Background
In general, balconies used for drying laundry or for indoor courtyards are formed in apartments and villas in the form of public houses.
Recently, balconies have been developed and expanded to be used in various spaces including a living room, a bedroom, a game room, a warehouse, and the like for conventional use.
The balcony of a building has been expanded by directly pouring reinforced concrete in a space to be expanded or joining additionally manufactured reinforced concrete slabs.
However, the above method has problems in that construction is complicated and a lot of construction time is consumed, and therefore, residents need to temporarily move to another space, and high construction costs are incurred.
Meanwhile, there have been problems in the past that heat insulation of a building is deteriorated due to expansion of a balcony, indoor cooling and heating costs are increased, and it is difficult to accommodate articles such as an outdoor unit of an air conditioner or a flowerpot as an additional accommodation space is removed.

The electrically controlled louver 324 can block light by being disposed on the surface of the single glass 323 on the side of the hollow layer 400. Since the electrically controlled louver 324 is installed in the hollow layer 400, not in the indoor side, it is possible to prevent an indoor person from directly contacting the louver 324, thereby preventing foreign substances and the like from contacting the louver 324 and safety accidents caused by the louver 324.
The storage device 325 may be disposed at the lower layer 103 of the external coupling unit 220 to store electric energy generated through the first solar cell 150 of the frame 100 and the second solar cell 225 of the external layer 200. In this case, a metal plate 224 may be provided on the outer layer 200 at a position corresponding to the storage device 325, a second solar cell 225 may be provided on an outer surface of the metal plate 224, and an auxiliary electric opening/closing window (not given a reference numeral) may be provided at a lower end of the metal plate 224. Therefore, the effect of reducing the amount of heat generated in the storage device 325 by the air flowing in can be exhibited, and the air flowing in can be discharged through the ventilation ports (no reference numeral) formed in the side surfaces 140 of the frame 100.
The receiving space 326 is provided in the lower layer 103 to correspond to the metal plate 224 of the external coupling unit 220, so that indoor personnel can receive various articles in the room.
The outdoor unit 327 is installed in the lower floor 103 to correspond to the electrically opened/closed louver 226 of the external coupling unit 220. When the air conditioner (not shown) is in use, the electrically-operated opening/closing shutter 226 is opened to discharge the air discharged from the room through the air conditioner outdoor unit 327 to the outside, and when the air conditioner is not in use, the electrically-operated opening/closing shutter 226 is closed to prevent inflow of the outside air.
The air filter 328 is positioned at the center of the inner sash, protrudes toward the hollow layer, and may be provided to penetrate the upper layer, the intermediate layer, and the lower layer. Therefore, the air filter 328 is embedded in the inner layer 300, and can filter dust in the air.
The door 329 may be provided on one of the indoor sides of the outdoor unit 327 and the storage device 325, respectively. Further, the closed state is maintained at ordinary times, and when maintenance such as repair or replacement of the air conditioner outdoor unit 327 or the storage device 325 is necessary, the maintenance is performed easily by opening.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the internal electrically-operated opening/closing window 321 provided in the upper layer 101, the internal sliding window 322 provided in the intermediate layer 102, the single-layer glass 323, the electrically-controlled louver 324, the storage device 325 provided in the lower layer 103, the storage space 326, the outdoor air conditioner 327, and the air filter 328 are explained, and the respective configurations or positions of the respective configurations may be changed to various configurations or positions according to the needs of the indoor personnel.
