The invention discloses a convenient and fast dust-settling underground shotcrete machine, which is equipment capable of monitoring underground dust concentration and settling dust in real time, so that the effects of warning workers to protect and settling dust in time to ensure the health of the workers are achieved.

The lifting shaft and the rotary table structure can filter and reduce dust of air in a larger mode.

In the invention, the dust concentration monitor 9 is composed of a warning lamp 91, an air inlet 92, an air suction pump 93, an optical air quality sensor 94, a processor 95 and an air outlet 96; an active carbon filter screen I121, a filter air suction pump 122 and an active carbon filter screen II 123 are arranged in the air filter 12 at a rotation angle of 0-360 degrees of the rotary table 11; a dust conveying pipeline is arranged in the air filter 12, and the collected dust is conveyed to the dust collecting chamber 7 through a hollow connecting rod 10 and a lifting shaft 8; a plurality of LED beads are arranged inside the warning lamp 91.
The invention has convenient operation and simple principle, and provides the underground patching machine with convenient dust fall, which is patching machine equipment capable of monitoring the dust concentration around workers in real time during underground operation and fully falling dust around the workers in time when the concentration exceeds the standard.
When workers carry out guniting operation by using the guniting machine 1, dust pollution is easily generated around the guniting machine. The dust concentration monitor 9 is started, and the air suction pump 93 sucks external air into the optical air quality sensor 94 to work by utilizing the photosensitive principle, and is mainly used for detecting fine particles and correspondingly judging the concentration of the particles according to the height of output pulses. The processor 95 will collect, calculate and process the data, and if the detected concentration exceeds the set value, the warning light 91 will flash to alarm the attention of the worker.
When the dust concentration exceeds the standard, the air filter 12 is driven by the lifting shaft 8 to lift upwards to start working, the filtering air suction pump 122 starts working to absorb the outside air with the dust concentration exceeding the standard, and the air is separated by the first activated carbon filter screen 121 and then is continuously separated by the second activated carbon filter screen 123 to fully absorb and drop the dust. Meanwhile, the turntable 11 rotates clockwise at a constant speed to fully absorb polluted air.
