The second-stage separator 11 is directly connected with the smoke outlet joint 10, so that the once-separated oil smoke enters the second-stage separator 11, the oil absorption fins 23 with the oil absorption layer 25 have strong oil absorption capacity, residual stubborn oil can be separated, and the purpose of thorough separation is achieved. After the primary separation, the oil content in the secondary oil smoke is less, and the oil absorbed by the oil absorption layer 25 is less, so that the secondary separator 11 can keep a high-efficiency separation effect for a long time, and has a long service life.
The oil absorption layer 25 includes an alkyl ethylene polymer. The alkyl ethylene polymer is a lipophilic compound, and has very strong oil absorption effect.
As shown in fig. 7, the oil suction fins 23 are obliquely arranged, and a gap of 9-30mm is formed between the oil suction fins 23, and oil smoke passes through the gap. The oil absorption fins 23 are arranged at intervals, so that the blocking effect of the oil absorption fins on oil smoke is reduced, and the flow rate of the oil smoke is ensured. The inclined arrangement characteristic can improve the contact frequency and time of the oil smoke and the surface of the oil absorption fin 23 and improve the oil absorption effect on stubborn oil.
In addition, connecting rods 24 which are horizontally arranged are connected among the oil suction fins 23, and the connecting rods 24 are connected with all the oil suction fins 23 in a penetrating mode, so that the stability of the secondary separator 11 is improved, and all the oil suction fins 23 are integrally formed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9 to 12, H-shaped mounting frames 3 are arranged on two sides of the body 1, and the front ends and the rear ends of the H-shaped mounting frames 3 and the front ends and the rear ends of the body 1 are flush with each other, so that the whole oil smoke separating device is in close contact with the front end and the rear end of the integrated stove after being mounted. The upper end and the lower end of the H-shaped mounting rack 3 are provided with mounting notches 4, L-shaped supports 28 are mounted on two sides in the corresponding integrated cooker, and the L-shaped supports 28 are arranged in an up-and-down alignment mode (as shown in figure 10). The horizontal pole of L type support 28 is connected with the inner wall of integrated kitchen both sides, and the montant of L type support 28 matches each other with installation notch 4. The rear end of H type mounting bracket 3 is equipped with magnet piece 27, and the embedded setting of magnet piece 27 is adsorbed through magnet piece 27 and integrated kitchen inner wall.
