Description

Drawing type facial mask
Technical Field
The invention relates to a removable facial mask, in particular to a removable facial mask which can be conveniently and sanitarily used after being extracted.
Background
In general, a mask is a cosmetic that supplies various nutrients, moisture, and the like to the skin using a cloth made according to a facial model, and is also called a "sheet mask".
The mask is mainly shaped so that eyes and mouths are open and is formed in accordance with the shape of the face, and there are also masks having no open mouth. In addition, there are various kinds of facial masks such as an eye-specific facial mask for alleviating edema and fatigue of eyes, a nose-specific facial mask for removing comedones and comedones in the nose, and a lip-specific facial mask for managing lip cutin and enhancing moisture retention.
The mask contains much moisture and most masks are sold in a sealed state in a wet state, and have various functions such as moisture supply, whitening, anti-aging, skin tightening by lifting, and calming in terms of functions, and recently, the number of consumers who use the masks per day is gradually increased with the rise of a skin management method of one mask per day.
Therefore, products in which a plurality of pieces of facial film cloths are contained in a package and the facial film cloths are used after being extracted one by one are commercially available, and the above-mentioned technology is disclosed by korean utility model registration No. 20-0412593 (hereinafter, referred to as "comparative invention document").
The said comparison invention document contains a plurality of facial masks in the container of the body and can be used after cutting the facial mask separately by using the boundary cutting line, and the user can take out the facial mask from the container and cut it for use, so that anyone can use the facial mask in large quantity at low cost. However, when the cosmetic film is taken out by holding the cosmetic film with a hand from the container, contaminants or bacteria adhered to the hand remain on the cosmetic film or adhere to the cosmetic film, which causes deterioration or contamination of the facial mask and causes a sanitary problem.
Also, the comparative patent document discloses a technique of providing a connecting neck connecting the respective beauty films, which is formed in a short linear shape so that it is difficult for a user to extract the beauty films from the container when only the connecting neck is held, and thus only the beauty films can be held. In addition, when the cosmetic film is manufactured by using the press machine in the case of manufacturing the cosmetic film continuously connected as described above, if the connection neck in a straight line shape is formed to be long so that the cosmetic film can be extracted by merely holding the connection neck, a large number of waste portions are generated in the process of manufacturing the cosmetic film, resulting in an increase in the manufacturing cost.

The invention discloses a removable facial mask, which is provided with a plurality of facial mask cloths for sticking on the face so as to save the production cost, keep the facial mask in a sanitary way for a long time without worrying about the pollution or deterioration caused by bacteria and conveniently use the facial mask after being taken one by one, the plurality of facial mask cloths arranged on the same line are connected with each other through a connecting part to form a facial mask group, the mask set is accommodated in the package body, the connecting part has a length which enables a user to extract one mask cloth from the package body after only holding the connecting part formed at one side of the one mask cloth and enables the other mask cloth connected with the connecting part formed at the other side of the one mask cloth to maintain the state of being accommodated in the package body when the one mask cloth is extracted, and the connecting part is formed at an acute angle relative to one direction in which the plurality of mask cloths are arranged, so that the loss rate can be reduced when the mask set is manufactured by a pressing device.
The scope of the claims of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below, and those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can realize various modifications within a scope not departing from the technical spirit of the present invention.
The removable facial mask of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached fig. 1 to 15.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the removable mask of the present invention includes a mask set 100 including a plurality of mask cloths 110, and a package 200 in which the mask set 100 is accommodated, and is in a form in which a user can use the mask cloths 110 one by removing the package 200.
The mask cloth 110 is used to be attached to the face, and may be manufactured to be attached to the entire face, or may be manufactured to be attached to only a part of the face such as eyes, nose, lips, and the like. Further, the resin can be produced in various forms such as a circular form and a polygonal form. However, the following description will be made on the premise that the mask cloth 110 has a circular shape that can be attached to the entire face as shown in the drawing. In addition, it is preferable that the mask cloth 110 is formed to be opened to at least one of eyes, nose, and mouth when it is attached to the whole face. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
The plurality of mask cloths 110 constituting the mask group 100 are connected between the adjacent mask cloths 110 by a connecting part 120 having a predetermined length. In this case, the predetermined length is a length that allows the user to extract one mask cloth 110 from the package 200 by gripping only the connecting part 120 formed on one side of the one mask cloth 110, and allows the other mask cloth 110 connected to the connecting part 120 formed on the other side of the one mask cloth 110 to be maintained in a state of being accommodated in the package 200 when the one mask cloth 110 is extracted, as shown in fig. 13.
