Referring to fig. 1 to 6, the operation of the numerically controlled grinder 100 of the present invention is as follows: firstly, a workpiece to be processed is mounted on a workpiece clamping device 106, a required polishing machine head 1031 is mounted on a grinding wheel mounting table 103, relevant parameters (such as processing parameters, various moving parameters and the like) are input on a control device 102, after the parameters are input, a supporting frame 105 and a rotary table 104 rotate the corresponding polishing machine head 1031 towards the workpiece to be processed according to the parameters, the supporting frame 105 moves along a first guide rail and approaches the workpiece clamping device 106, and meanwhile, the workpiece clamping device 106 moves along with a guide piece 1061, so that a grinding wheel 1031a of the polishing machine head 1031 is aligned with the workpiece to be processed; after alignment, the support frame 105 and the workpiece clamping device 106 move according to set parameters in the processing process, so that the grinding wheel 1031a of the grinding machine head 1031 can process a workpiece to be processed; after one of the machining processes is completed, the supporting frame 105 is far away from the workpiece clamping device 106, the polishing machine head 1031 is withdrawn, the turntable 104 rotates, the polishing machine head 1031 is switched, and after the switching is completed, the next machining process is carried out; after all the machining processes are finished, the supporting frame 105 is far away from the workpiece clamping device 106, so that the grinding machine head 1031 is withdrawn, at this time, the workpiece on the workpiece clamping device 106 can be removed and replaced with a new workpiece, and meanwhile, the grinding wheel 1031a of the grinding machine head 1031 is correspondingly replaced or reserved according to the machining process of the workpiece.
When the grinding wheel 1031a of the grinding machine head 1031 needs to be dressed, corresponding dressing pieces are mounted on the double-ended grinding wheel dresser 1071 and the angle-adjustable grinding wheel dresser 1072, after the dressing pieces are mounted, dressing parameters (which can be preset or can be set again after the dressing pieces are mounted) are set in the control device 102, and the relative positions of the dressing pieces and the grinding wheel 1031a of the grinding machine head 1031 are adjusted by the turntable 104, the support frame 105, the double-ended grinding wheel dresser 1071 and the angle-adjustable grinding wheel dresser 1072 according to the dressing parameters, and the grinding wheel 1031a of the grinding machine head 1031 is dressed.

The double-end grinding wheel trimmer comprises a trimmer frame, a sliding block and a trimming piece mounting part, wherein the trimming piece mounting part is arranged on the sliding block, the sliding block is slidably mounted on the trimmer frame, and the trimming piece mounting part comprises a first mounting station and a second mounting station for mounting and finishing a whole piece;
The grinding wheel dresser further comprises an angle-adjustable grinding wheel dresser for dressing the side surface of the grinding wheel, and the angle-adjustable grinding wheel dresser is arranged on the frame;
The angle-adjustable grinding wheel dresser comprises a grinding wheel dressing frame, an angle adjusting driving device and a mounting part for mounting a whole piece, wherein the grinding wheel dressing frame is arranged on the frame, the angle adjusting driving device is electrically connected with the control device, the mounting part is rotatably mounted on the grinding wheel dressing frame, and the control device controls the angle adjusting driving device to drive the mounting part to rotate so as to adjust the angle of the whole piece.

A numerically controlled grinder as in claim 1, wherein said frame is provided with a first rail, said support frame being slidably mounted on said first rail such that said wheel mount is movable back and forth relative to said workpiece holding device in response to movement of said support frame.
3. A numerically controlled grinder as in claim 1, wherein said workpiece holding device is slidably mounted on said frame, said workpiece holding device being movable left and right relative to said wheel mount.
4. A numerically controlled grinder as in claim 1, wherein said workpiece holding means comprises a three jaw chuck for holding a workpiece.
5. The numerically controlled grinder of claim 1, wherein said dressing member is removably mounted to said first mounting station and said dressing member is fixedly mounted to said second mounting station.
6. The numerically controlled grinder of claim 1, wherein the trimmer housing has a chute, the slider being slidable along the chute.
