Abstract
The invention relates to a damping-free hinge for a movable side window of a driver cab of a motor train unit, which comprises a movable seat, a fixed seat and a rotating shaft, wherein the movable seat is connected with the fixed seat through the rotating shaft; the movable seat is provided with a damping part mounting hole which is transversely communicated with a movable seat rotating shaft mounting hole on the movable seat, and a damping device of the hinge formed by the adjusting screw, the spring and the steel ball is arranged in the damping part mounting hole. The upper end of the rotating shaft is provided with a half threaded hole of the rotating shaft, the half threaded hole of the fixing seat matched with the half threaded hole of the rotating shaft is arranged on the mounting hole of the rotating shaft of the fixing seat, and after the fixing seat is screwed down by using a set screw, the half threaded holes on the two sides of the rotating shaft and the half threaded hole on the fixing seat are respectively occluded and fixed.
