water pipe connector arranged on the first rod through a water outlet pipe; when the water flushing device is used, a control panel II connected with the wireless controller is also arranged on the water flushing device, and the control panel receives a command sent by the wireless controller and controls the water flushing device to be opened or closed.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, in the above embodiment, the first rod is further provided with a POM fixture, a rotary joint and a key, wherein the POM fixture is fixedly arranged inside the first rod, a top of the POM fixture is a hollow structure for passing water, and a bottom of the POM fixture is a self-sealing mechanism, i.e., is not hollow, for fixing the transmission rod, and simultaneously plays a role of self-lubrication; the rotary joint is of a tenon structure and plays a role in torque transmission of the internal transmission rod, the key and the wireless controller are connected into a whole, electric energy is supplied through the battery II, and a control effect is played.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, a foreign matter removing module, a wiping module, a forced drying module, a paint spraying module and/or a detection mode module are arranged at the front end of the universal joint, and the foreign matter removing module comprises a rod joint, a transmission rod joint and a foreign matter removing head; the rod joint is connected with the universal joint, the transmission rod joint is connected with the top of the transmission joint, and the foreign matter removing head is arranged at the front end of the rod joint; when in use, the foreign matter removing head rotates properly according to the actual state of the bird nest, so as to improve the working efficiency.
As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the wiping module comprises a wiping head main body, a hollow rod and a connecting port; the wiping punch head is connected with the universal joint through a connector, and the other end of the connector is connected with the wiping punch head main body through a hollow rod. As a further improvement of the technical scheme, the paint spraying module comprises wheels, a flat car, a paint spraying control panel, an air compressor, an air passage, a mixing barrel, a coating pipeline, an air passage electromagnetic switch, a paint electromagnetic switch and a spray head; the wheels are fixed at the lower part of the flat car, and the paint spraying control board is electrically connected with the wireless controller; the air compressor is arranged on the flat car and is connected with the air path electromagnetic switch through an air path; when the air compressor is used, the air compressor provides pressure for the mixing cylinder and the spray head through the air path, the mixing cylinder can be used for mixing paint, PRVT and the like to carry out different spraying sites and is a sealed barrel; the mixing cylinder is connected with the spray head through the coating pipeline, wherein a paint electromagnetic switch is arranged on the coating pipeline; when the paint spraying control panel is used, the paint electromagnetic switch can be controlled by the paint spraying control panel, so that the opening or closing of the pipeline is controlled, the paint can be deeply sprayed into the inner part of the radiator sheet, and the spraying is more uniform.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the detection module includes a panoramic camera, a panoramic lens, a butt joint, an image processing module, and a VR module; the butt joint is connected with the universal joint, one end of the panoramic camera is connected with the butt joint, and the other end of the panoramic camera is connected with the panoramic lens; the image processing module receives the image of the panoramic camera, the image processing module can be placed on the VR module when the panoramic camera is used, an observer can observe the internal situation of a work place in a three-dimensional and all-around mode by wearing the VR module to the head of the observer.
As a further improvement of the above technical solution, the key is provided with a low gear for controlling the rotation speed of the rotation module to rotate at a low speed, and a high gear for controlling the rotation speed of the rotation module to rotate at a high speed; starting/stopping water washing, starting water washing for the first time, and stopping water washing for two times for controlling the starting/stopping of the water washing module; starting/stopping paint spraying, and controlling the paint spraying module to start and stop; and (4) starting/stopping the hot air, and controlling the forced drying module to start or stop.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the nest in the transformer radiator is convenient to clean, the multifunctional rod is adopted to stretch into the transformer radiator, and different foreign matter removing modules are mounted to crush and hook the nest;
different wiping modules are adopted to penetrate into the radiator fin for wiping, and the flushing holes are utilized for wiping and washing simultaneously.
The radiator can be dried naturally or forcibly dried by adopting a forced drying module.
The hanging paint spraying nozzle can be extended into the inner part of the radiator sheet for spraying paint, and the spraying is more uniform.
The mounted camera forms images on a mobile phone or other displays, wears the AR module to carry out internal observation, is used for checking the cleaning and spraying effects, and can also be used for acceptance check.

Referring to fig. 1-14, the punching and spraying integrated tool for the fan radiator of the transformer comprises a first rod 1 and a universal rod 100; the universal rods 100 are provided with a plurality of sections, and the universal rods 100 are identical in structure and can be spliced; the head rod 1 is provided with a transmission rod 2 and a transmission joint 3, the transmission joint 3 is arranged at the head of the head rod 1 and is connected with the universal rod 100, the transmission rod 2 is arranged inside the head rod 1 and transmits force to the top, and the top of the transmission rod 2 is provided with a universal joint 4; different modules can be conveniently connected through a universal joint 4, a hose wrapping 5 is connected and arranged at the tail of the first rod 1, the hose wrapping 5 is a soft metal hose and internally lubricated, a soft package shaft 6 is arranged inside the hose wrapping 5, the soft package shaft 6 is a flexible shaft capable of transmitting shaft rotating force, a rotating module is connected and arranged outside the soft package shaft 6, and the soft package shaft 6 is driven to rotate through the rotating module; the tail end of the first rod 1 is provided with a wireless controller 7, and the wireless controller 7 can control the starting of different modules.
