Through adjusting the installation angle of high-pressure water spray nozzle, not only can avoid directly washing away the sewage problem that splashes that the ground caused, through spraying water to cleaning blanket moreover, improve the water content of cleaning blanket, and then improve and clean the cleanliness factor. Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, one embodiment of the present invention comprises a vehicle body 1, wherein a driving wheel 2 is mounted at the front end of the vehicle body 1, a steering wheel 3 is mounted at the rear end of the vehicle body 1, and the driving wheel 2 is connected with a cleaning drum 5 through a driving gear 4; the cleaning drum 5 is wound with a cleaning blanket 6 at the outer side, a cleaning water bucket 7 is arranged in the vehicle body 1, guide wheels 8 are arranged at the two sides of the cleaning water bucket 7 and the tail of the vehicle body 1, the cleaning blanket 6 passes over the guide wheels 8, a pressing wheel 9 is arranged above the cleaning water bucket 7, and the cleaning blanket 6 passes under the pressing wheel 9; the cleaning blanket 6 comprises an elastic frame 10, a plurality of mounting grooves 11 are slidably arranged in the elastic frame 10, a cleaning sponge 12 is fixed in each mounting groove 11, and adjacent mounting grooves 11 are connected through springs 13; The bottom of the car body 1 is provided with a high-pressure water spray nozzle 14, the high-pressure water spray nozzle 14 is positioned at the rear of the cleaning rotary drum 5, and the high-pressure water spray nozzle 14 is arranged towards the cleaning rotary drum 5. An aeration disc 22 is arranged at the bottom of the cleaning water bucket 7, and a metal filter cylinder 23 is sleeved outside the aeration disc 22. By installing the aeration disc 22 in the cleaning bucket 7, the cleaning effect of the cleaning blanket 6 can be improved by utilizing the aggregation and rupture of micro bubbles in water, and the circulating flow of the water body in the whole cleaning bucket 7 can be realized by utilizing the upward flowing trend of air flow, so that dirt in the water is filtered when passing through the metal filter cylinder 23, and the service time of the water body in the cleaning bucket 7 is prolonged. The air inlet pipe of the aeration disc 22 is connected with an ozone generator 24, and the cleaning water bucket 7 is disinfected in real time by utilizing the sufficient contact of ozone in the aeration gas and the water body.
In addition, the strip flange 16 is internally provided with a first diversion hole 25, two sides of the first diversion hole 25 are connected with a plurality of second diversion holes 26, and in the rotating process of the pinch roller 9, the circulation flow of water flow in the strip flange 16 can be realized through the first diversion hole 25 and the second diversion holes 26, so that the cleaning effect of the tooth-shaped part 15 is improved.
The cleaning agent has good cleaning effect on the pigsty, does not generate a large amount of splashed stains, and is convenient for the later maintenance of equipment.
