(4) Gluing unit 7
The gluing unit comprises: the product is glued and cured around (in this example, UV glue) and transported to the next station. The liquid crystal panel is provided with an upper liquid crystal panel and a lower liquid crystal panel, and if the liquid crystal panel is directly ground and cleaned, the liquid crystal material between the liquid crystal panels may be corroded or damaged, so that the periphery of the liquid crystal panel needs to be glued first to prevent water or other substances from entering.
The glue spreading unit comprises a buffer mechanism 71 for storing glue spreading liquid crystal panels and glue spreading liquid crystal panels in a layered mode, a glue dispensing mechanism 72 for spreading glue on four sides of the liquid crystal panels, a detection curing mechanism 73 for detecting and curing the glue spreading liquid crystal panels, a first conveying mechanism 74 for moving the liquid crystal panels in the glue dispensing mechanism to the detection curing mechanism, and a second conveying mechanism 75 for moving the liquid crystal panels on the detection curing mechanism to the buffer mechanism, wherein the two groups of conveying mechanisms are used for carrying out different conveying works, so that the processing time of one liquid crystal panel can be reduced by more than half, and the productivity can be improved.
The buffer mechanism is in butt joint with the upstream by using a double-layer assembly line, the upper layer receives the solidified product and flows back to the upstream working station, and the lower layer receives the product which flows from the upstream and is not dispensed. The buffer mechanism comprises a buffer rack, a lower buffer transmission roller for storing and transmitting the un-glued liquid crystal display panel, and an upper buffer transmission roller for storing and transmitting the solidified liquid crystal display panel, wherein the lower buffer transmission roller is arranged on the buffer rack, the upper buffer transmission roller is arranged above the lower buffer transmission roller, and the lower buffer transmission roller and the upper buffer transmission roller are connected with a driving motor for driving the lower buffer transmission roller to rotate, but the conveying directions of the lower buffer transmission roller and the upper buffer transmission roller are opposite.
Because the conveying unit of the last station is of a single-layer structure, only one liquid crystal panel (one liquid crystal panel without glue or one cured liquid crystal panel) can be conveyed at a time, the liquid crystal panel needs to be temporarily stored by utilizing a buffer mechanism, so that the glue spreading unit can simultaneously perform feeding and discharging operations, the equipment structure is simplified, and the productivity is improved.
The dispensing mechanism comprises a dispensing frame, a dispensing platform, a dispensing X-axis module, a dispensing Y-axis module, a dispensing Z-axis module, a material conveying unit, a dispensing assembly and a product positioning sensor, wherein the dispensing platform is arranged on the dispensing frame, the material conveying unit drives the dispensing Y-axis module to move back and forth, the dispensing X-axis module is arranged on the dispensing platform, the dispensing assembly is connected with the dispensing Y-axis module through the dispensing Z-axis module, the dispensing Z-axis module drives the dispensing assembly to move up and down, the movement of the dispensing assembly in the directions of X axis, Y axis and Z axis is realized, and the product positioning sensor for detecting the product position is arranged around the material conveying unit.
The dispensing assembly comprises a dispensing connecting frame, a servo motor, a rotating table, an upper edge detection device, a lower edge detection device, a dispensing spray head and a height detection device, wherein the upper end of the dispensing connecting frame is connected with the dispensing Z-axis module, the lower end of the dispensing connecting frame is provided with the servo motor for driving the rotating table to rotate, the upper edge detection device, the height detection device and the dispensing spray head are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the rotating table, and the lower edge detection device is arranged on the lower portion of the rotating table. In order to achieve better dispensing efficiency and effect, a lifting cylinder for driving the dispensing platform to move up and down to be matched with the dispensing assembly to dispense the liquid crystal panel side edge can be arranged on the dispensing rack, and a translation module for driving the dispensing platform to move left and right can be arranged to improve the accuracy, stability and productivity of the system.
The conveying unit can be a fixed platform, also adopts the conveying roller, can also adopt conveying unit, can all set up on platform, conveying roller and the conveying unit and carry positioning mechanism, can fix a position the product earlier like this, perhaps directly set up positioning mechanism on first transport mechanism for first transport mechanism will absorb the direction and the position of product direct adjustment before putting on conveying unit, improves the efficiency and the precision of point gum.
