the liquid raw material placed in the inner tank is stored in the liquid raw material storage tank;
putting the solid raw materials into a fermentation stirring drum through a feeding port; the rotating shaft is opened, the solid raw materials are driven by the inner side wall of the rough surface of the fermentation stirring cylinder to rotate along the rotating shaft, when the solid raw materials are inclined, the solid raw materials are not enough to maintain the centripetal force under the action of friction force, the solid raw materials are laterally turned over or slide down to the bottom side of the fermentation stirring cylinder from the fermentation stirring cylinder, so that the raw materials in the inner tank are continuously turned over, the solid raw materials are soft, breathable and more uniformly heated, and are more uniformly contacted with air, and the brewed wine is improved;

wine steam entering from the air passing pipe enters the diversion plug, and is diverted from the branch pipe to enter the plurality of condensation branch pipes through the main pipe in the diversion plug; the heat dissipation capacity required by the condensation of the shunted small stream of wine steam is sharply reduced, the heat exchange area of the wine steam is increased by the condensing branch pipe, the wine steam is condensed into wine through the quick heat exchange of low-temperature cooling liquid filled in the quick condensing tank, and the wine enters the liquid collecting tank through the condensing plug along with the condensing branch pipe; the bottom side of the liquid collecting tank is an inclined plane, and the wine entering the liquid collecting tank is quickly converged to a liquid discharging faucet along with the inclined plane and discharged through the liquid discharging faucet; the liquid collecting tank on the inclined surface at the bottom side reduces the wine remained in the liquid collecting tank and cannot be discharged, the yield and efficiency of the wine are improved, and the waste is reduced.

1. A solid-liquid dual-purpose wine brewing device comprises a tank body (1), a heating and insulating layer (2), an inner tank (3), a fermentation stirring cylinder (4), a partition plate (5), a tank cover (6), an air passing pipe (7) and a quick-setting tank (8), and is characterized in that;
the side wall of the tank body (1) is provided with a heating and insulating layer (2), an inner tank (3) is arranged in the heating and insulating layer (2), a fermentation stirring cylinder (4) is arranged in the inner tank (3), and a partition plate (5) is arranged on the side wall of the inner tank (3) below the fermentation stirring cylinder (4); a tank cover (6) is arranged on the top side of the tank body (1), an air passing pipe (7) is arranged on the top of the tank cover (6), and the air passing pipe (7) is connected with a quick-setting tank (8) on one side of the tank body (1);
a shunt plug (81) is arranged at the top end of the quick-condensing tank (8), and a condensing branch pipe (83) is arranged below the shunt plug (81); the bottom end of the condensation branch pipe (83) is arranged on the condensate plug (82); a liquid collecting tank (84) is arranged below the condensate plug (82), and a bracket (86) is arranged below the liquid collecting tank (84); a rapid hardening liquid inlet pipe (87) and a rapid hardening liquid outlet pipe (88) are arranged on the side wall of the rapid hardening tank (8), and the rapid hardening liquid inlet pipe (87) and the rapid hardening liquid outlet pipe (88) are respectively positioned above the through condensation plug (82) and below the through diversion plug (81);
the direction of the condensing branch pipes (83) is vertical, and the condensing branch pipes (83) are uniformly arranged in the quick-condensing tank (8);
the top end of the shunting plug (81) is provided with an air passing pipe (7), a main pipe and branch pipes are arranged in the shunting plug (81), and the bottom end of the main pipe is connected to the plurality of branch pipes; the top end of the main pipe penetrates through the shunting plug (81), and the top end of the shunting plug (81) is provided with an air passing pipe (7); the bottom end of the branch pipe penetrates through a diversion plug (81), and a condensation branch pipe (83) is installed at the bottom end of the branch pipe; the bottom end of the condensation branch pipe (83) penetrates through a condensation plug (82) and is introduced into a liquid collecting tank (84);
the bottom side of the liquid collecting tank (84) is provided with an inclined side surface, and the side wall of the liquid collecting tank (84) at the bottom end of the inclined side surface is provided with a liquid discharging tap (85).
