Abstract

技术领域
本发明属于污水处理技术领域,涉及一种膜浓缩液减量化处理系统及其处理工艺。
背景技术
生活垃圾处理在焚烧发电、堆肥、填埋等过程中,都会产生垃圾渗滤液。焚烧厂渗滤液的CODCr浓度一般在40000-80000mg/L左右,氨氮浓度一般在1000-2000mg/L左右。且由于垃圾渗滤液中盐分含量较高,渗滤液的电导率高达30000-40000us/cm。若采用传统的生化处理工艺,很难将其处理至达标排放。(膜分离技术在垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用[J]。《化工进展》2015,34(8)。)
膜技术具有能高效去除污染物、实现资源回收、装置简单易操作以及稳定性好等优点。是目前普遍采用的渗滤液处理方法。目前,已公开的膜技术包括:微滤膜(MF)、超滤膜(UF)、纳滤膜(NF)和反渗透膜(RO)等。但目前膜技术在应用过程中均存在些许不足,主要为:由于垃圾渗滤液的盐分较高,膜系统在运行过程中容易结垢,造成产水率低。此外,由于膜浓缩液总量较大(约占所处理渗滤液的15-30%),亟需进行减量化处理。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明为了解决上述现有膜技术处理污水过程中所存在的问题,提供一种膜浓缩液减量化处理系统及其处理工艺。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,依次包括前处理设备、TUF软化设备、反渗透设备和浸没式燃烧设备;
其中TUF软化设备包括与前处理设备出口端连通的浓缩槽,浓缩槽的物料排出端内侧安装有过滤用的TUF膜;反渗透设备包括与浓缩槽出液端连通的STRO装置和用于收集STRO装置透过液的清液池;浸没式燃烧设备包括依次连接的浓液处理池、浸没式焚烧器、蒸残渣池以及固液分离装置,浓液处理池用于收集STRO装置中浓缩液,固液分离装置分离后的液体回收至清液池进行蒸发处理。
进一步,前处理设备包括依次连通的调节池、两级硝化反硝化处理器和超滤处理器。
进一步,还包括依次与浸没式焚烧器连通的分离塔、冷凝器和冷凝水池,分离塔用于处理浸没式焚烧器处理浓缩液产生的不饱和蒸汽以及产生的尾气。
进一步,超滤处理器为外置式,用于截留渗滤液中胶体大小的颗粒。
一种膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,包括以下步骤:
A、前处理:调节池调节待处理垃圾渗滤液的水量水质后,进入两级硝化反硝化系统进行脱氮处理,脱氮后的渗滤液进入超滤单元进行超滤处理;
B、TUF软化:超滤后的渗滤液进入浓缩槽进行浓缩过滤,浓缩槽的物料排出端内衬过滤用的TUF膜,浓缩槽内收集的固体颗粒进行污泥处理;
C、反渗透:经TUF软化后的污水清液段进入STRO装置进行循环反渗透浓缩产水,透过液收集至清液池进行蒸发处理;
D、浸没式燃烧:循环反渗透后的浓缩液进入浓液处理池,采用浸没式焚烧器对浓缩液进行蒸发浓缩处理,蒸发产生的蒸残渣进入蒸残渣池,饱和蒸残液进行固液分离。
进一步,步骤A中渗滤液超滤后,超滤液回流至两级硝化反硝化系统进行二次脱氮超滤。
进一步,步骤B中TUF膜采用管式过滤,管式膜的结构是膜被浇铸在多孔材料管的内部。
进一步,步骤C中内部循环的污水流经膜组件压力降低后再经过在线增压泵增压送至膜组件入口反复循环,随着产水的排出、膜层内侧污水浓度升高、最终循环浓缩后通过STRO装置出口的压力控制阀排出。
进一步,步骤D浸没式焚烧器蒸发产生的不饱和蒸汽经分离塔除去雾沫夹带的液滴后,通过管道进入冷凝系统,利用冷却循环水作为冷媒进行冷凝换热,蒸汽冷凝液收集至冷凝水池。
进一步,步骤D蒸残渣池中的饱和蒸残渣通过提升泵进行脱水,干渣进行集中处理,上清液回收至上级清液池进行蒸发处理。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明所公开的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,在应用过程中可以降低垃圾渗滤液的硬度,减少膜堵塞问题,增加膜系统产水率,实现膜浓缩液减量化的效果。
