Abstract
The invention relates to a pantograph booster lifting device, and provides a locomotive pantograph booster lifting device, which comprises a booster driving device 14 comprising a booster driving device stop valve 13, an air duct and a booster driving device protective sleeve 5; the air duct comprises a first air duct 19 and a second air duct 22; a stop valve is arranged on the first air guide pipe 19; one end of the first air duct 19 is equally connected with a second air duct 22 through a tee joint; the other end of the second air duct 22 is equally connected to the booster driving device 14.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a pantograph booster lifting device, in particular to a railway locomotive pantograph booster lifting device.
Background
The Chinese region is wide, the local region environment difference is large, the railway rolling stock runs through the region, and the railway rolling stock runs from one region to another region in a short time, so that the standby pantograph on the rolling stock can be adsorbed or frozen by the upper frame transverse tube of the pantograph and the rubber stop when the railway rolling stock is in wet, rainy and snowy frozen weather, and the pantograph cannot be lifted due to frozen adsorption when the railway rolling stock is started, thereby influencing the normal running of the railway rolling stock. At present, in the situation of rolling stock, most of the rolling stock uses a long rod insulating tool to jack the upper frame transverse tube away from the rubber stop, and the operation has limitation and time consumption.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a pantograph booster lifting device of a locomotive, which comprises a booster driving device stop valve 13, a booster driving device 14, an air duct and a booster driving device protective sleeve 5; an air duct mounting hole 9 and an exhaust and suction hole 8 are formed in one side surface of the power-assisted driving device; the air duct comprises a first air duct 19 and a second air duct 22; the first air duct 19 is provided with a stop valve 13 of a power-assisted driving device; one end of the first air duct 19 is connected with a second air duct 22 through a three-way joint, and the other end of the second air duct 22 is connected with the power-assisted driving device 14 through an air duct mounting hole 9; the other end of the first air pipe 19 is connected with a third air guide pipe 20; the protective sleeve 5 is fixed on the upper part of the power-assisted driving device 14 in a detachable connection mode.
As a preferable technical scheme, the bottom of the pantograph booster lifting device 14 is provided with a booster driving device cushion block 10, and the booster driving device cushion block 10 is fixed on the underframe 1 in a detachable connection mode; the upper part of the power-assisted driving device 14 is provided with a power-assisted driving device protecting sleeve 5; the power-assisted driving device 14 is provided with a cylinder, a piston 7-1 and a nylon column head 7-2, wherein the piston 7-1 is fixed with the nylon column head (7-2) through bolts, and the piston 7-1 is provided with an outer frame of a return spring 6.

the first air duct 19 is connected with a third air duct 20 through a three-way connecting piece; one end of the third air duct 20 is connected to the air bag driver 12.
As a preferable technical scheme, the underframe 1 is provided with an underframe rectangular frame 1-1; rubber stops 2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the underframe rectangular frame 1-1, and the rubber stops 2 are fixed on the underframe 1 in a detachable connection mode.
As a preferable technical scheme, the working distances between the nylon column head 7-2 and the upper frame transverse tube 4 are respectively L 1、L2,L1 which are equal to L 2 in size.

The invention provides a pantograph lifting booster lifting device for a locomotive vehicle pantograph, which can enable an upper frame transverse pipe to be lifted from a rubber stop in advance when a pantograph is lifted, so that the suction or freezing contact of the upper frame transverse pipe and the rubber stop is released, and the normal pantograph lifting booster lifting device for the locomotive vehicle pantograph is ensured. When the stop valve of the device is closed, the working gas path of the power-assisted driving device is closed, and the power-assisted lifting device stops working.
In winter, in the case of snow, frost and fog freezing weather, when the pantograph is required to be lifted due to the adsorption or freezing of the transverse pipe of the upper frame and the rubber stop, the pantograph cannot be lifted, so that the normal operation of rolling stock is affected.
When the pantograph of the pantograph booster lifting device is installed and the stop valve is in an open state, the nylon column head under the action of the piston can overcome resistance in advance and jack up the bonding between the upper frame transverse tube and the rubber stop, so that the smooth booster driving lifting is realized. When the pantograph falls into the bow, the piston drives the nylon column head to realize automatic return before falling into the bow through a return spring arranged in the power-assisted driving device, and the contact of the upper chassis rectangular frame transverse tube and the bow falling of the rubber stop is not affected.