The rotating module comprises a power mechanism 8, a control panel I9, a power supply system and a shell 11.4; the power mechanism 8, the control panel I9 and the power supply system are arranged inside the shell 11.4, the control panel I9 is electrically connected with the wireless controller 7, and the connection mode of the control panel I9 and the wireless controller 7 can be one of wireless connection, Bluetooth connection or data line connection; the power mechanism 8 is connected with the soft package shaft 6 and is controlled through the control panel I9, and the power supply system is connected with the power mechanism 8 and supplies power to the power mechanism; the power supply system comprises a first battery 10 and a power interface 11; the first battery 10 is connected with the power interface 11, the first battery 10 adopts a high-density lithium battery, the portable application of the tool in moving is realized, such as simple treatment of bird nests and the like, the power interface 11 is connected with a power supply, and the tool works in a fixed working place; the power interface is connected with the shell 11.4 through a connector 11.2, the connector 11.2 can rotate, the shell 11.4 is opened, and the interior of the shell can be exposed; a power supply capsule 11.3 is further arranged on the shell 11.4, and the power supply capsule 11.3 can rotate to expose the power supply interface 11; the outer part of the housing 11.4 is also provided with a smooth wear-resistant housing sleeve 11.1, so as to facilitate the dragging use of the rotating module, and in the above embodiment, the housing 11.4 is an elastic housing and is oval in shape as a whole (i.e. the overall shape is like an egg).
The first rod 1 is further connected with a water washing device, the water washing device comprises an outer shell, and a motor 20, a water pump 21, a second control panel 22, a water outlet pipe 23, a water inlet pipe 24 and a water cylinder 25 are arranged inside the outer shell; the motor 20 is connected with the water pump 21, one end of the water pump 21 is connected with the water tank 25 through a water inlet pipe 24, and the other end of the water pump 21 is connected with a water pipe connector 1.5 arranged on the head rod 1 through a water outlet pipe 23; when using, water flush the device on be provided with equally with control panel two 22 that wireless controller 7 is connected, control panel 22 receives the order that wireless controller sent and control water flush the device and open or close, in above-mentioned embodiment, water flush the device with the appearance structure of rotating module is the same, and whole is oval (both whole appearance is like the egg).
Referring to fig. 3-4, in the above embodiment, the first rod 1 is further provided with a POM fixture 1.1, a rotary joint 1.2 and a key 1.3, wherein the POM fixture 1.1 is disposed inside the first rod 1, the top of the POM fixture 1.1 is a hollow structure for water to pass through, and the bottom of the POM fixture 1.1 is a self-sealing mechanism, i.e., non-hollow, for fixing the transmission rod 2 and playing a role of self-lubricating; the rotary joint 1.2 is of a tenon structure and plays a role in torque transmission of the internal transmission rod 2, the key 1.3 is connected with the wireless controller 7 into a whole, and the electric energy is provided through the battery II 1.4 and plays a role in control; wherein the key 1.3 is a thin film key, a in fig. 3 is a rotary joint, and B in fig. 4 is a seal ring. The universal pole 100 is similar to the first pole 1 in structure; the universal rod 100 comprises a POM fixing 1.1 and a rotating joint 1.2; the POM fixing device comprises a POM fixing device 1.1, a first rod 1, a universal rod 100 and a rotary joint 1.2, wherein the POM fixing device 1.1 is arranged inside the first rod 1, the POM fixing device is of a hollow structure, one end of the universal rod 100 is provided with a sealing ring, and the other end of the universal rod 100 is provided with a rotary joint 1.2 of a clamping tenon structure.
The front end of the universal joint 4 is provided with a foreign matter removing module 15, a wiping module, a forced drying module, a paint spraying module and/or a detection mode module.
As shown with reference to fig. 5-7, the foreign matter removal module 15 comprises a rod joint 15.1, a transmission rod joint 15.2 and a foreign matter removal head; the rod joint 15.1 is connected with the universal joint 4, the transmission rod 15, the transmission rod joint 15.2 is connected with the top of the transmission joint 3, and the foreign matter removing head is arranged at the front end of the rod joint 15.1.
