Abstract
The invention relates to an ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device, which comprises a communicating device, a water purifying tank, a heating device and a shell. A raw water outlet is arranged below the communicating device; the water purification tank comprises a first water purification component and a second water purification component which are independent, the first water purification component is connected with the second water purification component, a detachable filter element is arranged in the first water purification component, pp cotton, compressed activated carbon and a hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane are filled in the filter element, and a purified water outlet is arranged below the first water purification component; a detachable extreme low pressure U-shaped hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane component is arranged in the second water purification component, and a pure water outlet is arranged below the second water purification component. The shell comprises a stainless steel inner shell, a PVC outer shell and a stainless steel water purification component outer shell, and an ultraviolet lamp for sterilization is arranged on the inner side of the stainless steel inner shell.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of tap water purification devices.
Background
At present, tap water of families in China is mainly taken from a water source (surface water or underground water) with relatively safe raw water quality through a water plant, and is subjected to coagulation, precipitation, filtration and disinfection after sand deposition and then is conveyed to a water supply pipe network. Disinfection currently uses chlorine-containing substances such as chlorine, chloride and chlorine dioxide, etc. once. Harmful substances such as residual chlorine, heavy metals and the like exist in the water treated by the method. In addition, in the existing tap water purification and delivery process, the phenomenon of turbidity often appears when the tap water is transported to a user home due to the problems of pipeline replacement, old pipeline and the like.
Most of the water purifiers on the market have single function, and the small water purifiers only produce water of a certain grade and have low water production purity; the water purifier with high purity of purified water has large volume, needs to be electrified in the water purifying process, and has larger resource consumption. The water with different water qualities is used for different purposes, thereby not only providing convenience for life, but also avoiding the waste of resources.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the objects of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned disadvantages of the water purifier, and to provide a small, unpowered, multi-stage water purifying apparatus that can be operated under tap water pressure.
An ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device comprises a communicating device, a water purifying tank, a heating device and a shell. A raw water outlet is arranged below the communicating device; the water purification tank comprises a first water purification component and a second water purification component which are independent, the first water purification component is connected with the second water purification component, a detachable filter element is arranged in the first water purification component, the filter element is filled with a rolled pp cotton element, compressed activated carbon particles and an external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane element, and a water purification outlet is arranged below the first water purification component; a detachable extreme low pressure U-shaped hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane component is arranged in the second water purification component, so that the second reverse osmosis membrane component can work under the pressure of tap water, and a pure water outlet is arranged below the second water purification component.
Optionally, the built-in upper end of the communication device is connected with a tap water faucet, and the inner side of the pipeline above the communication device is provided with an internal thread for screwing with the tap water faucet. The side of the communicating device is connected with the water purifying tank.
Optionally, a raw water switch valve, a purified water switch valve and a purified water cold and hot water tap are arranged on the pipelines of the raw water outlet, the purified water cold outlet and the purified water hot outlet. The corresponding water flows out by selectively opening a certain valve, so that the requirements of people on different water qualities are met, and the energy waste is avoided.
Optionally, a rolled PP cotton element is arranged in the detachable filter element of the first water purification assembly, compressed activated carbon particles are wrapped around the rolled PP cotton element, and the external-pressure hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane element is connected downwards, so that when water enters from the first water purification assembly, the water firstly enters the central tube of the rolled PP cotton, flows out from the outside of the PP cotton assembly through the PP cotton filter and just enters compressed activated carbon wrapped outside, and is filtered to the inner side of the hollow fiber membrane through the ultrafiltration membrane from the outer side of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane after being filtered through the activated carbon, and then the filtration is completed.
Optionally, a water production net is wrapped outside the u-shaped hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane element in the second water purification device to form an integrated element. The existence of the water producing net plays a role in guiding and protecting the hollow fiber membrane.
Optionally, the water purification unit housing is in the shape of an inverted cone connected below the inverted cylinder. Such a shape design facilitates the flow of water. The communicating device is connected with a water inlet of the first water purifying assembly, a water outlet of the first water purifying assembly is communicated with the three-way valve body, one outlet of the valve body is connected with a water inlet of the second water purifying assembly, and the other outlet of the valve body is connected with a purified water outlet. A water outlet below the second water purification assembly is communicated with a three-way valve body, one outlet of the valve body is connected with a water inlet of a heating device, and a pure water hot outlet is arranged below the heating device. The outlet of the other valve body is connected with a pure water cold outlet.
Optionally, the housing comprises a stainless steel inner shell, a PVC outer shell and a stainless steel water purification assembly outer shell. The inner side of the stainless steel inner shell is provided with an ultraviolet lamp for sterilization. The double shell arrangement enhances the toughness of the device. The ultraviolet lamp effectively ensures the sterile environment in the device.
The ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device prepared by the method is simple and convenient to operate, only needs to be connected with a faucet in a screwing mode, does not need intervention of other power, and can work under the condition that tap water is pressed down. And can provide various levels of water quality required by users. The device is provided with a heating device, so that the cost for purchasing a water dispenser and a hot water kettle by a user is saved.

Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present application is further specifically described below with reference to the following examples, but the present application is not limited thereto.
Example 1
As shown in figure 1, the ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device comprises a communicating device 1, a water purifying tank 2, a heating device 3 and an integrated shell 4 consisting of a stainless steel inner shell and a PVC outer shell. A raw water switch valve 5 and a raw water outlet 6 are arranged below the communicating device. The inside of the water purifying tank comprises a first water purifying component 7 and a second water purifying component 8, the two components independently exist, and the first water purifying component 7 is connected with the second water purifying component 8. A three-way valve 76, a purified water switch valve 77 and a purified water outlet 78 are arranged below the first water purification component 7. A three-way valve 84 and a pure water cold and hot water tap 86 are arranged below the second water purification component.
The first water purification unit 7 is filled with a rolled pp cotton element 72, compressed activated carbon 73, and an external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane element 74. The compressed activated carbon raw material is coconut shell activated carbon particles, the ultrafiltration membrane is a microporous filtration membrane with the pore size specification consistent with the rated pore size range of less than 0.01 micron, as shown in figure 2, compressed activated carbon particles 73 are wrapped around a rolled PP cotton element 72, an external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane element 74 is connected, when water enters from a first water purification assembly, the water firstly enters a central tube of the rolled PP cotton, flows out from the PP cotton assembly through PP cotton filtration, just enters compressed activated carbon wrapped outside, is filtered to the inner side of the hollow fiber membrane through the ultrafiltration membrane from the outer side of the hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane after being filtered by the activated carbon, and therefore filtration is completed. As shown in FIG. 3, a detachable ultra-low pressure U-shaped hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane element 82 is arranged in the second water purification assembly, the element has low working pressure, and the working requirement of the element can be met by tap water pressure.
As shown in figure 1, the ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device has the advantages that the threads 9 are arranged above the connecting device pipeline, and the connecting device has light weight, so that the connecting device can be directly connected with a water faucet, the pipeline welding is not needed during installation, the installation efficiency is improved, and the space is saved.
As shown in fig. 1, the side of the communication device 1 is connected with a water inlet 71 above the first water purification assembly 7, a water outlet 75 of the first water purification assembly is communicated with a three-way valve body 76, one outlet of the valve body 76 is connected with a water inlet 81 arranged above the second water purification assembly 8, and the other outlet of the valve body is connected with a purified water outlet 78; the water outlet 83 below the second water purification component is communicated with a three-way valve body 84, one outlet of the valve body is connected with the water inlet 31 of the heating device, the heating device is provided with a pure water hot outlet 32, and the other outlet of the valve body is connected with a pure water cold outlet 85.
The pure water valve and the pure water faucet are closed, only the pure water valve is opened, and untreated raw water flows out of the pure water outlet; the raw water valve and the water purification faucet are closed, only the water purification valve is opened, the purified water treated by the first water purification assembly can flow out, and the first water purification assembly is filled with the rolled pp cotton element, the compressed activated carbon and the external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane. Raw water passes through the first water purification assembly, so that peculiar smell, suspended matters, colloid, microorganisms, bacteria, viruses, proteins and the like in the raw water can be intercepted, and the purified water can be used for washing rice, vegetables and the like; the raw water valve and the water purification valve are closed, only the pure water faucet is opened, pure water treated by the first component and the second component flows out from the pure water faucet, and ions, organic molecules and the like mixed in water are intercepted by the second component on the basis of treatment of the first component. The pure water can be directly drunk. The temperature of the pure water can be controlled by adjusting the faucet, various requirements of users are met, and secondary pollution caused in the water quality outlet process is avoided due to the arrangement of the water outlets.

An ultra-low pressure multi-grade water purifying device is characterized in that: comprises a communicating device, a water purifying tank, a heating device and a shell; a raw water outlet is arranged below the communicating device, and raw water refers to untreated water; the water purification tank comprises a first water purification component and a second water purification component which are independent, the first water purification component is connected with the second water purification component, a detachable filter element is arranged in the first water purification component, the filter element is filled with rolled pp cotton, compressed activated carbon particles and an external pressure type hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane element, a water purification outlet is arranged below the first water purification component, and water purification refers to water which is treated by the first water purification component and is used for removing macromolecular particles such as bacteria, viruses and proteins; a detachable extreme low pressure U-shaped hollow fiber reverse osmosis membrane component is placed in the second water purification component, a pure water outlet is arranged below the second water purification component, and the pure water refers to water which is treated by the first water purification component and the second water purification component and almost does not contain other particles besides the water.

A multi-grade water purification unit according to claim 1, wherein: the upper end of the communicating device is connected with a tap water faucet, the inner side of a pipeline above the communicating device is provided with internal threads for screwing the tap water faucet, and the side of the communicating device is connected with a purified water tank.
3. A multi-grade water purification unit according to claim 1, wherein: the pipelines of the raw water outlet, the purified water outlet and the purified water outlet are provided with a raw water switch valve, a purified water switch valve and a purified water cold and hot water faucet.
