Abstract
The invention discloses an auxiliary dismounting device for a cloth roller of a water-jet loom, which comprises a cloth roller shaft, a cloth roller shaft head, an ejection mechanism and a fixed seat, wherein the cloth roller shaft is arranged in the fixed seat, and two ends of the cloth roller shaft extend out of the fixed seat. The cloth roller shaft head is positioned outside the fixed seat and fixedly connected with the corresponding end of the cloth roller shaft. The ejection mechanism is arranged on the fixed seat and comprises a sliding sleeve and a pulling handle, and one end of the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the fixed seat and is in running fit with the fixed seat. The outer wall of the fixed seat is provided with a section of spiral groove, the pulling handle is arranged on the sliding sleeve, and one end of the pulling handle penetrates through the sliding sleeve and extends into the spiral groove. The supporting portion 12 is transversely disposed on the right side of the fixing seat body 11, and the left end of the supporting portion 12 is fixedly connected with the fixing seat body 11 into a whole. The ejection mechanism 4 is arranged on the fixed seat 1 and comprises a sliding sleeve 41 and a wrenching handle 42, wherein the sliding sleeve 41 is of a cylindrical structure, and a stepped hole is formed in the inner part of the sliding sleeve 41. The left end of sliding sleeve 41 is sleeved outside of fixed seat 1, specifically, the left end of sliding sleeve 41 is sleeved outside of supporting part 12, and is in coaxial rotation fit with the same, the part of stepped hole and supporting part 12 is a small diameter hole section, the part on the right side is a large diameter hole section, and cloth roller shaft head 3 and annular boss 6 are both located inside of sliding sleeve 41.
The pulling handle 42 is disposed on the sliding sleeve 41, the pulling handle 42 is an L-shaped rod made of metal, and one end of the pulling handle 42 is externally threaded. A threaded hole 45 is formed in the position, corresponding to the spiral groove 5, of the sliding sleeve 41, the pulling handle 42 is in threaded connection with the sliding sleeve 41, and meanwhile, a locking nut 43 is further arranged on the pulling handle 42. The pulling handle 42 is screwed into the threaded hole 45, the end of the pulling handle 42 extends into the spiral groove 5, and the pulling handle 42 is locked on the wall of the sliding sleeve 41 through the locking nut 43. The end part of the wrenching handle 42 is always positioned at the spiral groove 5, the cloth roller shaft head 3 is positioned at the inner side of the sliding sleeve 41, and the sliding sleeve 41 can move along the axial direction of the cloth roller shaft head 3 relative to the cloth roller shaft head by rotating the wrenching handle 42.
The circumferential length of the spiral groove 5 determines the rotation angle of the sliding sleeve 41, and the axial length of the spiral groove 5 determines the stroke of the sliding sleeve 41 in the axial direction thereof. The position of the sliding sleeve 41 corresponding to the spiral groove 5 is provided with a grease nipple 44, an oil hole of the grease nipple 44 is communicated with the spiral groove 5, and grease can be added into the spiral groove 5 through the grease nipple 44 to play a role in lubrication. After the cloth roller is fully wound, the loom stops working, the cutter cuts the cloth, after the thimble at one end of the cloth roller withdraws, an operator drives the sliding sleeve 41 to rotate for 180 degrees by pulling the handle 42, the sliding sleeve 41 moves along the axis direction, the right end of the sliding sleeve contacts with the end surface of the cloth roller and ejects the cloth roller from the head 3 of the cloth roller, and the disassembly of the cloth roller is completed.
