Description

Supporting insulator of lightning-proof rain-proof snow belt electricity testing grounding device
Technical Field
The invention relates to a power grid supporting and insulating device, in particular to a supporting insulator of a lightning-proof and rain-proof snowfield electricity testing grounding device.
Background
The present invention is based on the idea that in order to eliminate the damage of lightning to the network lines and their installations, lightning arresters are provided in all installations of the circuit, while the high-voltage line support insulator is an insulating device fixed in the high-voltage line. When a cable is fixed, a high-voltage line supporting insulator in the prior art is inconvenient to manually ground and refute electric operation and line inspection obstacles, and electricians need to climb onto a high-voltage cable supporting frame to check the line obstacles, so that the electric inspection efficiency is low and the electricians are dangerous.
The prior supporting insulator device of the invention mainly has the following defects:
firstly, only the lightning conduction rod 11 and the lightning conduction point 20 are provided, the lightning conduction rod can only conduct lightning, and current and voltage cannot be measured, namely, the fault point of the line cannot be checked in an electricity testing mode when the line breaks down, and the line can only be manually climbed to test, so that labor is wasted, time is wasted, and safety is not ensured, and then the lightning conduction of the lightning conduction point 20 is transmitted through a steel cap, the steel cap is used for heating, and when rainwater exists, electric arc is generated, so that the function of the insulator is influenced;
in the supporting insulator device before the invention, all the umbrella leaves of the insulator 10 are butterfly-shaped, when wind and rain are mixed, rainwater of the butterfly-shaped umbrella leaves flows downstream to the lower end and overflows into the iron cap 13 at the lower end, so that the iron cap heats and generates electric arcs, and the insulator heats integrally and loses the insulating function, thereby generating power grid faults.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a supporting insulator capable of preventing lightning, rain and snow and testing an electric grounding device, so as to solve the problem that in the prior art, a special lightning arrester is needed for line facilities and the insulator is corroded by rain and snow to cause potential safety hazards. Meanwhile, the problem that the electricity is tested without manual climbing is solved.
The lightning protection device comprises a protective sleeve 1, a lightning drainage rod 11, a lightning protection aluminum cap 9, an insulator 10, a power measuring contact rod 17, a current measuring ring 16, an iron cap 13, a drainage plate 18, a drainage rod sleeve 5, a riveting hole 2, a wire conduit 3, a wire clamp 4, an umbrella leaf in an insulator bowl shape 19, a pressing plate screw rod 6, a fixing groove 7 of a wire, a puncture pressing plate 8, a lightning drainage rod 11, an insulator butterfly leaf 12 and a screw rod 15 lightning drainage point 14.
The protective sleeve 1 provided by the invention is characterized in that a riveting hole 2, a wire guide 3, a wire clamp 4 and a drainage rod sleeve 5 are pressed into a whole through a die by using silicon rubber through a press.
The lightning protection aluminum cap 9 is provided with a lead fixing groove 7, and the screw mounting hole and the lightning conduction rod interface are integrally formed with the lightning protection aluminum cap 9 in a one-time stamping mode.
The lightning current guiding rod 11 is provided with a lightning current guiding point 14 and a bent current measuring ring 16, the current measuring ring 16 is provided with a section of exposed current measuring contact rod 17 for grounding and electricity testing, the current measuring ring 16 is welded on the lightning current guiding rod 11, and the lightning current guiding rod 11 and the current measuring ring 16 are both wrapped by insulating rubber.
The insulator 10 is processed by a common electric porcelain manufacturing process, but the umbrella leaf at the lowest part of the insulator 10 is a bowl-shaped leaf, and the rest are butterfly-shaped leaves; is used for guiding the rainwater at the upper end and protecting the iron cap 13 at the lower end from being eroded by the rainwater.
The iron cap 13 of the present invention has a screw hole and is integrally punched.
The current-guiding plate 18 of the present invention is welded to the iron cap 13 for guiding the lightning.
The object of the invention is achieved according to the following steps: all parts are processed according to the electroceramics part standard and are formed, and lag 1 uses silicon rubber to pass through the press and will rivet hole 2, conduit 3, wire card 4 and drainage rod cover 5 and press as an organic whole through the mould:
firstly, cementing a lightning protection aluminum cap 9 at the upper end of an insulator 10 by cement, and then welding a lightning conduction rod 11 with a current measuring ring 16 and a current measuring contact rod 17; installing a pressing plate screw 6 on the lightning protection aluminum cap 9, sleeving the puncture pressing plate 8 into the sub-plate screw 6, and screwing down by using a screw cap;
secondly, sleeving the protecting sleeve 1 on the upper end of the assembled insulator, covering the lightning protection aluminum cap 9 and the puncture pressing plate 8 inside the lightning protection aluminum cap, covering the lightning conduction rod 11 and the lightning conduction aluminum cap 9 by the conduction rod sleeve 5, and riveting the protecting sleeve 1 through the riveting hole 2;
and thirdly, gluing the iron cap 13 welded with the drainage plate 18 and the screw 15 at the lower end of the insulator 10 by cement.
The innovation points of the invention are as follows:
the first section is that the electric contact rod 17 is arranged on the current measuring ring 16 arranged on the lightning current guiding rod 11, and the problem to be solved is that when a line fails, a current measuring pressure rod can be directly contacted with the current measuring rod to measure the fault point of the line without manually climbing an electric pole for measurement;
the second section of the invention is that the drainage plate 18 is arranged on the iron cap 13, which aims to directly drain the thunder to the drainage plate 18 and transmit the thunder to the cross arm of the electric pole for drainage, so as to protect the insulator 10, the former thunder is drained to the thunder diversion point 20 through the thunder drainage rod 11 for drainage, but the former thunder is easy to generate electric arc to puncture the insulator 10, so that the insulator loses the insulation function;
the third section of the insulator 10 of the present invention has the purpose that the umbrella leaves at the lower end are changed into bowl shapes from butterfly shapes: the butterfly-shaped leaves can not block the alternation of rain and snow, the rain and snow are easy to be immersed into the iron cap 13, the electricity transmission and the release of the iron cap 13 are blocked, so that the iron cap 13 generates heat, the cement adhesive expands and generates heat to burst, and safety accidents occur, the current is directly introduced into the cross arm of the drainage plate 18 to be released, and the drainage is not directly carried out through the iron cap 13, so that the iron cap 13 and the cement adhesive are protected from being damaged.
The invention changes the butterfly strip blade 12 at the lower end of the insulator 10 into the bowl-shaped blade 19 of the insulator, and aims to solve the problem that the prior butterfly umbrella blade cannot discharge alternate rain water into the steel cap 13 so as to cause voltage flash to damage the insulator 10, and the bowl-shaped umbrella blade 19 can effectively prevent rain and snow from invading, thereby protecting the arc distance and preventing the voltage flash from causing the insulation of the insulator 10.
