The invention simplifies the layout and suspension mode of the paying-off tackle for suspending four sets of three wheels on each pole of the iron tower, and improves the tackle suspension construction efficiency of tension stringing; meanwhile, the key problems that the pulley suspension height is difficult to adjust and the like, the sag observation is difficult, the accessory installation efficiency is poor and the like caused by a conventional pulley suspension mode in stringing construction are solved; the problem that the steel wire rope sleeve is basically scrapped after being used independently to hang an engineering is avoided, the steel wire rope sleeve can be repeatedly used, and the construction cost is reduced; compared with the conventional suspension tackle, the suspension points are reduced, and potential safety hazard points are reduced.
