Background
The goods shelf is an important tool for storing goods in industry, and with the development of industry, the demand for the goods shelf in factories is higher and higher. Goods shelves among the prior art generally include stand and crossbeam, and the both ends of crossbeam are respectively through bolt fixed mounting on the stand, and the goods shelves that adopt this kind of structure not only dismantle and the installation is comparatively difficult, and the quantity and the layer height of crossbeam can't come from by adjusting according to user's concrete requirement moreover, have brought great inconvenience for the user.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a multifunctional assembled goods shelf assembling plate, which is directly assembled into a goods shelf by matching with a left bottom plate, a right bottom plate, a type I plug connector, a type II plug connector and a type III plug connector without using any tool; meanwhile, the goods shelf can be installed into various shapes to adapt to different field users.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a multifunctional assembled goods shelf assembling plate is directly assembled into a goods shelf by matching with a left bottom plate, a right bottom plate, a type I plug connector, a type II plug connector and a type III plug connector without using any tool;
the left base plate comprises a left base plate wood plate, a left concave insertion groove and a convex insertion groove; the left concave insertion groove and the convex insertion groove are metal grooves which are pre-embedded in the left base board by glue during the production of the left base board; the left concave inserting grooves are formed in the two ends of the left side of the left base plate wood board and comprise concave buckling parts, connecting parts and V-shaped fixing parts, the concave buckling parts are connected with the V-shaped fixing parts through the connecting parts, and openings of the V-shaped fixing parts are upward; the convex inserting grooves are formed in the two ends of the right side of the left base plate wood board and comprise convex buckling parts, connecting parts and V-shaped fixing parts, and the openings of the V-shaped fixing parts are downward; the left bottom plate is also a right top plate;
the right bottom plate comprises a right bottom plate wood plate, a right concave insertion groove and a convex insertion groove; the right concave insertion groove and the convex insertion groove are metal grooves which are pre-embedded in a right base plate wood plate through glue during production of the right base plate; the right concave inserting grooves are formed in two ends of the right side of the right base plate wood board and comprise concave buckling parts, connecting parts and V-shaped fixing parts, the concave buckling parts are connected with the V-shaped fixing parts through the connecting parts, and openings of the V-shaped fixing parts are downward; the convex blocks are inserted and arranged at two ends of the left side of the groove right bottom board and comprise convex block buckle parts, connecting parts and V-shaped fixing parts, and the openings of the V-shaped fixing parts are upward; the right bottom plate is also a left top plate;
the assembling plate comprises 4 assembling plate wood plates and convex inserting grooves, wherein the convex inserting grooves are metal grooves which are pre-embedded in the left bottom plate wood plates through glue during the production of the left bottom plate, and are arranged at two ends of two sides of each assembling plate wood plate;
the I-type plug connector comprises 4 bent plug teeth, and the shape of each bent plug tooth is the same as that of the corresponding convex plug groove; 4 convex insertion grooves are fastened and fixed together through convex fastening parts to form a complete I-shaped insertion groove, the shape of the I-shaped insertion piece is the same as that of the I-shaped insertion groove, and the 4 convex insertion grooves can be fixed by vertically inserting the I-shaped insertion groove into the I-shaped insertion groove;
the II-type plug connector comprises 3 bending plug-in teeth and triangular fixing teeth; the 3 convex inserting grooves are fixed together through the convex buckling parts in a buckling mode to form a II-type inserting groove with a notch, the shape of the II-type inserting piece is the same as that of the II-type inserting groove, the triangular fixed teeth are the same as that of the notch, and the 3 convex inserting grooves can be fixed by vertically inserting the II-type inserting groove into the II-type inserting groove;
the III-type plug connector comprises 2 bending plug-in teeth; the convex inserting groove and the left concave inserting groove) are fixed together through the buckle part on the convex inserting groove and the left concave inserting groove in a buckling mode to form a complete III-type inserting groove, the shape of the III-type inserting piece is the same as that of the III-type inserting groove, and the convex inserting groove and the left concave inserting groove can be fixed by vertically inserting the III-type inserting groove into the III-type inserting groove;
preferably, the included angle between the two wings of the convex buckling part is 90 degrees, and the included angle between the two wings of the concave buckling part is 90 degrees.
Preferably, the left bottom board, the right bottom board and the assembling board are made of a cereal wood board, a solid wood particle board or a medium density fiberboard.
Preferably, the I-type plug connector, the II-type plug connector, the III-type plug connector, the convex plug groove, the left concave plug groove and the right concave plug groove are made of titanium alloy or aluminum alloy.
The invention only needs to use a plurality of plug connectors as fixing pieces, and does not need to use any tools, so that the assembly and disassembly of the whole multifunctional assembled shelf can be realized very simply and conveniently; the multifunctional assembled goods shelf can be assembled into various shapes according to requirements and site conditions, and has good practicability.

