one end of a cable of the winding shaft is connected with the electric equipment through the wire outlet, and the other end of the cable of the winding shaft is connected with a measuring instrument of the instrument bin and a battery assembly of the standby power bin through the wire inlet and the wire distribution port;
a certain gap is reserved on the buckling surface of the upper stepped box and the lower stepped box, and insulating rubber pads are laid on the lower surface of the upper stepped box and the upper surface of the lower stepped box;