Also, the connecting part 120 in the present invention connects the mask cloths 110 positioned on the same line with a diagonal line with respect to one direction. That is, the connection portion 120 is formed at an acute angle with respect to one direction in which the plurality of mask cloths 110 arranged on the same line are arranged.
For example, the connection part 120 may be formed to connect an upper portion of one mask cloth 110 to a lower portion of the other mask cloth 110 with reference to a transverse center line of the mask cloths 110. In this case, the connection portion 120 may be connected in a straight line or a curved line, and is preferably configured in a straight line in order to reduce a loss rate during manufacturing, which will be explained on the premise below. As shown in a of fig. 2, the connection parts 120 may be connected to the plurality of mask cloths 110 in the same diagonal direction, that is, in the direction from the top to the bottom or in the direction from the bottom to the top, or may be connected to each other in different diagonal directions as shown in b of fig. 2.
When the connection part 120 is formed in a linear shape having the minimum length, the connection part 120 of the present invention is formed to be longer than the case where the adjacent mask cloths 110 are connected to each other in a straight line because the adjacent mask cloths 110 are connected to each other in a diagonal line. Therefore, the user can easily and sanitarily extract the mask cloth 110 contained in the package body 200 without holding the mask cloth 110 but only holding the connection part 120, and the mask cloth 110 can be prevented from being deteriorated or damaged during the extraction process.
In addition, since the plurality of mask cloths 110 are usually produced by punching using a punching device, the connection part 120 of the present invention can significantly reduce the loss rate of the cloth around the connection part 120 that has to be discarded, compared to the case where the connection part 120 connects the adjacent mask cloths 110 in a straight line, by connecting the adjacent mask cloths 110 in a diagonal line, thereby saving the production cost and improving the production efficiency.
On the other hand, the mask set 100 in which a plurality of mask cloths 110 form one row may be manufactured to be configured in a plurality of rows as shown in fig. 3 to 5. When the mask sets 100 are configured in a plurality of rows, the mask sets 100 may be configured independently, or the mask sets 100 may be configured to be connected to each other.
For example, the mask cloth 110a at one end of one mask group 100a and the mask cloth 110b at one end of another mask group 100b adjacent to the one mask group 100a may be connected to each other by the inter-group connecting part 130. The inter-group connection part 130 has a predetermined length as in the connection part 120, and preferably, a lower portion of one mask cloth 110a and an upper portion of the other mask cloth 110b are connected to reduce a loss rate, but the present invention is not limited thereto.
On the other hand, the user can use the mask cloth 110 with the connecting part 120 connected after taking out the mask cloth 110, but for convenience in use, it is preferable to use the mask cloth 110 after cutting the connecting part 120. For this, the connection part 120 may be connected to the mask cloth 110 in a cuttable form at both ends connected to the mask cloth 110.
As an example, as shown in fig. 6, a breakable broken line segment 122 may be formed in a broken line form at a position where the connection portion 120 is connected to the mask sheet 110. The imaginary line segment 122 for cutting may be formed over the entire end of the connection part 120 in contact with the mask cloth 110, but a cutting start segment 121 not connected to the mask cloth 110 may be formed at a part of the end of the connection part 120, and a breakable imaginary line segment 122 for cutting may be formed at the remaining part of the end of the connection part 120 in an imaginary line form.
The cut-off start section 121 functions to provide a starting point at which the connecting part 120 held by the user for extracting the mask cloth 110 and the connecting part 120 of the mask cloth 110 that is not held are cut off from the mask cloth 110, and the cut-off dotted line section 122 has a coupling force that is not broken when the user extracts the mask cloth 110 after holding the connecting part 120 and allows the user to easily remove the connecting part 120 when the user uses the mask cloth 110.
On the other hand, the mask set 100 may be stored in the package 200 in an unfolded state, but it is preferably stored in the package 200 in a folded state as shown in fig. 7 and 8 in consideration of portability. The mask set 100 can be folded in various ways, but since the user grips the connecting part 120 and then draws it from the package 200, it is preferable to fold the mask cloth 110 so that the connecting part 120 is placed outside.
For example, referring to fig. 9 and 10, the mask sheet 110 is first folded into a half along a first folding line 111 as a virtual line, and a connecting portion 120 connected to one side or both sides is positioned at one side or both sides when the mask sheet is folded into a half. After that, the half-folded mask cloth 110 is folded in a direction perpendicular to the half-folded direction, and preferably, the connecting portion 120 is folded in 3 sections for easy grasping/cutting while making the mask cloth 110 small. When the 3-stage folding is performed as described above, the intermediate portion can be folded wider than the side portions as shown in the figure, not only can the folding be performed accurately and equally.