The detection curing mechanism comprises a curing frame, a curing platform, a curing X-axis module, a curing Y-axis module, a curing assembly, a CCD positioning detection device and an AOI detection device. The machine cover, the curing platform, the CCD positioning detection device and the AOI detection device are arranged in the curing rack, the curing assembly moves back and forth on the curing Y-axis module and drives the curing Y-axis module to move back and forth the curing X-axis module is arranged on the curing platform, so that the curing assembly can complete movement in X-axis and Y-axis directions, and curing efficiency and quality are improved.
The curing assembly comprises a curing connecting frame, a curing Z-axis module, a rotating motor, a hollow rotating platform and an LED curing lamp, wherein the curing connecting frame is connected with the curing Y-axis module through the curing Z-axis module, the rotating motor is arranged at the lower part of the curing connecting frame, and the rotating motor drives the LED curing lamp to rotate through the hollow rotating platform so as to adjust the curing direction.
In order to achieve better curing efficiency and effect, a lifting cylinder for driving the curing platform to move up and down to be matched with the curing assembly to cure the side edge of the liquid crystal panel can be arranged on the curing rack, so that the accuracy, stability and productivity of the system are improved.
The liquid crystal display panel to be cured is directly placed on the curing platform to wait for curing after the position of the liquid crystal display panel to be cured is adjusted by the first carrying mechanism, the lifting cylinder lifts the curing platform, the CCD positioning detection device detects the position of a product, the curing assembly moves according to detection information and cures glue on the side wall of the liquid crystal display panel, and the AOI detection device detects whether the glue is sprayed to the upper edge surface and the lower edge surface of the product.
In order to improve the safety and the practicability of the system, a hood can be arranged on the dispensing mechanism and the detection curing mechanism, a fan filter unit, a controller and an alarm lamp are arranged on the hood, and when a fault occurs in the system or a product with unqualified detection occurs, the controller can remind through the alarm lamp.
The first handling mechanism can comprise a first X-axis module, a first Y-axis module, a first Z-axis module, a first rotating shaft, a first handling frame, a first handling disc and a first sucker, wherein the first X-axis module is communicated with a cache unit, a gluing unit and a detection curing unit, the first X-axis module drives the first Y-axis module to move back and forth, the first Z-axis module moves back and forth on the first Y-axis module, the first Z-axis module drives the first handling frame to move up and down, the bottom of the first handling frame is connected with the first handling disc through the first rotating shaft, and the first sucker is arranged on the bottom surface of the first handling disc.

The second carrying mechanism comprises a second X-axis module, a second Y-axis module, a second Z-axis module, a second rotating shaft, a second carrying frame, a second carrying tray and a second sucking disc, wherein the second X-axis module is communicated with the gluing unit and is used for detecting the solidifying unit, the second X-axis module drives the second Y-axis module to move back and forth, the second Z-axis module is used for moving back and forth on the second Y-axis module, the second Z-axis module drives the first carrying frame to move up and down, the bottom of the second carrying frame is connected with the second carrying tray through the second rotating shaft, and the second sucking disc is arranged on the bottom surface of the second carrying tray.
In the X-axis direction, the product is driven by a servo motor through a gear rack, in the Y-axis direction and the Z-axis direction, the product is driven by a servo motor and a screw rod respectively, and the XYZ-axis and a rotating shaft are matched with cameras of all work stations to finish the pre-alignment of the product.
After the conveying unit of the last station conveys the un-glued liquid crystal panel to the idle lower buffer conveying roller, the conveying unit of the last station keeps idle; the non-glued liquid crystal panel enters a gluing mechanism to carry out positioning gluing; the first carrying mechanism of the liquid crystal panel cup with the glue coated is sent to the detection curing mechanism; the detection curing mechanism detects the product first, if the detection is unqualified, the equipment is paused and an alarm signal is sent out, so that the processing of staff is facilitated, and if the detection is qualified, the curing lamp cures the liquid crystal panel; after the glue-coated liquid crystal panel is kept stand in the detection curing mechanism for about 60 seconds, the second carrying mechanism sends the cured liquid crystal panel to an upper layer buffer transmission roller in the buffer mechanism; the upper layer buffer transmission roller sends the cured liquid crystal panel to a conveying unit of the idle last station; the conveying unit of the last station conveys the cured liquid crystal panel to the feeding position of the grinding unit to finish the conveying of a group of feeding and discharging materials; after the grinding unit takes away the cured liquid crystal panel, the conveying unit of the last station conveys the new non-glued liquid crystal panel to the caching mechanism.