As shown in fig. 1-6, the assembling plate 3 can be directly assembled into a shelf by matching with a left base plate 1, a right base plate 2, a type i connector clip 4, a type ii connector clip 5 and a type iii connector clip 6 without using any tool;
the left base plate 1 comprises a left base plate wood plate 7, a left concave insertion groove 8 and a convex insertion groove 11; the left concave inserting groove 8 and the convex inserting groove 11 are metal grooves which are pre-embedded in the left base plate wood plate 7 through glue during the production of the left base plate 1; the left concave inserting grooves 8 are formed in the two ends of the left side of the left base plate wood board 7 and comprise concave buckling parts 9, connecting parts 13 and V-shaped fixing parts 10, the concave buckling parts 9 are connected with the V-shaped fixing parts 10 through the connecting parts 13, and openings of the V-shaped fixing parts 10 are upward; the convex inserting grooves 11 are arranged at two ends of the right side of the left base board wood board 7 and comprise convex buckling parts 12, connecting parts 13 and V-shaped fixing parts 10, and the openings of the V-shaped fixing parts 10 are downward; the left bottom plate 1 is also a right top plate;

the II-type plug connector 5 comprises 3 bending plug-in teeth 16 and triangular fixed teeth 17; the 3 convex inserting grooves 11 are fixed together through the convex buckling parts 12 in a buckling mode to form a II-type inserting groove with a gap, the shape of the II-type inserting piece 5 is the same as that of the II-type inserting groove, the triangular fixing teeth 17 are the same as that of the gap, and the 3 convex inserting grooves 11 can be fixed by vertically inserting the II-type inserting groove into the II-type inserting groove;

Preferably, the left bottom board 7, the right bottom board 14 and the assembly board 18 are made of cereal straw board, solid wood particle board or medium density fiberboard.
Preferably, the type I plug connector 4, the type II plug connector 5, the type III plug connector 6, the convex plug groove 11, the left concave plug groove 8 and the right concave plug groove 15 are made of titanium alloy or aluminum alloy.
The assembling steps of the multifunctional assembled shelf of the invention are briefly described below by taking fig. 1 as an example:
firstly, placing a left base plate 1 and a right base plate 2 on a horizontal ground and aligning two convex inserting grooves 11 on the left base plate and the right base plate;
vertically inserting the II-type plug connector 5 into two convex insertion grooves 11 and fixing the two convex insertion grooves, then taking an assembly plate 3, and vertically inserting the convex insertion groove 11 on the assembly plate 3 into a spare bent insertion tooth 16 of the II-type plug connector 5;
step three, the convex buckling part 12 on an assembly plate 3 is meshed and aligned with the concave buckling part 9 on the left base plate 1, and the III-type plug connector 6 is vertically inserted into the III-type plug groove;
step four, fixing the assembling plate 3 and the right bottom plate 2 in the same step three;
inserting a II-type plug connector 5 into the convex plug groove 11 on the left assembling plate 3, leaving two bending plug teeth 16, and respectively plugging the two assembling plates 3 onto the two remaining bending plug teeth 16;
step six, fixing the right side 3 assembling plate 3 in the step five;
seventhly, the transversely-placed assembling plates 3 on the two sides of the middle and the 3 convex buckling parts 12 on the assembling plates 3 placed downwards in the middle are butted together to form a II-shaped inserting groove, one I-shaped inserting groove is inserted into the II-shaped inserting groove, a bending inserting tooth 16 is left, and one assembling plate 3 is inserted into the left bending inserting tooth 16;
step eight, fixing the upper left assembling plate 3 and the left top plate in the synchronous step three;
step nine, fixing the upper right assembling plate 3 and the right top plate in the synchronous step three;
step ten, butting the left top plate and the right top plate with the convex buckling part 12 on the middle and upper assembling plate 3 to form a II-type inserting groove, and inserting the II-type inserting piece 5 to fix one side of the multifunctional assembled shelf;
step eleven, inserting the same plug connectors into the plug-in slots in the same position on the other side of the multifunctional assembled shelf, and then completing the assembly of the whole multifunctional assembled shelf.
