the travelling mechanism comprises a crawler wheel and a floating plate which are arranged on the device box body, the floating plate can extend downwards when the garbage can enter the device box body, a dumping mechanism capable of dumping garbage in the containing space is arranged in the containing space, the dumping mechanism comprises a lifting plate sliding in the containing space, pull ropes are fixedly arranged on the lifting plate in a bilateral symmetry mode, and the lifting plate can be pulled by the pull ropes to be in an upward inclined state to dump the garbage.

On the basis of the technical scheme, the discharge hopper is fixedly installed on the left side face of the device box body, the limiting stopper is fixedly installed on the inner wall of the left side of the containing space, the clutch is arranged on the phase pulling barrel shaft, and the limiting stopper is connected with the electric signal of the clutch.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention can adapt to deepwater operation and shoal operation, has wide application range, firstly presses the garbage when salvaging the garbage, then sweeps the garbage into the containing space, has high efficiency when salvaging, can not cause the garbage to run freely,
collect in accomodating the space after rubbish is salvaged, can be automatic discharge rubbish, do not need the manual work to operate, once only can discharge rubbish is whole moreover, make rubbish exhaust efficiency improve greatly, be worth promoting.

when the fishing device runs on water, the second motor 31 is started, the second motor 31 drives the threaded rod 33 to rotate, the threaded slide block 34 slides towards the middle, and the floating plate 30 is pushed downwards.