2、本发明所公开的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,采用了在生化处理垃圾渗滤液的基础上,设计“超滤+TUF软化+高压STRO+浸没式燃烧”工艺对垃圾渗滤液进行深度处理。通过在超滤膜技术之后以及反渗透膜技术STRO之前增加了TUF软化单元,解决了膜技术使用过程中易堵塞的问题;通过在反渗透膜技术STRO之后增加了浸没式焚烧器,有效实现了膜浓缩液的减量化,阻断了废水中盐分的循环,可有效保证渗滤液及浓缩液处理系统的稳定运行。并且通过对膜处理技术的改良,进一步提高了膜深度处理垃圾渗滤液的运行稳定性,实现了节能降耗。该膜浓缩液减量化处理系统采用“超滤+TUF软化+高压STRO+浸没式燃烧”,该膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺可有效降低浓缩液的产量,同时针对高压STRO系统产生的浓缩液,采用浸没式燃烧工艺进行处理,该工艺适用于处理高硬度的膜浓缩液。

图1所示的膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,依次包括前处理设备、TUF软化设备、反渗透设备和浸没式燃烧设备;
其中前处理设备包括依次连通的调节池1、两级硝化反硝化处理器2和超滤处理器3。超滤处理器3为外置式,用于截留渗滤液中胶体大小的颗粒。TUF软化设备包括与前处理设备出口端连通的浓缩槽4,浓缩槽4的物料排出端内侧安装有过滤用的TUF膜;反渗透设备包括与浓缩槽4出液端连通的STRO装置5和用于收集STRO装置5透过液的清液池6;浸没式燃烧设备包括依次连接的浓液处理池7、浸没式焚烧器8、蒸残渣池9以及固液分离装置10,浓液处理池7用于收集STRO装置5中浓缩液,固液分离装置10分离后的液体回收至清液池6进行蒸发处理。浸没式焚烧器8上依次连通有分离塔11、冷凝器12和冷凝水池13,分离塔11用于处理浸没式焚烧器8处理浓缩液产生的不饱和蒸汽以及产生的尾气。
图2所示的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺是根据现有垃圾填埋场渗滤液的膜浓缩液减量化流程进行设计改进,包括以下步骤:
A、前处理:通过调节池1调节待处理垃圾渗滤液的水量水质,调节后垃圾渗滤液的COD浓度为2500~4000mg/L。
调节水量水质后的垃圾渗滤液进入两级硝化反硝化系统进行脱氮处理,其目的是通过生化处理去除垃圾渗滤液中可生化的有机物(即进行生物脱氮),脱氮后渗滤液中的氨氮浓度为5~20mg/L,若水质中COD和氨氮浓度过高,出水很难保证达标,若水质中COD和氨氮浓度过低,存在工艺设备的浪费。
脱氮后的渗滤液通过泵、电动阀和管道输入超滤单元进行超滤处理,超滤处理器3采用外置式超滤,用于截留渗滤液中胶体大小的颗粒;渗滤液超滤后,污泥回流至两级硝化反硝化系统。
B、TUF软化:超滤后的渗滤液进入浓缩槽4进行浓缩过滤,浓缩槽4的物料排出端内衬过滤用的TUF膜,一般经过外置式超滤处理器3处理后的浓缩液中BOD5、氨氮、悬浮物等均已达到排放标准,但是其中仍然还有钙镁离子等重金属离子,导致浓缩液的硬度较大,管道容易堵塞。因此在超滤单元后接TUF软化单元,用以软化污水,TUF膜采用管式过滤,管式膜的结构是膜被浇铸在多孔材料管的内部。含被过滤物质(固体)的水流透过膜后,再透过多孔支撑材料,进入产水侧(水被净化)。被膜截留的固体颗粒在水流的推动下,不会停留在膜的表面,而是在膜表面起到一定的冲刷作用,避免污染物在膜表面停留,浓缩槽4内收集的固体颗粒进行污泥处理。
C、反渗透:经过TUF软化单元处理的污水接到反渗透部分,反渗透采用STRO膜,污水通过STRO反渗透膜后使其中的水分子透过膜层分离出来形成反渗透产水,内部循环的污水流经膜组件后压力降低后再经过在线增压泵增压送至膜组件入口反复循环,随着产水的排出、膜层内侧污水浓度升高、最终循环浓缩后通过压力控制阀排出。
D、浸没式燃烧:反渗透部分的浓缩液进入浸没燃烧蒸发系统,在浸没式焚烧器8中利用厌氧沼气或天然气作为热源,以空气作为助燃气对浓缩液进行蒸发、浓缩处理;蒸发过程产生的蒸残渣进入蒸残渣池9,产生的不饱和蒸汽经过分离塔11除去雾沫夹带的液滴后,通过管道进入冷凝系统,利用冷却循环水作为冷媒进行冷凝换热,蒸汽冷凝液出水至冷凝水池13。蒸发产生的饱和蒸残液由提升泵将剩余盐泥及残渣提升至脱水系统进行脱水,干渣的含水率约为70%,最终形成的残渣及盐泥经鉴定后送有资质的单位进行处理,上清液继续回流至浸没式焚烧器8的清液池6进行蒸发处理。
