Abstract
一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,包括杠杆装置,杠杆装置通过杠杆轴和两侧轴承固定在机组外壳上,杠杆装置一端开槽装入碳刷,碳刷引出线穿过杠杆装置并从其下部引出,最终接到航空插头上;杠杆装置另一端连接有铁芯,铁芯与杠杆装置之间采用活动连接,铁芯穿过弹簧后插入到电磁线圈内,弹簧位于电磁线圈杠杆装置之间,当电磁线圈通电后的铁芯受到向下的电磁吸力,此时弹簧被压缩,铁芯带动杠杆装置向下移动,碳刷端举起。
Description
技术领域
此发明涉及电气控制领域,具体涉及一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置。
背景技术
现有大型发电机转子多采用注入式接地保护装置,通过采用独立举刷装置 定期举起电刷与滑环轴接触,来测量转子绕组绝缘电阻值。目前,作为该保护 装置的重要组成部分的举刷装置在市面上种类较少,且现有类型碳刷均为开启 式结构,不具备防尘功能,且电刷举力偏小。举刷装置一般安装在发电机励磁 端内部,由于工业现场环境复杂,长期处于高温、多尘、电磁、风冷循环环境 中,循环冷风中的灰尘、凝结水等杂质极易进入到举刷装置内部,使装置内部 脏污、锈蚀,最终导致装置卡死,直接影响保护装置的正常运行,甚至引起误 报警导致发电机跳机。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:鉴于现有举刷装置种类少,抗尘能力差,电刷举力小, 运行可靠性差的状况,为了适应工业现场多尘、高温、电磁、风冷循环的环境, 我们设计了一种抗尘型举刷装置,确保装置能够在恶劣的现场环境中可靠运行。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,包括杠杆装 置,杠杆装置通过杠杆轴和两侧轴承固定在机组外壳上,杠杆装置一端开槽装 入碳刷,碳刷引出线穿过杠杆装置并从其下部引出,最终接到航空插头上;杠 杆装置另一端连接有铁芯,铁芯与杠杆装置之间采用活动连接,铁芯穿过弹簧 后插入到电磁线圈内,弹簧位于电磁线圈杠杆装置之间,当电磁线圈通电后的 铁芯受到向下的电磁吸力,此时弹簧被压缩,铁芯带动杠杆装置向下移动,碳 刷端举起。
通过航空插头将外部测量回路与碳刷联通,当碳刷被举起后可以将与碳刷 接触的转子接入到测量回路。
电磁线圈的两根引出线连接到航空插头上,通过航空插头接到外部控制回 路。
通过固定螺栓孔使用螺栓将该装置安装到其他部件上,在安装过程中使用 插针插入调整孔使碳刷举起。

本发明的显著效果在于:该装置采用杠杆原理,当电磁线圈通电吸合后, 实测杠杆另一端碳刷举力为40N,远大于同类型举刷装置。该举刷装置杠杆轴 两侧采用双封轴承,具有较强的防尘性能。经过2000次举刷测试(环境温度加 热至80℃),装置没有出现卡涩现象,电刷运行电流波形良好,电气性能稳定
目前,该装置已应用福清核电2号发电机组上,实际运行效果良好,未出 现卡涩问题。实践证实该装置具有很广泛的应用前景及应用价值,值得推广。

具体实施方式
一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,包括杠杆装置4,杠杆装置4通过杠杆 轴2和两侧轴承3固定在机组外壳12上,杠杆装置4一端开槽装入碳刷1,碳 刷引出线13穿过杠杆装置4并从其下部引出,最终接到航空插头8上。杠杆装 置4另一端连接有铁芯6,铁芯6与杠杆装置4之间采用活动连接,铁芯6穿过 弹簧7后插入到电磁线圈11内,弹簧7位于电磁线圈11与杠杆装置4之间, 当电磁线圈11通电后的铁芯6受到向下的电磁吸力,此时弹簧7被压缩,铁芯 6带动杠杆装置4向下移动,碳刷1端举起,当电磁线圈11断电后,在弹簧弹 力作用下铁芯复位,碳刷1端复位。至此,装置完成一个举刷过程。
接在碳刷1上的碳刷引线13最终接到航空插头8的一个插针上,通过航空 插头8将外部测量回路与碳刷1联通,当碳刷1被举起后可以将与碳刷1接触 的转子接入到测量回路。
电磁线圈的两根引出线9连接到航空插头8上,通过航空插头接到外部控 制回路。
可以通过固定螺栓孔14使用螺栓将该装置安装到其他部件(如支架)上, 在安装过程中可以使用插针插入调整孔5使碳刷1举起,从而确定安装位置。
Claims (5)
1.一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,其特征在于:包括杠杆装置(4),杠杆装置(4)通过杠杆轴(2)和两侧轴承(3)固定在机组外壳(12)上,杠杆装置(4)一端开槽装入碳刷(1),碳刷引出线(13)穿过杠杆装置(4)并从其下部引出,最终接到航空插头(8)上;杠杆装置(4)另一端连接有铁芯(6),铁芯(6)与杠杆装置(4)之间采用活动连接,铁芯(6)穿过弹簧(7)后插入到电磁线圈(11)内,弹簧(7)位于电磁线圈(11)与杠杆装置(4)之间,当电磁线圈(11)通电后的铁芯(6)受到向下的电磁吸力,此时弹簧(7)被压缩,铁芯(6)带动杠杆装置(4)向下移动,碳刷(1)端举起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,其特征在于:通过航空插头(8)将外部测量回路与碳刷(1)联通,当碳刷(1)被举起后可以将与碳刷(1)接触的转子接入到测量回路。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,其特征在于:电磁线圈的两根引出线(9)连接到航空插头(8)上,通过航空插头(8)接到外部控制回路。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,其特征在于:通过固定螺栓孔(14)使用螺栓将该装置安装到其他部件上,在安装过程中使用插针插入调整孔(5)使碳刷(1)举起。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种发电机转子绝缘监测电刷装置,其特征在于:通过固定螺栓孔(14)使用螺栓将该装置安装到支架上。
