The first roller 3, the second roller 4 and the third roller 3 respectively and independently comprise an upper roller and a lower roller; the lower roller is in active transmission, and the upper roller is in passive transmission.
The linear velocity of second roller 4 is greater than the linear velocity of first roller 3 and third roller 5, the linear velocity of first roller 3 and third roller 5 is the same.
The yarn winding assembly sequentially comprises a second yarn guide ring 6 and an adjusted yarn drum 7; the central lines of the adjusted yarn barrel 7 and the second yarn guide ring 6 are positioned on the same vertical line; the distance between the upper end of the adjusted yarn cylinder 7 and the second yarn guide 6 ring is 4 times of the diameter of the maximum upper end of the adjusted yarn cylinder 7.
Example 4:
this example provides a method of conditioning a core spun yarn, the method performed in the apparatus of example 1, comprising the steps of:
(1) guiding the core-spun yarn to be adjusted out by a first yarn guide ring 2, enabling a yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted to be fixed, applying force through a first roller 3 to unwind the yarn from the yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted and then pulling out the yarn, wherein the core material yarn of the core-spun yarn is made of polyurethane fiber, and the outer-wrapped yarn is made of fiber filaments with elasticity smaller than that of polyurethane;
(2) redrawing the yarn guided out in the step (1) through a second roller 4, wherein the linear speed of the second roller 4 is 3 times that of the first roller 3;
(3) and (3) retracting the yarn redrawn in the step (2) through a third roller 5, wherein the linear speed of the third roller 5 is the same as that of the first roller 3, winding the yarn onto an adjusted bobbin 7 through a second yarn guide ring 6, and realizing yarn winding through the rotation of the adjusted bobbin 7 to form the adjusted package core-spun yarn.
Example 5:
this example provides a method of conditioning a core spun yarn, the method performed in the apparatus of example 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) guiding the core-spun yarn to be adjusted out by a first yarn guide ring 2, enabling a yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted to be fixed, applying force to pull out the yarn after unwinding the yarn from the yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted by a first roller 3, wherein the core material yarn of the core-spun yarn is polyether ester fiber, and the outer-wrapped yarn is short fiber yarn with elasticity smaller than that of polyether ester;
(2) redrawing the yarn guided out in the step (1) through a second roller 4, wherein the linear speed of the second roller 4 is 1.5 times that of the first roller 3;
(3) and (3) retracting the yarn redrawn in the step (2) through a third roller 5, wherein the linear speed of the third roller 5 is the same as that of the first roller 3, and winding the yarn through a second yarn guide ring 6 around the regulated yarn drum 7 to form the regulated package core-spun yarn.
Example 6:
this example provides a method of conditioning a core spun yarn, the method performed in the apparatus of example 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) guiding the core-spun yarn to be adjusted out by a first yarn guide ring 2, enabling a yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted to be fixed, applying force through a first roller 3 to unwind the yarn from the yarn barrel 1 to be adjusted and then pulling out the yarn, wherein the core material yarn of the core-spun yarn is made of polyolefin fiber, and the outer-wrapped yarn is made of fiber filaments with elasticity smaller than that of polyolefin;
(2) redrawing the yarn guided out in the step (1) through a second roller 4, wherein the linear speed of the second roller 4 is 8 times that of the first roller 3;
(3) and (3) retracting the yarn redrawn in the step (2) through a third roller 5, wherein the linear speed of the third roller 5 is the same as that of the first roller 3, winding the yarn onto an adjusted bobbin 7 through a second yarn guide ring 6, and realizing yarn winding through the rotation of the adjusted bobbin 7 to form the adjusted package core-spun yarn.
In the above embodiment, the core-spun yarn after being formed is unwound, re-stretched, contracted and wound by using the core-spun yarn leveling device, and the retraction state of the high-elastic yarn of the inner layer is consistent with that of the low-elastic yarn of the outer layer by setting the ratio of the linear speeds between different rollers, so that knotting or protrusions on the surface of the yarn are uniformly distributed, and the appearance and quality of the core-spun yarn are improved.
The applicant states that the present invention is illustrated by the detailed apparatus and method of the present invention through the above embodiments, but the present invention is not limited to the above detailed apparatus and method, i.e. it is not meant to imply that the present invention must be implemented by the above detailed apparatus and method. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modifications to the present invention, equivalents of the means for substitution and addition of means for carrying out the invention, selection of specific means, etc., are within the scope and disclosure of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. The covering yarn homogenizing device is characterized by comprising a yarn unwinding assembly, a first roller, a second roller, a third roller and a yarn winding assembly which are sequentially connected.
2. A core spun yarn conditioning device as in claim 1, wherein the yarn unwinding assembly comprises in sequence a bobbin to be conditioned and a first guide ring;
preferably, the central lines of the bobbin to be adjusted and the first yarn guide ring are positioned on the same vertical line;
preferably, the distance between the upper end of the yarn cylinder to be adjusted and the first yarn guide ring is between 1.5 times of the maximum upper end diameter of the yarn cylinder to be adjusted and 2 times of the maximum lower end diameter of the yarn cylinder to be adjusted.
3. A core spun yarn leveling device in accordance with claim 1 or 2 wherein the first roller, second roller and third roller each independently comprise a top roller and a bottom roller;
preferably, the lower roller is in active transmission, and the upper roller is in passive transmission.
4. A core-spun yarn conditioning apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the linear velocity of the second roller is greater than the linear velocity of the first and third rollers, the linear velocity of the first and third rollers being the same.
5. A core-spun yarn conditioning device as in any one of the claims 1 to 4, wherein the yarn winding assembly comprises a second guide ring and a conditioned bobbin in this order;
preferably, the distance between the upper end of the adjusted yarn cylinder and the second yarn guide ring is more than 2 times of the diameter of the maximum upper end of the adjusted yarn cylinder.
6. A method of core spun yarn conditioning using the apparatus of any of claims 1-5, the method comprising:
and unwinding the core-spun yarn to be adjusted by adopting a first roller, pulling out the yarn, redrawing the yarn by adopting a second roller, retracting the yarn by adopting a third roller, and winding the yarn to obtain the adjusted core-spun yarn.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the core yarn has an elasticity greater than that of the covering yarn;
preferably, the material of the core yarn comprises any one or a combination of at least two of polyurethane fiber, polyether ester fiber or polyolefin fiber;
preferably, the material of the covering yarn comprises any one or a combination of at least two of natural fiber, synthetic fiber or artificial fiber.
8. The method according to claim 6 or 7, characterized in that the core yarn to be adjusted is guided out of the yarn by a first guide ring, the bobbin to be adjusted is stationary and the yarn is unwound from the bobbin to be adjusted by a force applied by a first roller.
9. A method according to any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the linear velocity of the second roller is greater than the linear velocity of the first roller;
preferably, the linear velocity of the second roller is 1.5-10 times, preferably 2-5 times of that of the first roller;
preferably, the linear velocity of the third roller is the same as the linear velocity of the first roller.
10. The method according to any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the yarn winding is performed by winding the adjusted core yarn onto the adjusted package via a second yarn guide ring;
preferably, the yarn winding is realized by adjusting the rotation of the yarn drum;
preferably, the yarn winding is realized by rotating the second yarn guide around the adjusted bobbin.
