The charging mechanism 300 is used for adding milk tea raw materials to the cup 11 at the charging station 111, so that the charging operation in the milk tea making process can be automatically completed. The upper cover mechanism 400 comprises a cover storage unit 410 and a pickup unit 420, wherein the cover storage unit 410 is used for storing the cover 12, and the pickup unit 420 is used for mounting the cover 12 stored by the cover storage unit 410 on the cup 11 positioned at the upper cover station 112, so that the upper cover operation in the milk tea making process can be automatically completed.
The process of making milk tea by the automatic milk tea machine is that the cup taking mechanism 200 delivers the empty cup to the conveying mechanism 100 to finish the cup taking operation; the moving module 120 of the conveying mechanism 100 can convey the cup 11 to the charging station 111, so that the charging mechanism 300 can add the milk tea raw material to the cup 11 to complete the charging operation; the moving module 120 of the conveying mechanism 100 conveys the cup 11 with the raw material added to the capping station 112, and the picking unit 420 of the capping mechanism 400 caps the cup lid 12 on the cup 11, completing the capping operation. Therefore, the automatic milk tea machine can automatically finish the operations of cup taking, feeding and capping, realizes automatic milk tea making and improves the production efficiency.
With reference to fig. 1 and 2, the cup taking mechanism 200 delivers the empty cup to the conveying mechanism 100, and the cup taking mechanism 200 can be directly placed at the next processing station, so as to facilitate the next operation; alternatively, the cup taking mechanism 200 is placed at another position of the conveying mechanism 100, and the conveying mechanism 100 conveys the cup 11 to the next station according to the production flow.
In the process of taking a cup by the cup taking mechanism 200, the cup taking assembly 220 moves the cup 11 on the cup holder 210 to the conveying mechanism 100 by using a manipulator, a conveyor belt, a push rod, and the like.
Specifically, in connection with fig. 2, cup taking assembly 220 includes a cup taking fixture 221, a horizontal die set 222, and a vertical die set 223. Optionally, the cup taking clamp 221 is a cup taking pneumatic claw 2211 and a cup taking flexible finger 2212, and the cup taking pneumatic claw 2211 drives the cup taking flexible finger 2212 to open and close, so that the cup taking flexible finger 2212 clamps or releases the cup 11. The cup taking fixture 221 is mounted on the horizontal module 222, the horizontal module 222 can drive the fixture to move in the horizontal direction, the horizontal module 222 is mounted on the vertical module 223, and the vertical module 223 can drive the horizontal module 222 to move in the vertical direction.
One of the cup taking processes is that the cup holder 210 is placed above the cup taking clamp 221, the vertical module 223 drives the horizontal module 222 and the cup taking clamp 221 to move up to the position of the cup 11, and the cup taking clamp 221 clamps the cup 11 located at the lowest position of the cup holder 210. The vertical module 223 drives the horizontal module 222 to move down, so that the cup holder 221 holds the cup 11 off the cup holder 210. The horizontal module 222 drives the cup taking fixture 221 to move horizontally to the next station. Then, the cup taking assembly 220 is reset, or after the next station of the cup taking assembly 220 is finished, the cup taking clamp 221 is released from the cup 11 and reset.

Alternatively, the stirring unit comprises two stirring paddles 531 with opposite rotation directions. The paddles 531 are located on both sides of the pusher 521.
Alternatively, the third drive member may drive the pusher 521 to rotate, flip, or translate. The pusher 521 may be an auger, a bucket with a fixed capacity, or a scraping cartridge with a fixed capacity. For example, the third drive member drives the bucket to turn, so that the bucket fixedly scoops a certain amount of ice cubes from the inside of the ice bin 510 to the discharge port 512 at a time. For another example, the third driving member drives the scraping box to linearly reciprocate, so that the scraping box fixedly takes a certain amount of ice at a time and translates to the discharging port 512.
