The invention discloses a high-rotating-speed stable oil seal testing machine, which comprises: the device comprises a box body, a rotating speed motor is arranged at the rear end of the box body, a telescopic guide shaft is arranged on the rear wall of an inner cavity of the box body, a guide rail and an oil sealing mechanism to be detected are arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body; the top of the oil seal mechanism can be movably connected with the telescopic guide shaft so that the oil seal mechanism can reciprocate along the guide rail; when the oil seal mechanism is in contact with the output shaft of the rotating speed motor, the output shaft can be in butt joint with the testing shaft in the oil seal mechanism and can drive the testing shaft to rotate. This high rotational speed stable form oil blanket test machine can detect the performance parameter of oil blanket under high rotational speed steadily.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of oil seal testing, in particular to a high-rotation-speed stable type oil seal testing machine.
Background
An oil seal is a mechanical element used to seal oil (oil is the most common liquid substance in a transmission system and also refers to a general liquid substance) which isolates parts needing lubrication from output parts in a transmission system so as not to allow the lubrication oil to leak. After the oil seal is produced, relevant detection is needed, and generally, the oil pressure stability between the sealing element and the rotating shaft is detected. The existing detection device has a good detection result for low rotating speed, but once the detection of high rotating speed is involved, the defect that the detection result is unstable often occurs, and then the performance of the oil seal cannot be stably represented.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a high-rotation-speed stable oil seal testing machine which can stably detect performance parameters of an oil seal at a high rotation speed.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a high-speed stable type oil seal testing machine, comprising: the device comprises a box body, a rotating speed motor is arranged at the rear end of the box body, a telescopic guide shaft is arranged on the rear wall of an inner cavity of the box body, a guide rail and an oil sealing mechanism to be detected are arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body; the top of the oil seal mechanism can be movably connected with the telescopic guide shaft so that the oil seal mechanism can reciprocate along the guide rail;
when the oil seal mechanism is in contact with the output shaft of the rotating speed motor, the output shaft can be in butt joint with the testing shaft in the oil seal mechanism and can drive the testing shaft to rotate.
Preferably, the high-rotation-speed stable oil seal testing machine is provided with an oil pressure detector, and the oil pressure detector is connected with an inner cavity of the oil seal mechanism.
Preferably, the end part of the telescopic guide shaft is provided with a movable gripper, and the movable gripper can grip or release the top of the oil seal mechanism.
Preferably, the inner cavity of the box body is further provided with an oil pump, and the oil pump can be communicated with the oil seal mechanism.
Preferably, the window at the front end of the box body is a transparent window.

In the present invention, unless otherwise specified, the directional words "upper, lower, inner, outer" and the like included in the terms merely represent the orientation of the terms in a conventional use state or are colloquially understood by those skilled in the art, and should not be construed as limiting the terms.
The invention provides a high-rotation-speed stable oil seal testing machine, as shown in figures 1-2, comprising: the detection device comprises a box body 1, wherein a rotating speed motor 10 is arranged at the rear end of the box body 1, a telescopic guide shaft 3 is arranged on the rear wall of an inner cavity of the box body 1, a guide rail 11 and an oil sealing mechanism 4 to be detected are arranged at the bottom of the inner cavity of the box body 1; the oil seal mechanism 4 can be fixed on the guide rail 11, and the top of the oil seal mechanism 4 can be movably connected with the telescopic guide shaft 3 so that the oil seal mechanism 4 can reciprocate along the guide rail 11;
when the oil seal mechanism 4 is in contact with the output shaft 9 of the rotating speed motor 10, the output shaft 9 can be butted with a test shaft in the oil seal mechanism 4 and can drive the test shaft to rotate.
The working process of the high-rotating-speed stable oil seal testing machine is as follows: firstly, the box body 1 is opened, the oil seal mechanism 4 to be detected is arranged on the guide rail 11, then the telescopic guide shaft 3 is stretched forwards to enable the telescopic guide shaft 3 to fix the oil seal mechanism 4, then the telescopic guide shaft 3 is retracted backwards to enable the output shaft 9 of the rotating speed motor 10 to be in butt joint with a testing shaft in the oil seal mechanism 4, finally the rotating speed motor 10 is started to enable the output shaft 9 to drive the testing shaft to rotate, performance parameters of the oil seal mechanism 4 are collected in the rotating process, and then performance testing of an oil seal at a high rotating speed is completed.
In the above embodiment, the driving manner of the telescopic guide shaft 3 can be selected within a wide range, but for further convenience of operation, it is preferable that the telescopic guide shaft 3 is driven by an oil pump.
In the present invention, in order to more intuitively observe the oil pressure data in the oil sealing mechanism 4 during the detection process, it is preferable that the oil pressure detector 5 is provided on the high-rotation-speed stable oil sealing tester, and the oil pressure detector 5 is connected with the inner cavity of the oil sealing mechanism 4.
In the above embodiment, the connection manner between the telescopic guide shaft 3 and the oil seal mechanism 4 can be selected in a wide range, but in order to further facilitate the connection or separation between the two, it is preferable that the end of the telescopic guide shaft 3 is provided with the movable hand grip 2, and the movable hand grip 2 can grip or release the top of the oil seal mechanism 4.
