A turning plate type underground oil pipe hydraulic control blowout preventer comprises an upper joint, an outer sleeve and a lower joint, wherein an upper joint eccentric hole is formed in the pipe wall on one side of the upper joint, a spring and a pressing pin shaft are installed in the upper joint eccentric hole, a copper ring is installed in tight fit with the inner periphery of the lower end of a central hole on the upper joint, a positioning device is installed at the lower end of an inner hole of the upper joint, a positioning pin shaft is installed in a hole of the positioning device, and the positioning pin shaft simultaneously penetrates through a hole on a turning plate; the pipe wall at one side of the outer sleeve is provided with an eccentric hole with the outer sleeve, a return plunger is arranged in the hole, and sealing rings are respectively arranged at the upper part and the lower part of the return plunger; the outer sleeve is provided with a constant pressure shear pin through threads, and the front end of the constant pressure shear pin is inserted into a hole arranged in the middle of the return plunger. The invention has the advantages that: in the process of tripping the pipe column, the channel is closed, well liquid cannot gush from the inside of the pipe column to the ground, pollution caused by the well liquid is avoided on the secondary side, and in a normal working state, the channel is opened, so that normal production can be guaranteed.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a flap type downhole oil pipe hydraulic control blowout preventer and a blowout prevention method based on the same, relates to the technical field of oilfield application, and belongs to a device for preventing well fluid from being ejected from a pipe column in the process of tripping the pipe column in oilfield production operation.
Background
At present, a tubular column formed by connecting oil pipes in series needs to be lowered to the bottom of a well before normal production operation of an oil pumping well, an oil pump and other downhole tools are installed below the tubular column, an inner hole of the tubular column is a channel for reciprocating motion of the tubular column up and down, and meanwhile, the inner hole of the tubular column is a channel for discharging well fluid, and the inner hole is required to be unobstructed in the working process. When the well is repaired, the rod column is lifted out of the pipe column, and then the pipe column is lifted out of the well, so that the oil well pump can be lifted out of the ground for maintenance, and the pipe column lifting operation is needed when the well is needed and before normal production.
The underground stratum pressure is high or low, and for some low-pressure wells, the liquid level in the well is far lower than that of the well mouth, so that crude oil in the pipe column needs to be discharged underground in the process of lifting the pipe column, and pollution caused by bringing the crude oil to the ground is prevented. For some high-pressure wells, the pressure in the well continuously lifts the well liquid to be sprayed out of the wellhead, so that the well liquid in the well can be continuously sprayed out of the ground from the inside of the pipe column in the pipe column lifting process, the ground pollution can be caused, and a plurality of potential safety hazards exist.
The inner hole of the pipe column is required to be closed when the pipe column is lowered into the well, the pipe column is required to be completely opened to ensure smoothness in the working process, and then the pipe column is plugged again before the pipe column is lifted up in the well repairing operation. The device with the three functions can complete the work.
The prior art can not well complete the whole operation process, and a plurality of devices can only complete a single well-descending closing action, and the inner hole of the pipe column can not be closed when the pipe column is lifted, so that well liquid is often sprayed out of the ground, and serious pollution and potential safety hazard are caused.

Referring to fig. 1-8, the invention relates to a turning plate type downhole oil pipe hydraulic control blowout preventer, which comprises an upper joint 1, an O-shaped sealing ring 2, a jacket 3, a spring 4, a compression pin 5, a copper ring 6, a positioning device 7, a positioning pin 8, a turning plate 9, a return plunger 10, an O-shaped sealing ring 11, a constant pressure shear pin 12, an O-shaped sealing ring 13, a lower joint 14 and an O-shaped sealing ring 15, wherein the O-shaped sealing ring 2 is arranged on the outer diameter of the upper joint 1, the upper joint 1 is connected with the jacket 3 through threads, the upper joint 1 and the jacket 3 are sealed through the O-shaped sealing ring 2, an upper joint eccentric hole is arranged on the pipe wall at one side of the upper joint 1, the spring 4 and the compression pin 5 are arranged in the upper joint eccentric hole, the positioning device 7 is arranged at the lower end of an inner hole of the upper joint 1 through welding (the inner and outer contours of the positioning device 7 correspond to the contours of the lower end face of the upper joint 1), the positioning pin 8 is arranged in the hole of the positioning device 7, the positioning pin 8 simultaneously penetrates through the hole on the turning plate 9, and the turning plate 9 is positioned on the positioning pin 8 by the positioning pin 8; the pipe wall on one side of the outer sleeve 3 is provided with an outer sleeve eccentric hole corresponding to the upper joint eccentric hole, a return plunger 10 is arranged in the outer sleeve eccentric hole, an upper O-shaped sealing ring 11 and a lower O-shaped sealing ring 13 are respectively arranged on the upper part and the lower part of the return plunger 10, a constant pressure shear pin 12 is arranged on the outer sleeve 3 through threads, the front end of the constant pressure shear pin 12 extends into a hole (the hole is positioned between the upper O-shaped sealing ring 11 and the lower O-shaped sealing ring 13) on the return plunger 10, a lower joint 14 is connected below the outer sleeve 3 through threads, and an O-shaped sealing ring 15 is arranged on the lower joint 14.

The turning plate 9 can rotate around the positioning pin shaft 8, the turning plate 9 is tightly attached to the copper ring 6 on the upper joint 1 when rotating to the horizontal position, and the turning plate 9 completely leaves a channel of an inner hole of the copper ring 6 to be attached to the inner wall of the outer sleeve 3 when rotating to the vertical position.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in the process of going into the well, the turning plate 9 is in a horizontal position and is tightly attached to the copper ring 6 on the upper joint 1, the spring 4 pushes the compression pin shaft 5 to press on the cam sharp corner TLJJ of the turning plate 9, the positioning pin shaft 8 is used as a fulcrum to generate lever force, the turning plate 9 is ensured to stay at the horizontal position, well liquid is sealed below the turning plate 9, at the moment, the turning plate 9 is tightly attached to the copper ring 6 under the action of well hydraulic pressure, and the well liquid is prevented from being sprayed upwards.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, when the device needs to work normally, the lower pole GZ contacts the turning plate 9, under the action of gravity of the pole GZ, the turning plate 9 is pushed open, the turning plate 9 returns to the vertical position and is attached to the inner wall of the outer sleeve 3, the channel is opened, the device can work normally, the spring 4 pushes the compression pin 5 to press on the cam sharp corner TLJJ of the turning plate 9, and the positioning pin 8 is used as a fulcrum to generate lever force, so that the turning plate 9 is ensured to stay at the horizontal position.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, when the pipe column needs to be lifted, the rod column GZ is lifted from the pipe column, then the return plunger 10 is pushed to move upwards by pressing the rod column, the constant-pressure shear pin 12 is sheared, the return plunger 10 moves upwards under the action of the pushing force to push the turning plate 9 to lift upwards, the turning plate 9 is finally pushed to a horizontal position by the return plunger, the channel is closed again, and the liquid in the pipe column is sealed in the well below the turning plate 9.
