The temperature controller 16 is arranged to monitor the heating temperature of the heating component 70, so that the heating component 70 can generate air with a temperature higher than the temperature (usually 72 ℃) by setting, when the temperature is higher than the temperature or the surface temperature of the tableware to be disinfected (especially for steel cutters), the feedback can be performed through the indicator lamp 17, and a user can observe the color change of the indicator lamp 17 by naked eyes to judge whether to take the disinfected tableware so as to ensure that scalding cannot occur. As shown in fig. 6, the temperature controller 16 is disposed on an outer side wall of the heat generating component 70.
As described above, the kitchen ware sterilizing device provided with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity in a split manner has the following beneficial effects:
compared with the prior art, the kitchen ware disinfection device provided with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity in a split manner is characterized in that the second accommodating cavity is connected with one side wall of the first accommodating cavity in a split manner through the plug-in mechanism and is combined with the magnet and the reed switch matched with the magnet, so that when the kitchen ware disinfection device is used by a user, only the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity which are independently separated are combined, and the magnet and the reed switch are matched in a suction manner to enable the reed switch to be closed, so that the control module is in a conducting state and can be electrified for use after being plugged in; when the user does not use, the second accommodating cavity is separated from the first accommodating cavity, so that the reed switch is disconnected and the control module is in a non-conducting state; the potential safety hazard caused by false start is effectively eliminated, so that the whole kitchen ware disinfection device has higher safety; meanwhile, the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity are arranged separately, so that a user can use one type of second accommodating cavity to use different types of first accommodating cavities, and the kitchen ware sterilizing device has strong universality, low use cost, easy cleaning and convenient use.
In summary, the present invention effectively overcomes the disadvantages of the prior art and has high industrial utility value.

Claims (10)
1. The kitchen ware disinfection device with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity in a split mode comprises a base and is characterized by further comprising the following components:
the top of the first accommodating cavity is provided with an upper opening, one side wall of the first accommodating cavity is provided with a first light hole and a vent hole, and the bottom of the first accommodating cavity is detachably connected to the base;
the tableware rack is used for placing tableware and is arranged at the upper opening of the first accommodating cavity;
a magnet embedded in the first accommodating cavity;
the bottom of the second accommodating cavity is provided with an air inlet hole, a second light hole opposite to the first light hole and an air outlet hole opposite to the vent hole are formed in one side wall of the second accommodating cavity, the second accommodating cavity is provided with a disinfection module matched with the second light hole and an air drying module matched with the air outlet hole, and the second accommodating cavity is connected with one side wall of the first accommodating cavity in a split mode through an inserting mechanism;
the reed pipe is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and is in suction fit with the magnet;
the control module is arranged in the second accommodating cavity and is electrically connected with the disinfection module, the fan module and the reed switch respectively;
the plug-in mechanism comprises at least one hook body and a slot with a lower opening, wherein the hook body is arranged in the first accommodating cavity, the plug-in mechanism further comprises at least one jack and a plug rod, the hook body is plugged in the jack, the plug rod is plugged in the slot, the hook body, the vent hole, the magnet and the slot are positioned on the same side wall of the first accommodating cavity, and the jack, the plug rod and the air outlet are positioned on the same side wall of the second accommodating cavity.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity in a split mode according to claim 1, further comprising a partition plate and filter cotton, wherein the partition plate is clamped at the air inlet, the partition plate is provided with a semicircular bottom plate and an arc edge plate extending radially along the arc edge of the semicircular bottom plate, the straight edge of the semicircular bottom plate and the arc edge plate are respectively connected with the bottom of the second accommodating cavity coated on the air inlet, the semicircular bottom plate is provided with a plurality of arc holes at intervals, each arc hole is arranged opposite to the air inlet, and the filter cotton is arranged between the semicircular bottom plate and the air inlet.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity in a split mode according to claim 1, wherein the tableware rack is a knife board, the knife board is plate-shaped, and the knife board is provided with a plurality of knife holes for inserting different specifications and sizes.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with the first accommodating cavity and the second accommodating cavity separately arranged according to claim 3, wherein the number of the cutter holes is five, one cutter hole is arranged near the end part of the cutter plate, and the other four cutter holes are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the cutter plate.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity in a split mode according to claim 1, wherein the tableware rack is a chopstick box, the chopstick box is cylindrical, the chopstick box comprises a cylinder with an opening and a plurality of chopstick clamping holes arranged at the bottom of the cylinder, the chopstick clamping holes are communicated with the first accommodating cavity, and the outer side wall at the upper part of the cylinder is integrally connected with the inner side wall at the upper opening of the first accommodating cavity.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity in a split mode according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the control module comprises a main control board arranged in the second accommodating cavity, an operation assembly clamped at the top of the second accommodating cavity and a socket clamped at the bottom of the second accommodating cavity, the operation assembly comprises an operation clamping board clamped in the second accommodating cavity, a button arranged on the operation clamping board, a spring and an operation circuit board arranged below the operation clamping board, the button is in contact fit with the operation circuit board through the spring, and the operation circuit board and the socket are respectively and electrically connected with the main control board.
7. The kitchen ware sterilizing device having a first accommodation chamber and a second accommodation chamber separately according to claim 6, wherein the sterilizing module comprises a UVC-LED sterilizing lamp electrically connected to the main control board.

The kitchen ware sterilizing device with a first accommodating cavity and a second accommodating cavity separately according to claim 6, wherein the air drying module comprises a heating component and a fan which are both arranged in the second accommodating cavity, and the heating component and the fan are both electrically connected with the main control board.
9. The kitchen ware sterilizing device of claim 8, further comprising a thermostat and a plurality of indicator lamps integrated with the operation circuit board, wherein the thermostat is electrically connected to the main control board.
10. The kitchen ware sterilizing device of claim 9, wherein the temperature controller is disposed on an outer side wall of the heating assembly.