(5) Grinding unit 4
The grinding unit: the device is used for grinding the surface of the product and sending the ground product to a cleaning and air-drying unit.
The grinding unit comprises a grinding feeding and discharging mechanism and a grinding processing mechanism, wherein the grinding feeding and discharging mechanism is used for acquiring a liquid crystal panel on a previous station and conveying the liquid crystal panel to the grinding processing mechanism, the grinding processing mechanism grinds the surface of the liquid crystal panel, and then the ground liquid crystal panel is conveyed to a next station by the grinding feeding and discharging mechanism.
The grinding feeding and discharging mechanism comprises a material taking mechanism, a material taking rack 401 and a material taking sliding module 402, wherein the material taking rack is positioned above the grinding treatment mechanism, the material taking sliding module is arranged on the material taking rack, and the servo motor drives the material taking mechanism to move back and forth along the material taking sliding module. Only one material taking mechanism can be arranged on the material taking frame, two material taking mechanisms are arranged on two sides of the grinding treatment mechanism, one material taking mechanism is used for feeding, the other material taking mechanism is used for discharging, the productivity is improved, and one material taking mechanism can correspond to one material taking sliding module and also can correspond to a pair of material taking sliding modules.
The conveying unit in the overturning unit or the independent conveying unit between the overturning unit and the grinding unit is positioned below the material taking frame, so that the material taking mechanism can quickly and accurately absorb the liquid crystal panel.
The material taking mechanism comprises a material taking cylinder 403, a guide rod 404, a material taking frame 405, a material taking movable frame 406 and a material taking sucker (such as a traceless sucker and the like), wherein the material taking frame is movably connected with the sliding module and the material taking frame, the upper part of the guide rod is movably connected with the material taking frame, the lower end of the guide rod is connected with the material taking movable frame (the material taking movable frame is movably connected with the material taking frame through the guide rod), the material taking cylinder is arranged on the material taking frame, and the output end of the material taking cylinder is connected with the material taking movable frame and drives the material taking movable frame to move up and down along the guide rod, and the material taking sucker is arranged on the bottom surface of the material taking movable frame. The pressure detection device for monitoring the pressure of the sucker can be arranged on the sucker, the pressure of each sucker is accurately controlled, the situation that the liquid crystal panel falls and is damaged because the sucker does not play a role in adsorption is prevented, and the productivity and the accuracy are improved.
The polishing mechanism comprises a loading table 407, a polishing frame, an X-axis sliding module 408, a Y-axis sliding module 409, a first polishing frame 410, a second polishing frame 411, a polishing group 412 and a blowing air knife 413.
The material carrying table and the Y-axis sliding module are arranged on the grinding machine frame, the Y-axis sliding module is arranged on two sides of the material carrying table, the first grinding frame is connected with the Y-axis sliding module, the servo motor and the speed reducer drive the first grinding frame to move back and forth through the Y-axis sliding module, the speed reducer and the servo motor can be respectively arranged on the two X-axis sliding modules, the output end of the servo motor is connected with the speed reducer, and drive 2X axle slip modules synchronous motion, but if the distance between speed reducer and the servo motor is too big, the output shaft can produce the shake when rotatory, influences the motion of module, reduces grinding efficiency and quality, so can connect one or more relay transmission frame on the output shaft, let the output shaft pass the bearing on the relay transmission frame, can effectually prevent the shake, improve stability and the accuracy of equipment. One or more groups of grinding groups are arranged on the second grinding frame, the productivity is improved, the X-axis sliding module connected with the second grinding frame is arranged on the first grinding frame, and the X-axis sliding module drives the second grinding frame to move left and right on the first grinding frame, so that the positions of the grinding groups are adjusted, and the grinding groups can grind all positions on the surface of the liquid crystal panel.
