Description

Teak color change treatment method
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of wood material physical modification treatment methods, in particular to a teak physical discoloration treatment method.
Background
The teak is a high-quality raw material for manufacturing the solid wood floor, and has the advantages of corrosion resistance, wear resistance, beautiful patterns, elegant and beautiful color tone and good stability. The sun-cured teak plain board is an indispensable link for processing and manufacturing teak floors, and has the effects that the color of the teak plain board is changed from brown to golden yellow, the teak plain board has luster and uniform wood color through the oxidation effect of ultraviolet irradiation in sunlight, and black and golden textures are deepened. In the prior art, the teak floor blank which is finished with the manufacture of the short edge groove and the edge sealing of the short edge paint is paved outdoors and subjected to solarization for 10 to 15 days (according to the weather conditions), water or chemical agents are sprayed on the surfaces of the teak plain boards at intervals, and natural health preservation is carried out for about 30 days to finish the treatment of solarizing the teak, wherein the whole process takes about 40 to 45 days.
The traditional teak sun-drying process has the following problems: the processing time of 40 days to 45 days is too long, the stock pressure of materials is increased, the materials basically depend on natural weather, and the labor intensity of workers is high; on the other hand, the surface of a sun-cured plain plate is the surface treated by paint, the surface can be scratched when the plain plate is sun-cured outdoors for a long time, and the blank is deformed due to repeated water spraying and sun-curing, so that the finished rabbet is difficult to assemble.
In order to solve the above problems of the traditional teak sun-drying process, Chinese patent CN 200910308719.0 discloses a color-changing method of teak floor (applicant: Zhejiang Jiuzi floor Limited), wherein a teak board with the surface soaked in clear water with pH value of 6.5-7.5 is placed under ultraviolet light with wavelength of 280 plus 400 nm and temperature of 700 plus 800 ℃ for irradiation for 2-4 minutes and repeated for 4-5 times, thereby realizing color change treatment of the teak board by using the flow line and greatly improving the production efficiency of the color change treatment of the teak.
However, in long-term production practice, the patent document discloses that the technical method is not popularized in the past decade, and floor manufacturing enterprises still select the traditional sun-cured teak process. There are three reasons for this situation. First, although this method can shorten the treatment period from 1 month to several minutes, the black lines on the surface of teak are significantly reduced after the treatment (page 2/2, paragraph 1 of patent CN 200910308719.0 specification), and the material grade (decorative value) of teak is in black gold lines in addition to glossy gold color. For example, teak produced in Burma has a more black-gold texture in a golden bottom color after sun-drying treatment, so that the market price per cube is much higher than that of teaks produced in other producing areas. Secondly, in long-term production practice, the teak wood material treated by the method is found to have dark cracks and more terminal cracks on the surface. The surface hidden cracks are defects which are not easy to find in the previous working procedure but are not allowed to exist, and appear in the surface painting working procedure, so that the teak blank needs to be subjected to plate changing treatment (the surface hidden cracks are removed, the thickness of the plate is reduced) after the paint is sanded and removed, and the production efficiency and the outturn rate are influenced. Meanwhile, the moisture content of the teak blanks treated by the method is uneven (the deviation of the moisture content in the plates is large), and a relatively long curing treatment time is still needed to ensure that the moisture content of the teak blanks is uniform, so that the treatment efficiency is low. Thirdly, after the color changing treatment, the teak blank is rough in surface and has burrs, so that the blank surface which is subjected to fine sanding needs to be sanded again, and the flatness requirement of the paint process can be met.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical purpose of this application lies in, overcome above-mentioned technical problem, thereby provide a teak processing method that discolours, it is through addding heat treatment's step before ultraviolet illumination's step, can avoid the production of surface dark fracture, end fracture, surface burr comparatively effectively, form or deepen black gold texture on teak blank surface, and after discolour and handle, teak blank moisture content is even, can reduce the health preserving time, thereby when improving teak discoloration treatment production efficiency, guarantee the quality, the quality grade of teak blank.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention provides a teak color change treatment method which comprises a surface wet treatment step, an ultraviolet irradiation step and a heating treatment step before the ultraviolet irradiation step, wherein in the heating treatment step, the heating mode comprises one or a combination of two of infrared irradiation heating, convection heating and contact heating to heat teak blanks.
Through long-term practical research of the inventor, the ultraviolet irradiation can relatively well simulate the natural sun-drying condition (temperature and medium-wave ultraviolet rays are formed in an ultraviolet irradiation space), the teak color change treatment is completed in a very short time, after the surface wet treatment, a wetting layer or a wetting surface is formed on the surface of a teak blank, after the wet and cold wood is directly subjected to the ultraviolet irradiation, moisture in the wetting layer or the wetting surface is rapidly volatilized, the phenomena of dark cracking and end cracking of the surface of the teak blank are caused, the surface is rough, burrs are more formed, and the moisture content of the teak blank is uneven. On the other hand, because the processing time is short, the mineral substances in the teak wood moisture channel do not move to the blank surface (namely a wetting layer or a wetting surface), and the original chromophoric group changes the wood color under the action of photooxidation, the wood colors of the teak blanks after the color change processing by the technical scheme in the comparison document tend to be consistent, and the black and golden textures are reduced.
The utility model provides a teak processing method that discolours, through before ultraviolet irradiation's step, add the step of heat treatment, in one aspect, make teak blank heated and have certain temperature before getting into ultraviolet irradiation, simultaneously, the moisture in the step of surface wet processing is in the moist layer or the moist face that teak blank surface formed is volatilized (partially), thereby can avoid wet chill timber directly to receive ultraviolet irradiation and form the emergence of the condition of surperficial dark fracture, end crack, surface burr on teak blank surface betterly, meanwhile, teak blank moisture content is even unanimous relatively. Particularly, when the heating mode in the step of heating treatment is a contact heating mode, the problems of rough surface and surface burrs can be avoided, a flat treatment surface can be formed, and the teak blank subjected to color change treatment can directly meet the processing requirements of a paint process. In another aspect, the step of heating treatment enables moisture in the teak blank to volatilize, and as the moisture volatilizes, minerals in the moisture channel migrate to the surface of the wood along with the moisture, and then after being irradiated by ultraviolet light, black and golden textures are formed on the surface of the teak blank. Therefore, by means of the method, the teak color-changing treatment method can improve the teak color-changing treatment production efficiency and ensure the quality and quality grade of teak blanks.
