本发明属于门窗与遮阳篷系列产品,尤其涉及一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,包括篷布、前檐和两根平行导轨,篷布的一端固定于前檐,其特征在于:篷布是太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板的下端构成前檐,所述太阳能电池板的上端通过铰接滑块可滑动的与垂直放置的两根平行导轨连接,摆臂的一端与前檐支架可转动的连接、另一端与窗框支架可转动的连接,有管状电机位于所述两根平行导轨的顶端,所述管状电机输出轴上设置有绕线轮,绕绳的一头与太阳能电池板上端的吊耳相连接。本发明的优点是:1、无论是处于伸出遮阳状态、还是收回不遮阳状态都能发电;2、在窗外安装了活动外遮阳系统,节能效果显著;3、特别适用于既有建筑的节能与亮化改造。

技术领域
本发明属于门窗与遮阳篷系列产品,尤其涉及一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,属于建筑节能领域。
背景技术
现有的电动摆臂遮阳篷是通过将市电从室内引出,再通过无线遥控或有线开关控制摆臂遮阳篷的伸出与收回。其缺点是:要在建筑物的墙壁开孔。申请号:2012102869686,名称为“太阳能百叶遮阳帘”的专利推出了一种能发电的百叶遮阳帘,其缺点是:结构复杂,百叶收起后就不能发电。
目前,既有建筑窗的节能改造进展缓慢,原因是现有技术对窗进行节能改造都需进入室内,而进入老百姓家会产生各种不方便。所以,虽然政府对既有建筑门窗节能改造有补贴,工程量也大,但很少有工程公司敢接这方面的业务。这就急需一款节能产品,在不进入室内的情况下,能完成对既有建筑窗的节能改造。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,它无论是处于伸出遮阳状态、还是收回不遮阳状态都能发电,能对解决既有建筑的窗进行节能改造。
为此,本发明采取如下技术方案 :一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,,包括篷布、前檐和两根平行导轨,篷布的一端固定于前檐,其特征在于:篷布是太阳能电池板,所述太阳能电池板的下端固定于前檐,所述太阳能电池板的上端可滑动的与垂直放置的两根平行导轨连接,摆臂的一端与前檐支架可转动的连接,摆臂的另一端与窗框支架可转动的连接,有管状电机位于所述两根平行导轨的顶端,所述管状电机输出轴上设置了有绕绳卷筒,绕绳的另一头与太阳能电池板的上端相连接。
所述太阳能电池板是薄膜太阳能电池板。
所述管状电机是带蓄电池的管状电机。
所述前檐外端设置有LED灯带。
本发明的优点是:1、无论是处于伸出遮阳状态、还是收回不遮阳状态都能发电;2、在窗外安装了活动外遮阳系统,节能效果显著;3、结构简单、造价低廉、安全可靠、使用寿命长,特别适用于既有建筑的节能与亮化改造。

具体实施方式
图1、图2、图3描述了本发明的一个实施例。一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,包括篷布、前檐和两根平行导轨,篷布的一端固定于前檐。篷布是太阳能电池板8,太阳能电池板8的下端构成前檐,太阳能电池板8的上端通过铰接滑块4可滑动的与垂直放置的两根平行导轨6连接,摆臂3的一端与前檐支架5可转动的连接,摆臂3的另一端与窗框1上的窗框支架2可转动的连接,有管状电机位于所述两根平行导轨6的顶端,所述管状电机输出轴上设置有绕线轮11,绕绳10的一头与太阳能电池板8上端的吊耳9相连接。本实施例中太阳能电池板8是有外边框的薄膜太阳能电池板,这种设计使得遮阳篷重量轻,便于安装。管状电机采用带蓄电池的管状电机12。遮阳棚前檐外端设置有LED灯带17。
导轨6是通过安装角码15安装在墙体14上,电机盒7可通过美固钉安装在墙体14上,带蓄电池的管状电机12设置在电机盒7内,本实施例中采用的是遥控的带蓄电池的管状电机,遥控接收天线顺导轨而下固定在窗口。有外边框的薄膜太阳能电池板的电输出端通过太阳能电池控制器18、电线13与带蓄电池的管状电机12的输入端连接,LED灯带17通过时控开关16、电线13与带蓄电池的管状电机12的输入端连接。
本发明的工作原理描述如下:对照图1,在白天太阳能电池板8处于放下状态时,太阳能电池板8起遮阳作用并发电,电能通过太阳能电池控制器18给带蓄电池的管状电机12充电。时控开关16可按当地的亮化要求设定在18点开、20点关,所以白天处于断开状态,LED灯带17不亮。
在傍晚18点后,时控开关16处于闭合状态,带蓄电池的管状电机12中的蓄电池给LED灯带17供电,LED灯带17发光;在夜晚20点后,时控开关16处于断开状态,LED灯带17不发光。
对照图2,当不需要遮阳时,用户可用遥控器启动带蓄电池的管状电机12,绕绳10收回,太阳能电池板8被提起至如图2状态。此时,太阳能电池板8不起遮阳作用,但有光照时仍能发电。
综上所述,本发明一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷无论是处于伸出遮阳状态、还是收回不遮阳状态都能发电;在不进入室内的情况下,能安装完毕,有自给自足的电力系统,适用于既有建筑节能改造;结构简单、造价低廉、安全可靠、使用寿命长,有自动亮化效果。

Claims (4)

1.一种能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,包括篷布、前檐和两根平行导轨,篷布的一端固定于前檐,其特征在于:篷布是太阳能电池板(8),所述太阳能电池板(8)的下端构成前檐,所述太阳能电池板(8)的上端通过铰接滑块(4)可滑动的与垂直放置的两根平行导轨(6)连接,摆臂(3)的一端与前檐支架(5)可转动的连接,摆臂(3)的另一端与窗框支架(2)可转动的连接,有管状电机位于所述两根平行导轨的顶端,所述管状电机输出轴上设置有绕线轮(11),绕绳(10)的一头与太阳能电池板上端的吊耳(9)相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,,其特征在于:所述太阳能电池板是薄膜太阳能电池板。
3.如权利要求1所述的能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述管状电机是带蓄电池的管状电机(12)。
4.如权利要求1所述的能发电的电动摆臂遮阳篷,其特征在于:所述前檐外端设置有LED灯带(17)。
