Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of machine tool fixture tools, in particular to a fixture for workpiece plane machining.
Background
The fixture is used to fix the machining object in the correct position during the machining process to accept the construction or detection. In a broad sense, any device used to quickly, conveniently and safely mount a workpiece at any stage in the process may be referred to as a fixture.
In the machining process, the plane of the workpiece is processed by a planer or a milling machine, the clamp is generally a flat tongs or a pressing plate, but for a large-plane or smaller thin plate workpiece (3-6 mm thick), the flat tongs cannot be used for clamping, so that the pressing plate is used for clamping, and as the pressing plate protrudes out of the surface of the workpiece, the whole surface of the workpiece cannot be covered by a cutter, so that the integrity of plane machining can be influenced; in addition, the machining precision of the workpiece plane is ensured, and the most critical is the stable clamping of the workpiece, so that the loosening phenomenon cannot occur during the machining.
Accordingly, it is necessary to invent a jig for workpiece plane processing to solve the above-mentioned problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a clamp for processing a workpiece plane, which has a simple structure and is convenient to use, and is suitable for processing a large plane or a smaller thin plate workpiece plane so as to solve the problems in the prior art.

2. The clamp for workpiece plane machining can loosen the fastener A and the fastener B when not in use, and can be fully contracted into the T-shaped groove of the machine tool, so that the work table of the machine tool is free from barriers.
3. The clamp for workpiece plane machining disclosed by the invention is characterized in that the fastener A and the fastener B are replaced by socket head cap screws, and the clamp can be used as a common T-shaped nut.

The inner side surface of the second boss 6 is machined with a vertical sliding groove 18, one end of the pressing plate 3 is provided with an integrally formed sliding block 19, and the pressing plate 3 slides up and down in the sliding groove 18 through the sliding block 19.
The adjusting hole 16 is a long-waist-shaped hole, the adjusting block 17 is a long-waist-shaped block, and the size of the adjusting block 17 is smaller than that of the adjusting hole 16, so that the adjusting block 17 can freely move left and right in the adjusting hole 16 and does not shake.
When the adjusting block 17 is positioned at the end of the adjusting hole 16 close to the first boss 5, a compression gap is reserved between the clamping block 2 and the first boss 5.
The fastening piece A11 and the fastening piece B12 are socket head cap screws or socket head cap screws.
The fastener C13 is a socket head cap screw.

The specific working principle is as follows: as shown in fig. 6, when in use, firstly, according to the size of the workpiece 22, more than two clamps are installed at the proper positions of the T-shaped groove 21 on the machine tool workbench 20, and it is worth noting that the thickness dimension of the bottom plate 4 of the clamp body 1 is smaller than the height dimension of the transverse groove cavity below the T-shaped groove 21, so that when the fastener a11 and the fastener B12 are screwed (when the workpiece 22 is clamped, the fastener a11 and the fastener B12 adopt headless socket head cap screws), the clamp body 1 moves upwards, when the fastener a11 and the fastener B12 are screwed, the upper surface of the bottom plate 4 is tightly attached to the top surface of the transverse groove cavity of the T-shaped groove 21, thereby fixing the clamps in the T-shaped groove 21 of the machine tool workbench 20, and after clamping of the clamps, the upper surfaces of the first boss 5 and the second boss 6 are flush with the machine tool workbench 20; placing the workpiece 22 between the clamps, then screwing the tightening piece C, moving the pressing plate 3 downwards, and pressing the clamping block 2 downwards by means of the slope of the end part of the pressing plate, so as to drive the clamping block 2 to move to clamp the workpiece 22; when the workpiece 22 is dismounted, only the fixing piece C13 is needed to be loosened, the clamping block 2 moves reversely under the action of the spring, and the pressing plate 3 is driven to move upwards through the matching of the slope surface of the clamping block 2 and the slope of the pressing plate 3, so that the workpiece 22 is loosened; if the fastening piece A11 and the fastening piece B12 are loosened, the whole clamp is sunk into the T-shaped groove 21 of the machine tool workbench 20, so that the machine tool workbench is kept free from barriers; if the fastener A11 and the fastener B12 are replaced by cylindrical hexagon bolts, the clamp can be used as a common T-shaped nut.
The number and positions of the clamps can be adjusted according to the actual situation when clamping the workpiece 22. As shown in fig. 7, two clamps may be used to clamp both ends of the workpiece 22; as shown in fig. 8, four clamps may also be used to clamp four corners of the workpiece 22; as shown in fig. 9, when the machine tool table 20 uses the crisscrossed T-shaped groove 21, four jigs may be used to clamp the four end surfaces of the workpiece 22.
