Background
The mechanical seal is a shaft seal device of a rotary machine. Such as centrifugal pumps, centrifuges, kettles, compressors and the like. Compared with the prior art, the application realizes double driving effect by arranging the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve, has high cost performance and convenient installation, and has good sealing performance during installation and use.
Further, one end of the first shaft sleeve far away from the second shaft sleeve is sleeved with a driving ring, one end of the second shaft sleeve far away from the first shaft sleeve is sleeved with a clamping ring, the driving ring is favorable for connecting the first shaft sleeve with a shaft, and the clamping ring is favorable for connecting the second shaft sleeve with the shaft.
Further, the clamping ring comprises an upper clamping ring and a lower clamping ring, and the upper clamping ring and the lower clamping ring are fixedly connected through bolts.

As shown in fig. 1, a dual drive cartridge type mechanical seal device, the device comprising: the sealing device comprises a first shaft sleeve 1, a second shaft sleeve 2, a sealing box body 3, a kettle mouth flange 4 and a sealing gland 5, wherein one end of the first shaft sleeve 1 is provided with a first static ring 6, a first moving ring 7 matched with the first static ring 6, a first spring 8 abutted with the first moving ring 7 and a first spring seat 9 used for installing the first spring 8, the first moving ring 7 and the first spring seat 9 are sleeved on the second shaft sleeve 2, the sealing box body 3 is sleeved outside the first shaft sleeve 1 and the second shaft sleeve 2, a second static ring 10, a second moving ring 11 matched with the second static ring 10, a second spring 13 abutted with the second moving ring 11 and a second spring seat 12 used for installing the second spring 13 are arranged between the sealing box body 3 and the first shaft sleeve 1, the kettle mouth flange 4 is sleeved on the first shaft sleeve 1, the kettle mouth flange 4 is fixedly connected with the end part of the sealing box body 3, the sealing box body 2 is sleeved on the sealing box body 5, and the sealing box body 3 is fixedly connected with the other end part of the sealing box body 3.
The first shaft sleeve 1 is connected with the hollow transmission shaft for driving, the second shaft sleeve 2 is connected with the solid transmission shaft for driving, and the sealing box body 3 is provided with a sealing liquid inlet, a sealing liquid outlet, a cooling water inlet and a cooling water outlet.
Compared with the prior art, the double-drive mechanism has the advantages that the double-drive effect is realized by arranging the first shaft sleeve 1 and the second shaft sleeve 2, the cost performance is high, the installation is convenient, and the sealing performance is good when the double-drive mechanism is installed and used.
One end of the first shaft sleeve 1 far away from the second shaft sleeve 2 is sleeved with a driving ring 14, one end of the second shaft sleeve 2 far away from the first shaft sleeve 1 is sleeved with a clamping ring 15, the driving ring 14 is favorable for connecting the first shaft sleeve 1 with a shaft, the clamping ring 15 is favorable for connecting the second shaft sleeve 2 with the shaft, and the driving ring 14 is fixed on the first shaft sleeve 1 through a fastening screw.
The clamping ring 15 comprises an upper clamping ring and a lower clamping ring, and the upper clamping ring and the lower clamping ring are fixedly connected through bolts.
The sealing device is characterized in that a static ring sealing ring 16 is arranged between the first shaft sleeve 1 and the first static ring 6, and the static ring sealing ring 16 is an O-shaped ring, so that the sealing effect of the device is effectively improved.
And a movable ring sealing ring 17 is arranged between the first movable ring 7 and the second sleeve 2, and the movable ring sealing ring 17 is an O-shaped ring, so that the sealing effect of the device is effectively improved.
The first shaft sleeve 1 is sleeved with a first shaft elastic retainer ring 18, the first shaft elastic retainer ring 18 is used for fixing the second spring seat 12, the second shaft sleeve 2 is sleeved with a second shaft elastic retainer ring 19, the second shaft elastic retainer ring 19 is used for fixing the first spring seat 9, the first shaft elastic retainer ring 18 effectively limits axial movement of the second spring seat 12 on the first shaft sleeve 1, and the second shaft elastic retainer ring 19 effectively limits axial movement of the first spring seat 9 on the second shaft sleeve 2, so that the stability of the device structure is effectively improved.
The first shaft sleeve 1 is provided with a groove for installing the first shaft circlip 18, and the second shaft sleeve 2 is provided with a groove for installing the second shaft circlip 19.
The kettle mouth flange comprises a kettle mouth flange body, a sealing box body and a sealing cover, wherein a box body sealing ring 20 is arranged between the kettle mouth flange body 4 and the sealing box body 3, a sealing cover sealing ring 21 is arranged between the sealing cover 5 and the sealing box body 3, and the box body sealing ring 20 and the sealing cover sealing ring 21 are 0-shaped rings.
The first shaft sleeve 1 is sleeved with a first positioning card 22, the first positioning card 22 is used for fixing the kettle opening flange 4, the second shaft sleeve 2 is sleeved with a second positioning card 23, the second positioning card 23 is used for fixing a positioning gland, and the first positioning card 22 and the second positioning card 23 are fixing assemblies at two ends of the sealing device and are fixed through screws.
Wherein, be provided with skeleton oil blanket 24 between gland 5 and the second collar 2, effectually seal. The mechanical seal has reasonable structure, realizes double driving effects, has high cost performance, is convenient to install, and has good sealing performance when in installation and use.

A dual drive cartridge mechanical seal device, the device comprising: the device comprises a first shaft sleeve, a second shaft sleeve, a sealing box body, a kettle opening flange and a sealing gland, wherein one end of the first shaft sleeve is provided with a first stationary ring, a first movable ring matched with the first stationary ring, a first spring abutted with the first movable ring and a first spring seat for installing the first spring, the first movable ring and the first spring seat are sleeved on the second shaft sleeve, the sealing box body is sleeved outside the first shaft sleeve and the second shaft sleeve, a second stationary ring, a second movable ring matched with the second stationary ring, a second spring abutted with the second movable ring and a second spring seat for installing the second spring are arranged between the sealing box body and the first shaft sleeve, the second spring seat is sleeved on the first shaft sleeve, the kettle opening flange is fixedly connected with the end part of the sealing box body, the sealing gland is sleeved on the second shaft sleeve, and the sealing gland is fixedly connected with the other end part of the sealing box body;
A driving ring is sleeved at one end, far away from the second shaft sleeve, of the first shaft sleeve, and a clamping ring is sleeved at one end, far away from the first shaft sleeve, of the second shaft sleeve;
the clamping ring comprises a clamping upper ring and a clamping lower ring, and the clamping upper ring is fixedly connected with the clamping lower ring through bolts;
and a static ring sealing ring is arranged between the first shaft sleeve and the first static ring.
2. The dual drive cartridge type mechanical seal device of claim 1, wherein a moving ring seal is disposed between the first moving ring and the second sleeve.

The dual drive integrated mechanical seal device of claim 1, wherein the first bushing is sleeved with a first shaft circlip, the first shaft circlip is used for fixing a second spring seat, the second bushing is sleeved with a second shaft circlip, and the second shaft circlip is used for fixing the first spring seat.