Wherein, the foreign matter removing head comprises the following three embodiments; in the first embodiment, the foreign matter removing module 15 is a gradual-change screw head 15.3, and the gradual-change screw head 15.3 is suitable for point-like drilling of a solid bird nest; in the second embodiment, the foreign matter removing module 15 is a fork head 15.4, and the fork head 15.4 is suitable for entering loose bird nests; in the third embodiment, the foreign matter removing module 15 is a barb head 15.5, and the barb head 15.5 is suitable for hooking soft bird nests; the barb head 15.5 is provided with a pull rod 15.7 in a connecting manner, and the pull rod is provided with a limiting spring 15.6 and a barb spring 15.8; the limiting spring 15.6 can adjust the opening of the barb head 15.5, the pull rod 15.7 plays a role in pulling, and the barb spring 15.8 plays a role in providing barb elasticity; when in actual use, the foreign matter removing head is rotated properly according to the actual state of the bird nest, so that the working efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 8-9, the wiping module includes a wiping head body 60, a hollow stem 60.3 and a connection port 60.4; the wiping punch head is connected with the universal joint 4 through a connecting port 60.4, and the other end of the connecting port 60.4 is connected with the wiping punch head body 60 through a hollow rod 60.3. The main body 60 of the wiping punch is provided with a plurality of water outlet holes 60.1 and brushes 60.2, the wiping punch sprays water through the water outlet holes 60.1, rusted surfaces are polished through the brushes 60.2, the hollow rod 60.3 can fix the wiping punch, and water flows can conveniently pass through the inside of the wiping punch.
The wiping punch head comprises a small-range wiping punch head and a sheet wiping punch head, wherein the small-range wiping punch head is an elliptical ball, and the sheet wiping punch head is a rod-shaped head; the small-range wiping punch and the sheet wiping punch are both made of rubber materials and are hollow inside.
Referring to fig. 10, the forced drying module includes a hot air blower 50, a fan 50.1, an electric heating wire 50.2, a controller 50.3, a connector 50.4, an air inlet 50.5, a wind shielding head 50.6, and an air outlet 50.7; the fan 50.1 and the electric heating wire 50.2 are arranged inside the fan 50.1, the connector 50.4 is connected with the fan 50.1, the controller 50.3 is arranged on the connector 50.4, and the air inlet 50.5 is arranged at one end of the air heater 50, namely close to one side of the connector 50.4; the air outlet 50.7 is arranged at the other end of the air heater 50, which is far away from one side of the connector 50.4, and the wind shielding head 50.6 is arranged at the front end of the air outlet 50.7. In the above embodiment, the forced drying module is connected to the universal joint 4 through the connector 50.4, wherein the diameter of the air inlet 50.5 is larger than that of the air outlet 50.7, so as to improve the drying efficiency of the forced drying module.
Referring to fig. 11-12, the painting module includes a wheel 30, a flat car 31, a painting control board 32, an air compressor 33, an air passage 34, a mixing barrel 35, a paint pipeline 36, an air passage electromagnetic switch 37, a paint electromagnetic switch 38, and a spray head 39; the wheels 30 are fixed at the lower part of the flat car 31, and the paint spraying control board 32 is electrically connected with the wireless controller 7; the air compressor 33 is arranged on the flat car 31, and the air compressor 33 is connected with the air path electromagnetic switch 37 through an air path 34; when the sprayer is used, the air compressor 33 provides pressure for the mixing cylinder 35 and the sprayer through the air passage 34, the mixing cylinder 35 can be used for mixing paint, PRVT and the like to perform different spraying sites, and is a sealed barrel; the mixing cylinder 35 is connected with the spray head 39 through the coating pipeline 36, wherein a paint electromagnetic switch 38 is arranged on the coating pipeline 36; in use, the paint control panel 32 can control the paint solenoid switch to control the opening or closing of the conduit.
In the above embodiment, the spray head is used for spraying paint, and the spray head comprises a spray nozzle 39.1, a mist adjustment 39.2 and a dropping nozzle 39.3; nozzle 39.1 with dropping liquid nozzle 39.3 is connected and rather than same fit clearance, can adjust the coating fog-forming shape, wherein fog adjustment 39.2 can rotate, is used for adjusting nozzle 39.1 and dropping liquid nozzle 39.3's clearance.
Referring to fig. 13, the detection module includes a panoramic camera 40, a panoramic lens 41, a docking head 42, an image processing module 43, and a VR module 44; the butt joint 42 is connected with the universal joint 4, one end of the panoramic camera 40 is connected with the butt joint 42, and the other end of the panoramic camera 40 is connected with the panoramic lens 41; image processing module 43 receives the image of panorama camera 40, and when using image processing module 43 can place on VR module 44, and the observer can be through wearing VR module 44 to head, and the inside condition in the place can be observed to the observer in a three-dimensional all-round way, and obviously along with VR development, this detection module can direct VR module 44 and connect the camera and form the three-dimensional all-round image of 3D.
Referring to fig. 14, in the above embodiment, the key 1.3 is provided with a low gear 1.3.1 for controlling the rotation speed of the rotating module to rotate at a low speed, and a high gear 1.3.2 for controlling the rotation speed of the rotating module to rotate at a high speed; the water washing starting/stopping is 1.3.3, starting according to the first water washing, and stopping according to the two times of water washing to control the starting/stopping of the water washing module; starting/stopping paint spraying 1.3.4, and controlling the paint spraying module to start and stop; and (5) starting/stopping the hot air by 1.3.5, and controlling the forced drying module to start or stop.
