Abstract
The invention discloses a method and a device for controlling the lifting of a bottom die of a cast-in-place wet joint of a precast beam, wherein before the cast-in-place wet joint is poured between two adjacent precast beams, a temporary support is erected on the two precast beams in advance, a steel bar roller is arranged on the temporary support, an anti-falling lifting rope is connected to the steel bar roller, and one end of the anti-falling lifting rope penetrates through a PVC sleeve arranged between the two precast beams and then is connected with the bottom die below the two precast beams; therefore, pouring wet joints can be formed between the two precast beams, and after the pouring of the poured wet joints is completed, the lifting of the bottom die below the precast beams is controlled by shaking the rotating handle on the steel bar idler wheel. The invention can conveniently pull the bottom die of the cast-in-place wet joint, is convenient for operators to control the bottom die to fall, and can greatly reduce the labor capacity and shorten the construction period. The invention can be detached for repeated use, saves materials and reduces cost. And the falling speed of the bottom die can be manually controlled, and the safety of a construction site is effectively improved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a method and a device for controlling the lifting of a bottom die of a cast-in-place wet joint of a precast beam, belonging to the technical field of building construction.
Background
In the prior art, when a template is erected or disassembled on a cast-in-place wet joint, the template is manually transferred through aloft work of workers. The safety accident that the template damages the lower form removal worker is easily caused in the process of erection or disassembly. Usually, the wet joint is long along the horizontal direction operation route, and the form removal personnel below the template needs to face upward to transfer the template, so that the problems of large operation difficulty, low operation efficiency and the like of the form removal transfer personnel are caused. Therefore, the existing technologies are not perfect enough and are expected to be further improved.

In the method for controlling the lifting of the bottom die of the cast-in-place wet joint of the precast beam, the top end of the PVC sleeve is higher than the concrete surface of the upper surfaces of the two precast beams by more than 5cm so as to prevent the concrete from flowing into the PVC sleeve to congeal the anti-falling lifting rope when the cast-in-place wet joint is poured.

In the device for controlling the lifting of the bottom die of the cast-in-place wet joint of the precast beam, the temporary support comprises a pair of angle steel supporting legs; the tops of the pair of angle steel supporting legs are connected through end-sealed angle steel; a pair of steel pipe supporting legs which are symmetrical to the angle steel supporting legs in position are welded at the bottom of the end-sealing angle steel; a transverse connecting rod is arranged between the angle steel supporting leg and the steel pipe supporting leg; the upper part of the angle steel supporting leg is provided with a mounting hole for mounting a steel bar roller; rotating handles at two ends of the steel bar roller penetrate through the mounting holes to be rotatably connected with the angle steel supporting legs.

The invention discloses a method for controlling the lifting of a bottom die of a cast-in-place wet joint of a precast beam, which is shown in figures 1 and 2: before a cast-in-place wet joint 12 is poured between two adjacent precast beams 11, a temporary support is erected on the two precast beams 11 in advance, a steel bar roller 2 is installed on the temporary support, meanwhile, an anti-falling lifting rope 4 is connected to the steel bar roller 2, and one end of the anti-falling lifting rope 4 penetrates through a PVC sleeve 8 arranged between the two precast beams 11 and then is connected with a bottom die 9 below the two precast beams 11; thus, a cast-in-place wet joint 12 can be poured between the two precast beams 11, and after the cast-in-place wet joint 12 is poured completely, the lifting of the bottom die 9 below the precast beams 11 is controlled by shaking the rotating handle 1 on the steel bar roller 2; during manufacturing, the top end of the PVC sleeve 8 is higher than the concrete surface of the upper surfaces of the two precast beams by more than 5cm, so that the falling-preventing lifting rope 4 can be prevented from being condensed when concrete flows into the PVC sleeve 8 when the cast-in-place wet joint 12 is poured.
The device for controlling the lifting of the bottom die of the cast-in-place wet joint of the precast beam is formed according to the method, and is shown in fig. 1 and 2: the device comprises two prefabricated beams 11 which are manufactured and adjacent, a temporary support is erected on the two adjacent prefabricated beams 11, a steel bar roller 2 is arranged on the temporary support, an anti-falling lifting rope 4 is connected to the steel bar roller 2, the anti-falling lifting rope 4 is wound on the steel bar roller 2, and the other end of the anti-falling lifting rope 4 penetrates through a cast-in-situ wet joint 12 between the two prefabricated beams 11 and is connected with a bottom die 9 below the cast-in-situ wet joint 12; the lifting of the bottom die of the cast-in-place wet joint of the precast beam is controlled by shaking the rotating handle 1 on the steel bar roller 2. The temporary support comprises a pair of angle steel legs 6; the tops of the pair of angle steel supporting legs 6 are connected through the end-sealed angle steel 5; a pair of steel pipe supporting legs 7 which are symmetrical to the angle steel supporting legs 6 in position are welded at the bottom of the end-sealed angle steel 5; a transverse connecting rod 3 is arranged between the angle steel supporting leg 6 and the steel pipe supporting leg 7; the upper part of the angle steel supporting leg 6 is provided with a mounting hole for mounting the steel bar roller 2; the rotating handles 1 at the two ends of the steel bar roller 2 penetrate through the mounting holes to be rotatably connected with the angle steel supporting legs 6. During the concrete implementation, twist grip 1 and reinforcing bar gyro wheel 2 welding together, and angle steel landing leg 6 and steel pipe landing leg 7 link to each other through transverse connecting rod 3 to adopt 5 fixed termination of termination angle steel to form temporary support. A rotating handle 1 and a steel bar roller 2 are sleeved on a temporary support, and a bottom die lifting device is combined by an anti-falling lifting rope 4, a PVC sleeve 8 and a template base 10.

The rotating handle 1 is welded with the steel bar idler wheel 2, and the angle steel supporting leg 6 is drilled with a hole and is sleeved with a rotating part. The anti-falling lifting rope 4 is isolated by adopting the PVC sleeve 8 through one section in the cast-in-place wet joint 12, the top end of the PVC sleeve 8 is higher than the concrete surface by 5cm, and when concrete is prevented from being poured, the concrete flows into the PVC sleeve to fix the anti-falling lifting rope. Ensuring that the anti-falling lifting rope 4 smoothly passes through the cast-in-place wet joint 12 in the form removal process.
The PVC sleeve 8 can be arranged on the bottom die 9 in advance, the PVC sleeve 8 penetrates through the bottom die 9, and the top end of the PVC sleeve 8 is 5cm higher than the concrete surface. And when the strength of the cast-in-situ wet joint 12 reaches the form removal condition, the anti-falling lifting rope 4 penetrates through the PVC sleeve 8 to be connected with the bottom die 9 in a jacking mode under the bottom die 9, and the handle 1 is manually controlled to rotate when the bottom die support is removed, so that the bottom die 9 is safely lowered.
The invention has simple structure, low manufacturing cost, less material consumption and convenient later maintenance; the cast-in-place wet joint bottom die can be pulled in the using process, so that operators can conveniently control the bottom die to fall, the labor capacity can be greatly reduced, and the construction period can be shortened. The materials used in the invention can be detached for repeated use, thereby saving materials and reducing cost. The falling speed can be manually controlled by adopting the falling-preventing lifting rope falling template, and the safety of a construction site is improved.
