s4: and (3) sterilization: placing the barrel bag into a steamer for high-temperature steaming sterilization by adopting a normal-pressure high-temperature sterilization mode, preserving the heat for 12 hours after the temperature reaches 100 ℃, naturally cooling to below 80 ℃, taking out the barrel bag and cooling;
s5: inoculation: inoculating Ganoderma strain on the basswood, and sterilizing with 75% alcohol;
s6: spawn running: stacking the inoculated tube bags for spawn running, turning over the bags after spawn running for 20 days, and covering the spawn shed with a black sunshade net;
s7: loading to a bed and covering soil: selecting a region with convenient water source, exposed to the sun and ventilated as a ganoderma lucidum field, ventilating and airing a greenhouse before burying wood, and removing bags and burying wood in sunny days at 15-25 ℃;
s8: and (4) lucid ganoderma management: the temperature in the bed is controlled to be above 15 ℃ and below 30 ℃, and the ganoderma lucidum can be matured after the temperature in the bed is controlled to be 25-28 ℃ after the fungus trees are buried in soil and 12-18 days; the markers of maturity are: yellow and white rings at the edge of the pileus completely disappear, a large amount of red smoke spore powder is emitted, and the pileus can be harvested after being matured and stopping spraying water for one week;
s9: harvesting and processing: collecting Ganoderma, cutting off excessively long stipe, removing impurities, drying in bamboo sieve or baking in drying room, drying, and packaging with polypropylene bag.
2. The organic cultivation method of ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting of the wood is followed by bagging and sterilization, and the completion of inoculation is completed within ten days.

The organic cultivation method of ganoderma lucidum as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the step S2, lumbering is performed during the period of heavy snow till winter solstice, and within ten days after winter solstice, basswood with the diameter of 6-16 cm is selected; the basswood species is Fagaceae, Liquidambar, Betula, Juglans, cherry seed, Alnus or Populus.