In general, the first grinding frame drives the second grinding frame and the grinding groups to move forward for performing the first grinding, but a gap may exist between each grinding group, so after the first grinding is finished, the X-axis sliding module only needs to finely adjust the grinding groups, so that the grinding groups can cover positions which are not grinded before, and then the first grinding frame moves backwards with the grinding groups to complete the second grinding.
A collecting tank for collecting waste water and waste materials can be arranged below the grinding machine frame.
The grinding group comprises a grinding lifting cylinder, a grinding rotating motor, a grinding fixing frame, a rotating connecting frame, a universal ball shaft, a grinding head, a grinding sheet and a water dripping device. The grinding rotary motor is arranged on the grinding fixing frame, the output end of the grinding rotary motor is driven to rotate through a synchronous wheel synchronous belt or directly to drive the rotary connecting frame, the grinding lifting cylinder can be fixed on the second grinding frame and can be connected with the rotary connecting frame to drive the grinding head to move up and down, and the grinding lifting cylinder can also drive the device on the whole fixing plate to move up and down together by driving the grinding fixing plate.
The grinding head is connected with the rotary connecting frame through the universal ball shaft, the angle of the grinding head can be finely adjusted by 5-10 degrees through the universal ball shaft, so that the grinding sheet on the grinding head can be flatly attached to the surface of the liquid crystal panel all the time, the grinding efficiency and the grinding quality are improved, the grinding sheet can be made of sponge, the grinding sheet can be movably connected with the grinding head through a devil adhesive and other connecting pieces, the grinding head is convenient to install and detach, the pressure of the grinding sheet pressed on the liquid crystal panel by the grinding lifting cylinder is about 0.3MPa, the grinding precision and the grinding quality can be better controlled, if the pressure is too small, the grinding is incomplete, if the pressure is too large, smooth movement of the grinding sheet is affected, and second grinding marks can be left on the surface of the liquid crystal panel, so that the use of the liquid crystal panel is affected.
The grinding lifting cylinder, the grinding rotating motor, the grinding fixing frame, the rotating connecting frame, the universal ball shaft and other parts can be externally provided with a protective cover, dust, waste and the like are prevented from entering or being blocked in the parts, the stability of the equipment is improved, and the service life of the equipment is prolonged.
The water dripping device is used for dripping water on the grinding sheet or the liquid crystal panel, so that the grinding sheet is convenient to grind, and the water dripping device can be directly arranged on the second grinding frame and can also be arranged in the grinding head.
The water blowing air knife used for blowing off water on the liquid crystal panel is arranged on the first grinding frame, and after the grinding group is ground, the first grinding frame continuously moves back and forth with the air knife to blow off residual waste materials and water on the liquid crystal panel.

The two-fluid cleaning mechanism comprises a second cleaning frame and two-fluid nozzles 53, the conveying unit is arranged on the second cleaning frame, the two-fluid nozzles are arranged above and below the connecting rods, and the front side and the back side of the liquid crystal display panel can be cleaned simultaneously.
The high-pressure spraying mechanism comprises a third cleaning frame and a high-pressure nozzle 54, the conveying unit is arranged on the third cleaning frame, the high-pressure nozzle is arranged above and below the connecting rod, and the front side and the back side of the liquid crystal panel can be cleaned at high pressure at the same time.
The air drying mechanism comprises an air drying frame, an air knife and a conveying unit, wherein the conveying unit used for conveying the liquid crystal display panel is arranged on the air drying frame, and the air knife is oppositely arranged above and below the conveying unit, so that the air knife can air-dry the upper surface and the lower surface of the liquid crystal display panel simultaneously. In addition, because the liquid crystal display panel is very thin, the air knife can blow the liquid crystal display panel when blowing, causes the damage to the liquid crystal display panel, so need add a set of stop device in the top of conveying unit again, stop device includes spacing connecting rod, spacing gyro wheel, is located spacing connecting rod and carriage or the air-drying frame that connect the rod top and be connected, spacing gyro wheel set up in on the spacing connecting rod.
