Abstract

本发明属于复合板材技术领域,具体涉及一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材。由外层的涂胶板、中间层的浸泡板复合而成,所述涂胶板的外表面涂覆磷酸盐类阻燃剂,所述浸泡板经过水基型阻燃剂浸泡。所述磷酸盐类阻燃剂由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:阻燃胶水60%~70%,面粉10%~20%,聚磷酸20%~30%。由于外层使用的是不吸收水分的阻燃剂,既阻燃,又不会返潮、发霉。本发明解决了现有阻燃板的返潮、发霉难题。在高温、高湿环境中,经过反复多次、长期实验,证明了采用本发明的产品防潮、防霉的效果显著。

Description

一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材及制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于复合板材技术领域,具体涉及一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材。
背景技术
目前阻燃板材生产过程中使用的阻燃剂多为水基型阻燃剂如,水基型高效阻燃剂等。这类阻燃剂可以起到阻燃的效果,但是,这类阻燃剂本身具有吸附空气中水分的特性,板材会出现返潮、发霉现象,严重影响人们生活和板材的质量。与现有阻燃板制作技术相比,本发明采用两种阻燃剂分层复合阻燃技术制作而成的板材,解决了目前阻燃板材返潮、发霉的技术难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不仅阻燃,而且防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材。
基于上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材,由外层的涂胶板、中间层的浸泡板复合而成,所述涂胶板的外表面涂覆难溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,所述浸泡板经过水溶性聚磷酸铵溶液浸泡。
由于外层使用的是不吸收水分的阻燃剂,既阻燃,又不会返潮、发霉,内层使用价格相对低廉的水溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,降低成本的同时能达到最佳的防潮、防霉效果。
作为优选,所述难溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:阻燃胶水60%~70%,面粉10%~20%,难溶性聚磷酸20%~30%。
经过反复试验,采用上述配比,能达到最佳阻燃效果,同时有效控制成本。
作为优选,所述水溶性聚磷酸溶液的质量分数为10%~20%。