本发明采用“超滤+TUF软化+高压STRO+浸没式燃烧”组合工艺方法。由于采用TUF软化膜,可以有效减少膜浓缩液的硬度,改善了后续STRO反渗透系统的产水率及运行稳定性。膜浓缩液进行浸没式焚烧,可以得到有效减量化效果,且浸没式焚烧不会对外界产生不良影响。浸没燃烧热效率高,设备简单,可减少耐高温、耐腐蚀材料的消耗。
本发明采用的“超滤+TUF软化+高压STRO+浸没式燃烧”工艺,适用于高硬度的膜浓缩液,具有良好的膜浓缩液减量化效果,产水率高。

Claims (10)
1.一种膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,其特征在于,依次包括前处理设备、TUF软化设备、反渗透设备和浸没式燃烧设备;
其中TUF软化设备包括与前处理设备出口端连通的浓缩槽,浓缩槽的物料排出端内侧安装有过滤用的TUF膜;反渗透设备包括与浓缩槽出液端连通的STRO装置和用于收集STRO装置透过液的清液池;浸没式燃烧设备包括依次连接的浓液处理池、浸没式焚烧器、蒸残渣池以及固液分离装置,浓液处理池用于收集STRO装置中浓缩液,固液分离装置分离后的液体回收至清液池进行蒸发处理。
2.如权利要求1所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,其特征在于,所述前处理设备包括依次连通的调节池、两级硝化反硝化处理器和超滤处理器。
3.如权利要求1所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,其特征在于,还包括依次与浸没式焚烧器连通的分离塔、冷凝器和冷凝水池,分离塔用于处理浸没式焚烧器处理浓缩液产生的不饱和蒸汽以及产生的尾气。
4.如权利要求1所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理系统,其特征在于,所述超滤处理器为外置式,用于截留渗滤液中胶体大小的颗粒。
5.一种膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、前处理:调节池调节待处理垃圾渗滤液的水量水质后,进入两级硝化反硝化系统进行脱氮处理,脱氮后的渗滤液进入超滤单元进行超滤处理;
B、TUF软化:超滤后的渗滤液进入浓缩槽进行浓缩过滤,浓缩槽的物料排出端内衬过滤用的TUF膜,浓缩槽内收集的固体颗粒进行污泥处理;
C、反渗透:经TUF软化后的污水清液段进入STRO装置进行循环反渗透浓缩产水,透过液收集至清液池进行蒸发处理;
D、浸没式燃烧:循环反渗透后的浓缩液进入浓液处理池,采用浸没式焚烧器对浓缩液进行蒸发浓缩处理,蒸发产生的蒸残渣进入蒸残渣池,饱和蒸残液进行固液分离。
6.如权利要求5所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤A中渗滤液超滤后,超滤液回流至两级硝化反硝化系统进行二次脱氮超滤。
7.如权利要求5所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤B中TUF膜采用管式过滤,管式膜的结构是膜被浇铸在多孔材料管的内部。
8.如权利要求5所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤C中内部循环的污水流经膜组件压力降低后再经过在线增压泵增压送至膜组件入口反复循环,随着产水的排出、膜层内侧污水浓度升高、最终循环浓缩后通过STRO装置出口的压力控制阀排出。
9.如权利要求5所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤D浸没式焚烧器蒸发产生的不饱和蒸汽经分离塔除去雾沫夹带的液滴后,通过管道进入冷凝系统,利用冷却循环水作为冷媒进行冷凝换热,蒸汽冷凝液收集至冷凝水池。
10.如权利要求5所述的膜浓缩液减量化处理工艺,其特征在于,步骤D蒸残渣池中的饱和蒸残渣通过提升泵进行脱水,干渣进行集中处理,上清液回收至上级清液池进行蒸发处理。
