Abstract

the ultrasonic wave playing horn 200 is disposed at the first playing part 120 and the second playing part 130, and the ultrasonic wave playing horn 200 includes one or more ultrasonic wave speakers;
the functional circuit board 300 is disposed at the inner side of the suspension portion 110 and is connected with the ultrasonic wave playing horn 200 through a data line, and the functional circuit board 300 includes a control module for implementing playing control of the ultrasonic wave playing horn 200.
The hanging portion 110 is a member or a structure for hanging at a certain position. In the present embodiment, the hanging portion 110 refers to a member hung on the neck so that the entire playback apparatus is worn on the body. Alternatively, the shape of the hanging portion 110 may be V-shaped, U-shaped, or other shapes as long as it can be stably hung on the neck, and the specific type of the hanging portion 110 is not limited. Preferably, the hanging portion 110 is U-shaped in shape, which is ergonomically designed for comfort during wear.
The first playback section 120 and the second playback section 130 are different playback sections. One end of the hanging part 110 is connected to the first playing part 120, and the other end of the hanging part 110 is connected to the second playing part 130, i.e., the first playing part 120 and the second playing part 130 are disposed at both sides of the hanging part 110. When the playback device is worn around the neck by the hanging portion 110, the first playback portion 120 and the second playback portion 130 are correspondingly on both sides of the ear. The ultrasonic-wave broadcast horn 200 refers to a horn realized by the ultrasonic wave principle. Specifically, the ultrasonic-wave playing horns 200 are disposed in the first playing portion 120 and the second playing portion 130, and each playing portion has at least one ultrasonic-wave playing horn 200, that is, the first playing portion 120 has at least one ultrasonic-wave playing horn 200, and the second playing portion 130 has at least one ultrasonic-wave playing horn 200. The ultrasonic horn 200 includes one or more ultrasonic speakers. Specifically, an ultrasonic speaker refers to a speaker implemented by utilizing the principle of generating sound by ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic speakers rely on directional speaker technology based on ultrasonic modulation, using ultrasonic speakers to enhance directivity. Ultrasonic waves are difficult to diffract due to the fact that the frequency is high, the wavelength is short, the direction angle is small, the ultrasonic waves have good directivity, the frequency of audible sound waves is low, the wavelength is long, diffraction is easy to occur, and therefore obstacles in the propagation process are bypassed. The ultrasonic speaker takes ultrasonic waves as carrier signals, modulates audio signals into high-frequency signals to realize directional transmission in the air, and finally realizes self-demodulation in the air, so that the restored audio signals can be heard by human ears. In this embodiment, through the directionality of the ultrasonic speaker, when using the playing device, only the playing device needs to be worn on the neck, the ultrasonic playing horn 200 does not need to be attached to the ear, and discomfort is not caused to the ear, meanwhile, according to the directionality of the ultrasonic speaker, the user can hear the sound emitted by the playing device, and other people cannot hear the sound, namely, the playing device acts as an earphone. The earphone provided by the embodiment of the invention is suitable for some quieter places, and the playing effect is better when the playing device is used as the earphone in the quieter places. Alternatively, when the ultrasonic horn includes a plurality of ultrasonic speakers, the plurality of ultrasonic speakers are arranged in a circumferential array. Wherein, the ultrasonic speaker can adjust the direction as required. Alternatively, the direction of the ultrasonic speaker can be adjusted by the ball-point wheel structure, and the ultrasonic speaker is arranged at the periphery of the ball-point wheel structure, so that the ultrasonic speaker can be adjusted around the center of the ball-point wheel structure.
The functional circuit board 300 is disposed inside the hanging portion 110, that is, the functional circuit board 300 can be seen only when the hanging portion 110 is seen and the functional circuit board 300 cannot be seen when the hanging portion 110 is detached in daily use. Specifically, the functional circuit board 300 is used to implement control of the earphone. The inner side of the hanging portion 110 of the functional circuit board 300 is connected to each ultrasonic-wave playing horn 200 through a data line. Specifically, the functional circuit board 300 includes a control module, and the control module is configured to implement play control of the ultrasonic play horn 200. The playback control of the ultrasonic-wave playback horn 200 may specifically include volume level adjustment control, pause playback control, song switching control, and the like, without specific limitation.
Optionally, the playing device further includes one or more of a charging port, a song switching key, a volume adjusting key, or a pause key, where the charging port, the song switching key, the volume adjusting key, and/or the pause key are disposed on a surface of the hanging portion 110.
Optionally, the functional circuit board 300 further includes one or more of a sound recording module, an auricle calculation module, and a facial feature calculation module. The recording module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for acquiring the volume of the surrounding environment so that the control module controls the volume of the playing equipment. The auricle calculation module is electrically connected with the control module and is used for calculating auricle data and sending the auricle data to the control module so as to control the adjustment of the direction of the ultrasonic wave playing horn 200.
In another alternative embodiment, the playing device further comprises a camera, wherein the camera is arranged on the playing part and is used for collecting auricles of a user so as to adjust the direction of the ultrasonic playing horn 200 according to the position of the auricles.
Specifically, the data collected by the camera may be sent to the control module, and the control module adjusts the direction of the ultrasonic playing horn 200 according to the auricle data. Optionally, a small motor may be disposed at the position of the ultrasonic horn 200, where the end of the rotor of the small motor is connected with the ultrasonic horn 200 through a gear, and the rotor of the small motor selectively drives the direction of the ultrasonic horn 200 to change, which is not limited in the specific manner how to change the direction of the ultrasonic horn 200.
Optionally, the camera is further configured to collect facial features of a user, so as to adjust the direction of the ultrasonic horn 200 according to the facial features. The facial features may be facial contours, contours of the five elements, etc., without limitation. According to facial features, the direction of the ultrasonic wave playing loudspeaker 200 is adjusted, a user is locked, and the direction of the ultrasonic wave playing loudspeaker 200 can be moved in real time when the user moves in time, so that the user can hear sounds emitted by the playing equipment at different positions.
In another alternative embodiment, the first playing portion 120 and the hanging portion 110 are detachably connected, and the second playing portion 130 and the hanging portion 110 are detachably connected. 9. The playback device of claim 1, wherein the functional circuit board further comprises one or more of a sound recording module, an auricle computing module, and a facial feature computing module.