一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制阻燃液,将板材浸泡在水溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃液中,加压0.8~1Mpa,浸泡3小时后出料得浸泡板;
S2:涂胶,将阻燃胶水打入胶罐,加入面粉和难溶性聚磷酸铵,搅拌均匀,均匀涂覆在板材上,制得涂胶板;
S3:下面放一层涂胶板,中间放若干层浸泡板,上面放一层涂胶板,进行多次加压复合,制得复合阻燃板材;
作为优选,所述S3中加压复合的工艺参数和步骤如下:
S31:第一次冷压,压力为1.3~1.6Mpa,冷压时间为60~180min;
S32:第一次热压,压力为0.9~1.6Mpa,温度为120~140℃,热压时间为9~18min;
S33:第二次冷压,压力为1~1.3Mpa,冷压时间为2~10min;
S34:第二次热压,压力为0.9~1.3Mpa,温度为100~110℃,热压时间为2~3min。
作为优选,所述S3中第一次加压和第二次加压之间还包括砂芯和贴面工序,所述第二次热压后还包括锯边和砂光工序。
有益效果
由于外层使用的是不吸收水分的阻燃剂,既阻燃,又不会返潮、发霉,内层使用价格相对低廉的水溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,降低成本的同时能达到最佳的防潮、防霉效果。本发明解决了现有阻燃板的返潮、发霉难题,在高温、高湿环境中,经过反复多次、长期实验,证明了采用本发明的产品防潮、防霉的效果显著。
具体实施
实施例1
普通阻燃板的制作,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制阻燃液,其中,阻燃液的的配比:水溶性聚磷酸铵5%,水95%;
(2)将板材浸泡在配制的阻燃液中,加压至0.9Mpa,浸泡3小时后出料得浸泡板;
(3)浸泡板涂胶,将阻燃胶水打入胶罐,加入面粉,搅拌均匀,均匀涂覆在浸泡板上,制得涂胶板,其中阻燃胶水占比65%,面粉35%;
(4)复合,把涂胶板逐层叠放;
(5)放入冷压机中第一次冷压,压力为15Ma,冷压时间为10min;
(6)放入热压机中进行一次,压力为1.3Mpa,温度为130℃,时间为130℃;
(7)取出复合板材,对板材砂芯和贴面;
(8)再放入冷压中进行第次冷压,压力为 1.2Mpa,冷压时间为5mn;
(9)再放入热压机中进行二次热压,压力为1Mpa,温度为105℃,热压时间为2mn;
(10)对复合板材锯边和砂光,制得普通阻燃板材。
实施例2
防潮、防腐蚀阻燃板的制作,包括以下步骤:
(1)配制阻燃液,其中,阻燃液的的配比:水溶性聚磷酸铵5%,水95%;
(2)将板材浸泡在配制的阻燃液中,加压至0.9Mpa,浸泡3小时后出料得浸泡板;
(3)涂胶,将阻燃胶水打入胶罐,加入面粉和聚磷酸铵,搅拌均匀,均匀涂覆在板材上,制得涂胶板,其中阻燃胶水占比65%,面粉15%,聚磷酸20%;
(4)复合,下面放一层涂胶板,中间放3层浸泡板,上面放一层涂胶板;
(5)放入冷压机中进行第一次冷压,压力为1.5Mpa,冷压时间为120min;
(6)放入热压机中进行第一次热压,压力为1.3Mpa,温度为130℃,热压时间为13min;
(7)取出复合板材,对板材砂芯和贴面;
(8)再放入冷压机中进行第二次冷压,压力为1.2Mpa,冷压时间为5min;
(9)再放入热压机中进行第二次热压,压力为1Mpa,温度为105℃,热压时间为2min;
(10)对复合板材锯边和砂光,制得防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材。
试验例:
试验前测得实施例1制得的产品含水率为8~12%,实施例2制得的产品含水率为8~12%,
将实施例1和实施例2制得的产品同时置于温度为25℃,湿度为80的实验环境20天,进行防潮对比实验,试验结果为实施例1的含水率为41%,外观表现为防潮效果较差,出现霉变现象,实施例2的含水率为15%,外观表现为防潮效果显著,无霉变现象。

Claims (6)

1.一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材,其特征在于,由外层的涂胶板、中间层的浸泡板复合而成,所述涂胶板的外表面涂覆难溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂,所述浸泡板经过水溶性聚磷酸铵溶液浸泡。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述难溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃剂由以下组分按重量百分比计,包括:阻燃胶水60%~70%,面粉10%~20%,难溶性聚磷酸20%~30%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材,其特征在于,所述水溶性聚磷酸溶液的质量分数为10%~20%。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防潮、防霉的复合阻燃板材的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:配制阻燃液,将板材浸泡在水溶性聚磷酸铵阻燃液中,加压0.8~1Mpa,浸泡3小时后出料得浸泡板;
S2:涂胶,将阻燃胶水打入胶罐,加入面粉和难溶性聚磷酸铵,搅拌均匀,均匀涂覆在板材上,制得涂胶板;
S3:下面放一层涂胶板,中间放若干层浸泡板,上面放一层涂胶板,进行多次加压复合,制得复合阻燃板材。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种防潮、防腐蚀的复合阻燃板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中加压复合的工艺参数和步骤如下:
S31:第一次冷压,压力为1.3~1.6Mpa,冷压时间为60~180min;
S32:第一次热压,压力为0.9~1.6Mpa,温度为120~140℃,热压时间为9~18min;
S33:第二次冷压,压力为1~1.3Mpa,冷压时间为2~10min;
S34:第二次热压,压力为0.9~1.3Mpa,温度为100~110℃,热压时间为2~3min。
6.如权利要求5所述的一种防潮、防腐蚀的复合阻燃板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中第一次加压和第二次加压之间还包括砂芯和贴面工序,所述第二次热压后还包括锯边和砂光工序。
