As shown in fig. 6, the pressing device 5 is provided with a slide block 51, the slide block 51 is mounted on a sliding groove of the worktable 41, the slide block 51 is connected with a cylinder 52 for driving, a motor 53 is mounted on the slide block 51, a pressing piece 54 is mounted on an output shaft of the motor 53, and a protective cover 55 is arranged outside the motor 53.
The compressing member 54 is in a shape of a dome made of silica gel, and the inner diameter of the dome is matched with the outer diameter of the filter cartridge to fix the filter cartridge, so that the compressing device 5 can drive the filter cartridge to exit from the positioning device 42 when returning, thereby facilitating the discharging.
The positioning device 42 is a cylinder with a hollow middle part, and the outer diameter of the cylinder is slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the filter cartridge, so that the filter cartridge can be fed or withdrawn smoothly. The top of the cylinder is provided with a slotted hole matched with the cutter 43 in a stamping way, the bottom of the cylinder is provided with a chip removal port, and the slotted hole and the chip removal port are communicated with the middle part in a hollow way, so that chips can be removed in processing conveniently.
As shown in fig. 7, the cutter 43 is provided with three rows of cutter teeth arranged at staggered intervals.
The air cylinder, the motor and the air pump can be controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) in cooperation with an electromagnetic valve and a limit switch.
Specifically, the filter cartridges are firstly discharged on the conveyor 1 by an operator for conveying, and the filter cartridges fall into the concave arc groove of the slide seat 31 of the feeding device 3 one at a time through the material guide section 2 due to the blocking of the material blocking piece 23. Then the small air cylinder 34 drives the push plate 35 to push the filter cartridge on the slide seat 31 into the positioning device 42, and the control air cylinder 32 drives the slide seat 31 to reset, and at the same time, the next filter cartridge to be processed just falls into the slide seat 31. And then the processing of the next workpiece is repeated.
The invention has low equipment cost, realizes the automation and the continuity of the circumferential punching processing of the filter cartridge, greatly improves the processing efficiency, has good processing consistency for products manufactured in the same batch and improves the quality of the products.
