Background
Plastic caps are typically formed by injection molding. When the plastic cover body is processed and produced, the plastic cover body which is subjected to preliminary molding after injection molding is in close contact with the mold, the plastic cover body needs to be pulled out and loosened from the mold through manual work, so that the plastic cover body is separated from the lower mold, and a worker needs to pull out and loosen the mold forcibly in the process, so that the labor intensity is high.

Then, the eccentric block 37 is disconnected from the movable block 32, the movable block 32 moves downward under the influence of the tensile force of the spring 34, and the bottom of the movable block 32 presses the stopper 33, thereby completing the restoration.
The mold capable of rapidly demolding is simple in structure and low in cost, the workpiece is easily separated from the lower mold when the workpiece is demolded, a worker can conveniently take the workpiece, and production efficiency is improved.