More specifically, in the case where the half-folded mask sheet 110 is folded along the second folding line 112 and the third folding line 113, which are virtual lines, in a direction perpendicular to the half-folding direction, the portion connected to the connecting portion 120 may be folded along the second folding line 112 so that one side portion is positioned at the rear side of the middle portion, and the other side portion may be positioned at the front side of the middle portion along the third folding line 113.
The mask set 100 having the form shown in fig. 7 is constructed by connecting a plurality of mask cloths 110 folded into 3 sections by means of connecting parts 120, and the mask set 100 is accommodated in a package 200 during the manufacturing process. As described above, the mask cloth 110 folded into 3 pieces in the zigzag state is naturally unfolded as shown in fig. 13 in the process of drawing for extraction, and the operation of unfolding the folded mask cloth 110 for attaching it to the face after the user extracts the mask cloth 110 is omitted, thereby improving the user's convenience.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 11, the package 200 of the present invention may have a drawing port 210 formed through the upper surface thereof so as to draw out the mask cloth 110 accommodated therein, and the drawing port 210 may have various forms such as a circular form and a polygonal form. The mask cloth 110 is preferably in a state of being wetted with a liquid substance such as water or essence, and a cover 300 for opening or closing the extraction port 210 may be provided in order to prevent the liquid substance from evaporating and to prevent contamination by foreign substances. As shown in fig. 11, the cap 300 includes a protrusion 310a coupled to the package 200 around the extraction opening 210, and a cover 320 hinged to the protrusion 310a to open and close the extraction opening 210. The protrusion 310a may be directly coupled to the package 200, or may be formed in a form in which a portion corresponding to the extraction opening 210 is opened and is formed to extend upward along an edge coupled to the bottom 310 of the package 200.
The cover 300 may be provided with a cutting means in various forms, which can easily cut between the extracted mask cloth 110 and the connection part 120 connecting the adjacent mask cloths 110. For example, as shown in fig. 11, a fixing groove 311 into which the connecting portion 120 is inserted is concavely formed in the protruding portion 310a, and a fixing protrusion 321a is protrudingly formed in the cover portion 320 so as to grip the connecting portion 120 inserted into the fixing groove 311 when sealing the extraction opening 210.
Therefore, when the fixing groove 311 is formed with a width equal to or slightly greater than the width of the connection portion and the protrusion 310a is formed on the bottom portion 310, the bottom portion 310 may be formed with a fixing guide groove 313 having a shape in which the fixing guide groove 313 is recessed or opened toward a portion where the fixing groove 311 is formed. The fixing protrusion 321a may be formed at a position corresponding to the fixing groove 311 when the cover portion 320 is sealed, and may be formed at a position capable of clamping the connection portion 120 formed at the fixing guide groove 313 of the bottom portion 310.
In the latter case, the covering portion 311 may be formed with a cover threshold 321, the cover threshold 321 having the same form as the protrusion 310a so as to surround the withdrawing port 210 when sealed and located inside the protrusion 310a, and the fixing protrusion 321a may be formed to protrude below the cover threshold 321. This is to more effectively prevent the evaporation of liquid substances such as moisture or essence contained in the mask assembly 100 or the inflow of foreign substances into the interior through the extraction port 210, and to form the cover threshold 321 inside the protrusion 310a, and to easily cut off the connection part 120, the fixing protrusion 321a abuts against the fixing guide groove 313 formed in the bottom part 310 so that the connection part 120 can be clamped.
Therefore, as shown in fig. 12, a user holds the connection part 120 inserted into the fixing groove 311 and then extracts one piece of the mask cloth 110, and at this time, the user continues to pull after completely extracting the mask cloth 110 such that the connection part 120 connected to the mask cloth 110 but not held by the user is extracted and the position where the connection part 120 is connected to the mask cloth 110 is located near the fixing groove 310. Thereafter, the cover portion 320 is closed to clamp the connection portion 120 inserted into the fixing groove 310 by the fixing protrusion 321a, and then, the connection portion 120 and the mask cloth 110 are cut off by pulling. When the cutting start section 121 and the cutting dotted line section 122 are formed at the end of the connecting part 120, the user pulls the cutting start section 121 in the direction of forming the cutting dotted line section 122 so that the connecting part 120 held by the fixing protrusion 321a can be easily cut from the mask cloth 110.
The protrusion 310a may be formed with an opening/closing groove 312 and the cover 320 may be formed with an opening/closing protrusion 322 inserted into the opening/closing groove 312 and coupled thereto, so that the cover 320 and the protrusion 310a can be coupled to each other when not in use. As shown in fig. 11, the opening and closing groove 312 may be formed to be recessed toward one side of the protrusion 310a by a predetermined size, and the opening and closing protrusion 322 may be formed in a hook shape so as to be inserted into the opening and closing groove 312.
