步骤六、喷雾干燥:将大鲵多肽粉物料放入喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥处理,大鲵多肽粉物料的放入量为5-20%,喷雾干燥机进口温度为100-170℃,喷雾干燥机出口温度控制在70-95℃,制成大鲵多肽粉。

该用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,通过中链油脂、亚麻籽油、大豆多肽、乳清蛋白粉、黄精粉、山药粉、茯苓粉、L-精氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、枸杞粉、海参多肽、大鲵多肽及酵母-β-葡聚糖原料制成大鲵多肽粉组合物,大鲵蛋白质及氨基酸组成比例与人类基本一致极易吸收,L-精氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺和亮氨酸能够增强患者的免疫功能,减少术后感染的发生率,便于对肿瘤术后的人群进行快速全营养补充。

一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽3份,海参多肽10份、大豆多肽30份,乳清蛋白粉15份,L-精氨酸5份,L-谷氨酰胺5份,黄精粉15份,山药粉15份,茯苓粉15份,枸杞粉5份,酵母-β-葡聚糖0.5份,中链油脂180份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉40份,酪蛋白酸钠5份,单甘脂1份,低聚果糖3份,甜菊苷0.5份,所述海参多肽的浓度百分比为50%,所述枸杞粉的含糖量为40%多糖,所述酵母-β-葡聚糖的浓度百分比为90%。
一种大鲵多肽粉的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、预处理:
a、去黏液:将大鲵焖刮去黏液;
b、放血:用刀大鲵颈部割,血液收集后冷冻保存备用;
c、将头、尾部和四肢进行冷冻备用;
步骤二、将预处理好的大鲵肉放入万能粉碎机粉粹;
步骤三、酶解:向粉碎后的大鲵肉中加入清水制成料液,料液中清水与的比值为1:4,向料液中加入复合酶,复合酶的加酶量为7‰,酶解温度为50℃,酶解时间为5h,制成酶解液;
步骤四、离心:将酶解液放入离心机进行离心处理,离心机的转速为12000r/min,离心时间为6分钟;
步骤五、浓缩:对离心后的上清液进行浓缩处理,浓缩温度为50℃,浓缩压力为-0.1Mpa,浓缩后进行冷凝处理,冷凝温度为10℃,制成大鲵多肽粉物料;
步骤六、喷雾干燥:将大鲵多肽粉物料放入喷雾干燥机中进行喷雾干燥处理,大鲵多肽粉物料的放入量为10%,喷雾干燥机进口温度为150℃,喷雾干燥机出口温度控制在85℃,制成大鲵多肽粉。
实施例二
一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽6份,海参多肽14份、大豆多肽50份,乳清蛋白粉30份,L-精氨酸20份,L-谷氨酰胺20份,黄精粉30份,山药粉30份,茯苓粉30份,枸杞粉20份,酵母-β-葡聚糖2份,中链油脂201份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉60份,酪蛋白酸钠12份,单甘脂4份,低聚果糖6份,甜菊苷1.4份。
实施例三
一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽9份,海参多肽18份、大豆多肽70份,乳清蛋白粉45份,L-精氨酸35份,L-谷氨酰胺35份,黄精粉45份,山药粉45份,茯苓粉45份,枸杞粉35份,酵母-β-葡聚糖3.5份,中链油脂220份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉80份,酪蛋白酸钠20份,单甘脂7份,低聚果糖9份,甜菊苷3.5份。
综上所述,该用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,通过中链油脂、亚麻籽油、大豆多肽、乳清蛋白粉、黄精粉、山药粉、茯苓粉、L-精氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺、枸杞粉、海参多肽、大鲵多肽及酵母-β-葡聚糖原料制成大鲵多肽粉组合物,大鲵蛋白质及氨基酸组成比例与人类基本一致极易吸收,L-精氨酸、L-谷氨酰胺和亮氨酸能够增强患者的免疫功能,减少术后感染的发生率,便于对肿瘤术后的人群进行快速全营养补充。

1.一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,其特征在于,由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽3-9份,海参多肽10-18份、大豆多肽30-70份,乳清蛋白粉15-45份,L-精氨酸5-35份,L-谷氨酰胺5-35份,黄精粉15-45份,山药粉15-45份,茯苓粉15-45份,枸杞粉5-35份,酵母-β-葡聚糖0.5-3.5份,中链油脂180-220份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉40-80份,酪蛋白酸钠5-20份,单甘脂1-7份,低聚果糖3-9份,甜菊苷0.5-3.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,其特征在于:由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽4-8份,海参多肽11-17份、大豆多肽40-60份,乳清蛋白粉20-40份,L-精氨酸10-30份,L-谷氨酰胺10-30份,黄精粉20-40份,山药粉20-40份,茯苓粉20-40份,枸杞粉10-30份,酵母-β-葡聚糖1-3份,中链油脂185-215份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉45-75份,酪蛋白酸钠8-18份,单甘脂2-6份,低聚果糖4-8份,甜菊苷1-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,其特征在于:由以下重量份数组成:大鲵多肽5-7份,海参多肽13-15份、大豆多肽45-55份,乳清蛋白粉25-35份,L-精氨酸15-25份,L-谷氨酰胺15-25份,黄精粉25-35份,山药粉25-35份,茯苓粉25-35份,枸杞粉15-25份,酵母-β-葡聚糖1.5-2.5份,中链油脂195-210份,亚麻籽油50%微囊粉55-65份,酪蛋白酸钠10-15份,单甘脂3-5份,低聚果糖5-7份,甜菊苷1.2-2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于肿瘤康复大鲵多肽粉组合物,其特征在于:所述海参多肽的浓度百分比为50%。
