Abstract
The invention provides a paperboard die-cutting machine which comprises a base, a guide rod and a knife rest, wherein the guide rod is fixed on the upper part of the base, the knife rest moves along the guide rod, the upper part of the base is a plane for placing a workpiece to be processed, a clamping mechanism and an adjusting mechanism for stabilizing a paperboard are arranged on the base, the clamping mechanism comprises two clamping plates which are enclosed outside the paperboard, the two clamping plates are respectively positioned on the opposite sides of the paperboard, and the adjusting mechanisms are respectively arranged on the two clamping plates so as to fix paperboards with different sizes between the two clamping plates. The clamping mechanism enables the driving handle to push the transmission part under the action of the pressing part so as to fix the paper board between the two clamping plates; when an operator pulls the driving handle, the paper board can be loosened through the transmission parts by overcoming the resistance of the spring, the two transmission parts are rotatably arranged on two sides of the clamping plate, and the force of the pressing part is transmitted to the clamping plate by utilizing the action of the lever, so that the paper board clamping device is quite reasonable. The adjusting mechanism can adjust the position according to different paperboards, and the universality is strong.