Further, the covering portion 320 may be provided with a mirror 323 for viewing when the user draws the mask cloth 110 and attaches it to the face, and the mirror 323 may be provided outside the covering portion 320 or may be provided inside the covering portion 320 as shown in fig. 11. When the cover threshold 321 is formed on the covering portion 320, the mirror 323 may be provided inside the cover threshold 321.
On the other hand, as one of means for preventing evaporation of the liquid substance and inflow of foreign substances, the extraction port 210 may be provided with a shielding film 400 covering the extraction port 210. The shielding film 400 is formed in a sticker form and can be configured to seal or open/close the upper surface of the drawing port 210, but in order to reduce the trouble that a user needs to remove the shielding film 400 in a sticker form and then re-attach it, a shielding film 400 in a form in which a first shielding film 410 and a second shielding film 420 are partially overlapped may be provided as shown in fig. 11.
Specifically, it is preferable that the first and second masking films 410 and 420 are formed in a size that each exceeds half of the extraction opening 210 and covers only a part of the extraction opening 210, and the first and second masking films 410 and 420 are coupled to the package 200 such that one side portions thereof overlap each other on the extraction opening 210.
For example, the first shielding film 410 is coupled to one side edge of the extraction opening 210 such that the other side of the extraction opening 210 is open, and the second shielding film 420 is coupled to the other side edge of the extraction opening 210 on the upper surface of the first shielding film 420 such that one side of the extraction opening 210 is covered with only the first shielding film 410. That is, the first and second shielding films 410 and 420 are opened in different directions, and thus the connection portion 120 and the mask cloth 110 pass through the overlapping portion of the first and second shielding films 410 and 420 in the package 200 as shown in fig. 13 and are drawn out to the outside.
As described above, the first and second mask films 410 and 420 are only partially overlapped and staggered to form the extraction path along which the mask cloth 110 and the connection part 120 are extracted, so that evaporation of liquid substances such as moisture and essence can be maximally prevented and inflow of foreign substances can be prevented during extraction of the mask cloth 110. As described above, when the mask sheet 110 is stored in the package 200 in a state of being folded into 3 pieces, the mask sheet 110 passes through the first and second masking films 410 and 420 and the portions folded with the second and third folding lines 112 and 113 are sequentially unfolded, and the connecting portion 120 diagonally connects the adjacent mask sheets 110, so that the portions folded with the first folding line 111 are finally unfolded and extracted, thereby further enhancing convenience for the user.
On the other hand, the plurality of mask cloths 110 constituting the mask pack 100 are connected to each other by the connection part 120, and after one mask cloth 110 is extracted from the package 200, the mask cloth 110 can be cleanly and easily extracted by the connection part 120. However, even in the case of extracting the first mask cloth 110 from the package 200, the mask cloth 110 should be cleanly and easily extracted through the constituent elements such as the connection part 120, and thus, as shown in fig. 1, the mask cloth 110 positioned at one end in the mask set 100 may be connected to one end of the initial extraction part 140 at the opposite side of the connection position of the connection part 120, the initial extraction part 140 having a predetermined length like the connection part 120.
The initial extracting portion 140 may be formed of a material different from that of the connecting portion 120 or not formed in a diagonal direction, but is preferably formed of the same material as that of the connecting portion 120 and formed in a diagonal direction for convenience in manufacturing.
Further, the initial withdrawing part 140 may be contaminated with a liquid material like the mask cloth 110, and if the initial withdrawing part 140 is partially manufactured by exposing only the packaging body 200, the initial withdrawing part 140 may be exposed to the outside for a long time and may cause bacterial contamination and deterioration, and thus the other end of the initial withdrawing part 140 may be provided with the adhesive tape 150 having a predetermined length.
Unlike the mask cloth 110, the connection part 120, and the initial withdrawing part 140, the adhesive tape 150 is preferably formed of a material that does not or less cause bacterial contamination or deterioration even if exposed to the outside for a long time, and can use silica gel, an adhesive, a hook and loop fastener, etc. when connected to the other end of the initial withdrawing part 140.
The other end of the initial drawing part 140 is provided with the adhesive tape 150 so that the mask set 100 can be manufactured by exposing only a part of the adhesive tape 150 from the package 200 as shown in fig. 14, whereby when a user needs to draw the first mask cloth 110 in the mask set 100, the mask cloth 110 can be drawn by pulling the initial drawing part 140 after the initial drawing part 140 is exposed by pulling the adhesive tape 150 as shown in fig. 15.
